After the big wind storm, everywhere I called I got voice-mail. When I called Pando I was startled to have the phone answered by a very polite and personable lady that made me feel important. They got me scheduled for a free quote right away. The prices were extremely fair. (Significantly lower then the one other company that quoted me!) We were able to schedule for the very next week. (Other company was three weeks out.🙄)Ryan was fun to watch work. You can see that he loves what he does and knows his stuff. He is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He has a great staff which helps make the experience even better. Ryan was careful to be safe and pay attention to my property, especially while working near a power line to my house. My trees turned out beautiful and by the time he left my yard, it was in better condition then when he arrived.I will be recommending Pando to friends and it will be my first choice for any tree needs in the future. Ryan brought our huge weeping willow down for us to remove on our own. He did an excellent quick job for a tree so big and scary. There was a big rotted area he avoided well. We plan on having him remove at least 2 other problem trees in our yard soon.

From getting a quote to having the stump ground Ryan was professional, courteous and respectful. Ryan ground 2 stumps for us. When he was done he raked and leveled out the area and and used his leaf blower to blow small wood chips off the lawn so that I didnt run over them with the mower. The 2020 wind storm brought down several large trees on our property. After getting the run-around with another company, I searched the area for an arborist and found Pando Tree Company. First of all, they actually answer their phone calls, which is amazing. They were kind and courteous and Ryan came out personally to look at my messy property and assess the damage. He gave me a more than fair quote for the work I needed, and also gave me thoughtful and practical advice about tree care. He sent me the itemized quote with notes! The tree I was worried about was taken down with no problems and Ryan and his crew did a great job with clean up. I highly recommend Pando Tree Company and plan on using their services again in the spring.

Our backyard was slightly out of control. Most of the trees had grown up into the utility lines and there were several dead branches visible. Everything appeared to be cluttered and unhealthy. Ryan (the owner) was kind enough to come over and teach us about our trees. Not only was he an encyclopedia of knowledge but he obviously cares about the health of the trees. He knew each species and the specific care that each required. This was interesting because he intentionally scheduled our pruning for the season when trees go dormant. When he arrived, he tested the branches almost one by one to determine if any life was left in them. I was amazed at the volume of branches that was removed. He worked quickly yet methodically. After cleaning up all the sweepings and hauling away the wood, our backyard suddenly looks healthy. The trees now seem able to breathe and I cant wait to see them come back better than ever in the spring.

Ryan with Pando did a wonderful job planting our new trees this fall. Beforehand he came out to evaluate our backyard and gave us great recommendations for which types of trees to buy. On planting day, he was on time and worked fast but with precision and expertise. He also gave us great advice on how to care for them. We were so happy with the service and it was very affordable. Overall, we are so glad we didn’t try to tackle the project on our own and will be calling Pando for all of our future tree related needs.

Pando Tree Company was very respectful and promp! Ryan was also very flexable and patient with me when I got my schedule mixed up. The price they quoted was very fair.
