Whenever we go in here the girls are amazing. Very helpful and polite. They always seem to notice just when you are struggling and need some advice

This Sallys is always very clean, organized and the staff is super helpful. I refuse to go to the riverdale one (although I feel they are usually a bit better stocked) simply because this particular Sallys has the fat superior customer service. Unlike other beauty supplies Ive been to, you dont feel like youre bothering their employees or interrupting their social time because you have a question. I always end up loving the products they recommend!

If you are in the younger generation. They follow you around the store and judge just off what you look like to them and since youre young. They assume you steal and it just made me so uncomfortable because I was just trying mind my business, doing not a thing wrong. I got stared at and followed so much and stared at in a aisle for minutes.

The gals that work at this location are always so helpful, and patient, and spend lots of time with me to offer advice and help me find what I am looking for.

The girl at the front was very assertive, even after I said I was just looking at nail polishes. None of their products are in the right spot so if you think youre buying one thing, it rings up as another. When I said something about it, I got a very blunt we are moving things around. Really? Because I would think you would want your customers to know exactly what theyre buying instead of being surprised at the register. Ill find a different supply store if this is how customers are treated here.

I came at 8:40, tried to call ahead to make sure they were open still and I got there and they were closed even though they’re hours and automated voicemail said they were open until 9.
