Dave and Shawn are the best!!!! They were so nice and went out of their way to help get me the best deal on all that I needed. I am so glad I went to them they got me great stuff and saved me lots of money!! If I ever need anything tiled I will for sure go back to see them!!

I found the receptionist to be very knowledgeable and helpful. She spent a very long time helping me choose tile for a home were building. I know they are short staffed so she had multiple tasks going at the same time. Even so, I never felt rushed. I would recommend Dal Tile to anyone!

Daltile is incredibly unprofessional and have poor customer service. When my family was building a house we went through them. (Not our choice) After we initially had all of our tile picked out we decided to make a few changes. We went in to make a few changes and they changed the order form in a very disorganized matter which caused the tilers to mess up several times while tiling our house. When we called to talk to Daltile about it they refused to take blame and eventually told us that they had wiped their hands of us and it wasnt there problem anymore. They do not keep copies of their order forms so if a mistake is made they have no reference to follow. I would NEVER recommend going through this company!

Went into the show room to look for tile. The receptionist at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge we were there. When we asked her some questions about various tile she acted put out and seemed to be too busy eating her crackers. I need tile for a 500 square foot project. I guess they missed out on some good business. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Wow, these guys are rude! I went in there looking for a piece of bullnose tile to match a tile sample I brought in. The lady at the front asked me what kind of bullnose I was looking for and I told her I didnt know there was more than one type. Instead of teaching me the difference between the different types she just started naming all of the industry terms off without showing pictures or trying to describe what each was. I told her I wasnt sure what those terms meant and that Im clueless when it comes to tile so Id need to see pictures or something.At that point, she told me, I cant help you. And then went back to what she was doing. Im sure this place is ok if youre a tile professional but if youre someone from the general public, Id steer clear

Closes at 4:00 P.M. We arrived at 4:01 and the employee was unwilling to even consider letting us look quickly. Customer service fail.
