I purchased a few Seasoned Sirloins and Ribeyes yesterday and without a doubt 2 of the nicest gentlemen and great service that I could have expected. I remember years ago taking some of my venison there to be cut and wrapped but I had never bought my beef there.Well a friend of mine suggested I try it! Fabulous steaks of the highest quality and the seasoning was delightful! Grilled them last night and everyone raved about them!It’s my new secret that I’m sharing with you if you like to grill like I do! I’ll be back and I appreciate your 5 star service for me! 👍😎

Went on a field trip. Super fast and had 3 people come in with game to process in about 1.5 hours. Small place but good and quick. Im allergic to pork, so I cant eat their food or use them for processing. Just a thought.

I have been going here for over 20 years. Best service and Meat. Love these guys. My dad always brought his wild game done here which was great cuz we didnt have to clean up the mess. So when you need a Great Meat Man Call these guys.

We took our deer here. We did all Jalapeno cheddar Salami, super delicious and when I serve it people dont know its venison. We also had him do breakfast sausage, and polish sausage. Both are amazing. I actually prefer the breakfast sausage over pork. Jerky it top notch. We will continue to have our deer processed there.

Was referred to Mountain West Meats. Had a deer that I wanted processed. Showed up at 10am Tuesday morning along with several other hunters and Mountain West Meats never opened their doors. I called several times but no answer. After an hour and fifteen minutes I left and found another game processor who wanted to serve customers on what must be one of the busiest business days of the year. Hope the folks at Mountain West Meats are ok but I am very disappointed with my experience.

This looks like a fantastic place to get entire animals processed, but Im here to rave about their roasted, frozen dog bones. My dog eats the meat while it is still frozen, and the marrow and cartilage bones remaining are clean enough to come in the house. Amazing and cheap.

Tried this place for the first time this year. Took a quartered Elk there. Everything looked clean, smelled good, and the guy that helped us was really helpful and friendly. The wife picked up the meat today, and they treated her very well, everything looked good, and what we ordered. Have yet to try it yet. But the customer service was top notch.

I do not recommend these guys to anyone looking to get wild game processed. I called in advance to see if they would be able to help me out before driving to their location. I was very explicit on the phone in regards to what I was bringing in. I told them it was elk, skinned, de-boned, and cut up in 1 to 2 gallon zip lock bags, free of hair, clean and on ice in a cooler. I was told they were busy, but then was told to bring it in and we’d work something out. I drove over an hour while on my lunch at work. I then had to sit and wait for them to get back from lunch and reopen. After coming out and looking at my cooler of meat, I was told there was nothing he could do for me. I was speechless. I thought it was a joke. He said it had to be clean, no hair, no fat. There wasn’t a hair on it. As for the fat, I thought that was why I would be paying them to process it. If I had to take all the fat off myself, why pay them to do anything.? After a moment of silence on my behalf, I said there is nothing you can do to help me out? He replied, “no, I can’t work with this”. He then proceeded to ask another customer that had blocked me in to move his truck so I could leave then told him to pull back in so they could take care of his whole untouched animal. If they couldn’t or didn’t want to work with what I had, they could have told me that over the phone. I took it to another place immediately after and was congratulated on how clean it was and easy to work with. I was told I could bring it in that same way anytime. I will not contact Mountain West Meats for game processing ever again.

Craig is a great butcher, I have personally been going there for many years. If I take my meat to him to get processed I know I will be getting my meat back not somebody else’s. Very professional high quality processing. Highly recommended.
