Hello! We can’t say enough good things about a young man name Brian at the Ogden Office, Culligan Company. We, my husband and I Dr. Bruce and Sheila Hunter feel Brian is professional, kind, compassionate and extremely patient -a complete delight every time he walks into our home! He’s been helping us keep our delicious reverse osmosis water clean, fresh and the systems working flawlessly for over 15 years and we are truly grateful for this kind of human being in the world we live in today.🙏❤️As a New Yorker I tend to talk quite a bit 😁and he’s very patient and listens to all my silly stories and anecdotes and especially during COVID-19 we don’t get a lot of visitors it was an even more of a delight to speak with Brian. My husband doesn’t give praise easily and he thinks, along with myself, that Brian is honest, provides excellent service And is always a delightful experience all around when he comes to our house. Brian was polite and thorough. He explained what he was doing, walking me through the diagnostic menu and troubleshooting steps, sharing his knowledge of the softener system. He found and repaired the issue--a meter, which was still covered under the warranty. He also went above-and beyond by adjusting the main water valve, increasing overall pressure in the house.

These guys are awesome. Anytime I call in/have work done it’s been nothing short of exceptional. We are renting a water softener & Alkaline water filter. From the time we called to get it installed, to a year later when we had our annual filter change, they’ve been outstanding. They make sure you are happy and that it’s done right. Went in this location looking for a part. The receptionist told me to go back to the guy in his office. The guy in his office had no interest in helping and acted like we were an inconvenience because I am a plumber and his service techs were not the one with the job. Little does he know we refer quite a bit of people his way and that will no longer be the case. His poor customer service has lost a customer. The receptionist up front was on the phone and when I walked in she put the phone down to direct me to his office. The guy in the office said “you know she was on the phone, right?” As if we interrupted. She was the one who put the phone down to help. If you’re looking for a quality system go elsewhere. When it breaks down, you will have issues getting a tech to fix it. They will find any way out of a warranty claim. I hope this guy starts to realize how customer service really reflects on business success. That’s what happens when a guy gets put into a big wig position with no business ethics.

Love our Culligan system and the service! Brian replaced our filters and faucet. Can’t begin to stress how friendly and superb he is. He’s been here in the past on service calls and has always done a quality job, very professional. Culligan is represented well! Thanks again for the great job!

I’ve always been more than satisfied with the service I’ve received. If I’ve ever needed anything it’s taken care of right away. I’d recommend them to anyone that asked knowing they’d be in good hands.

Brian is the best. He is polite, professional and an overall good guy. Everyone at the Ogden location is very helpful. If you ever have a problem you can count on them to get you working again quickly. And thats important because life is hard when your soft water isnt working!

We had a water leak in the kitchen of the office building that we were renting. We were told that it had to have been caused by the people that installed the water. Ends up that the pipe that was leaking had nothing to do with the install. Culligan sent out the repairman that did not need to fix the problem - however the man they sent said that it was an easy fix and he would grab a part and come back at the end of the week. A short time later he showed back up - WITH THE PART - that he purchased himself at a local hardware store! Fixed the problem and was on his way. Thank you Culligan for going above and beyond for us!

On Saturday, 11/29/14, during the Thanksgiving weekend, we noticed that our soft water system was malfunctioning. It was in a full time bypass, draining water into the floor drain. I could not get it to stop, so I had to shut the water off at the valve leading into the house. We could turn it on/off to refill the toilet tanks, but had to shut it back off to not waste water. Well, promptly on Monday morning I called Culligan in Ogden to try to get service. When I got ahold of them, I informed them that had taken the day off from my job to be available to let someone in the house, and asked them if a technician could come look at it and repair it. The manager told me due to the 4 day weekend, they were totally booked up, but ... he would make sure we got service today. I was totally relived. When Brian, the service technician came out, he looked at it, he had it fixed in 15 minutes. You can tell he knows these things like a top notch mechanic working on a car. Even after fixing the O-ring that had broken, solving the problem, he still took the unit apart and serviced all the parts to be sure they had proper lubrication on the seal pack. He then reassembled the valve unit, purged it, and put it all back together, possibly extending the service life of the seal pack.. Then it came time to pay the bill.... Wow, talk about inexpensive, I was extremely pleased. We had this system installed in our house in Syracuse when building it back in 2002, and have only ever have had it looked at 1 other time to replace the seal pack. By choice I have always had them deliver my salt to the house. Theyll even tote it to where the tank is in the house. Great people to deal with. When this system dies (been told about 20 yrs.) I wont even hesitate to call them to put another one in right in its place.

We switched to Culligan water filters to reduce our waste, by not buy water in bottles. But now that it is time to change our water filter cartridge, we realized that there is no information on the cartridge packing to explain where we can recycle the cartridge, and there is no information on Culligan website either... I messaged Culligan and I am waiting for an answer & some help on recycling their products. I think it is irresponsible for a water filter company to do not have a comprehensive recycling program!!

Extremely poor customer service, went in to find a part for a RO filter system, was directed to a guy in a office. First thing he says is Thats not our part I asked if he could find or match the part so I could replace and fix my system. He said no and basically asked me to go like I was not worth his time.I will never go back or refer anyone else looking for service to get help from them.
