Matt went above and beyond in making sure I got exactly what I wanted. When I called to see if they could engrave onto a piece of leather he was the only place in Weber/Davis county that said he could do it. He was very detailed and accommodating when I brought the piece in and took the time to make sure it was perfect. It’s so refreshing to work with someone who cares about customer satisfaction and who is running a business with integrity. He even did some samples for me before doing the actual piece to make sure the thickness and font was what I wanted. This saddle pad was a birthday gift for my dad and he loved it! I will definitely be back!

Took in a trophy my student won where the crystal came off of the base. Not sure why they put it on the base they did. Matt was great in giving me options and we went with sand blasting onto the crystal top. It looks amazing and I’m so happy with the way it turned out!

I give Crown trophy 5 ⭐️‘s for their excellent customer service and quality products. Last spring I ordered 2 yard signs for my 2020 graduating high school seniors. They were beautiful signs. We were very pleased with them. Recently I decided to order a gift for my father to commemorate his service in the military. I was hoping to have it for Veterans Day. It was one of those last-minute ideas with not much time to complete. Matt took the time to walk me through every step in the process. He checked the dead lines to make sure that he could make it happen in the limited time available to us. I can’t say enough good about his customer service and their products. Thank you!

If you work on Hill AFB and need going away plaques, stop living with 2-3 week turnaround and ridiculous prices at the Arts and Crafts center on base and go to Crown Trophy!

Great custumer service and finished products are always outstanding

My experience with Crown Trophy was very disappointing. They took over a month to do one trophy, when I requested it to be done with 3 weeks. Their Business Manager, Matt Lund, told me hed like me to leave his store empty-handed and to not come back, when I told him I didnt want to pay for their mistake.I placed an order on February 4th at the latest that needed to be ready by March 2nd. I told them that Id like to have it ready mid-February, in case there were any issues with the order. They didnt begin working on it until the last week of February. I was able to pick it up until Friday, March 2nd.When I went to pick the order up, there was a spelling error on it. They said they could re-print the piece if I could come back in 20 minute, which I did. I confirmed that they text I had given them from the outset was spelled correctly, as well as reiterated in an email back to them in response to a proof that they had sent me where I corrected another error. They had sent a second proof, where they had fixed the one mistake, but left the other in. I missed the second error in that proof. This is why I wanted to have this done prior to this particular week, because I knew this would be a very busy week for me.When I returned to pick it up after an hour, the Business Manager, Matt Lund, asked me what I wanted to do about the error. I responded that I wanted to pay for it at the originally quoted price and then be able to go on with my day. He then got oddly angry and rude and said that to be honest, hed like to see me walk out of here empty handed and not come back to his business. I was floored! I had never seen a manager at a business escalate a situation so quickly like that!I could see that he wanted me to pay for 2 trophies since I missed the error on the last proof, and I thought it was there fault since I gave the correct text and told them I didnt want to be working on this at the last minute, because I knew I wouldnt have the time to work on the proofs that particular week.If they had taken care of the order in even three weeks, it wouldnt have even been an issue. I thought we would negotiate a price somewhere in the middle and each take a hit, but this unprofessional and rude individual went from 0 to 100 in about 10 seconds.My advice to Crown Trophys owners is to either get someone more mature and experienced running your business, or send this kid to some management training.I wont be coming back to Crown Trophy and would recommend others go elsewhere as well. They arent timely, their manager is not customer-friendly, and they havent discovered the concept of copy and paste.
