I absolutely LOVE bath and body! I like this store but, its a little cluttered. Im sure they are going off the floor sets given. So, corporate should really take a look at it and declutter the sets.

I’m a frequent shopper here. Every time I come in to the store, I’m always welcomed by a friendly smile and a warm hello. They have become like family to me. It doesn’t matter if I’ve had a rough week or a good week. Seeing these friendly associates always brightens my day up ❤️

Great seasonal and no seasonal smell goods for you and the loved ones. Great buys during the semiannual sale. Prices are phenomenal. Three for the price of one... So I bought three scents that were generally priced between $14-$15 and grabbed the three awesome ones I loved for just under $12. Seriously worth it to wait for this time of year to spend a little... Goes a long way. So much fun to pamper yourself and your family.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Went in with my step daughter to buy a friend a present. They listened and directed us to another associate whom help with the gift find. She then directed us to the check out center where we were met by another associate whom was aware of the situation and had some gift packing for us their waiting. This level of customer service is what it takes to keep brick and mortar store fronts. Keep it up guys.

Well-deserved five-star rating, the staff couldnt be more helpful. And checking out they couldnt have been more efficient making my weight not all that long. I came in to swap out some gifts from I dont even know how long ago and they dont even bat an eyelash for trades. Wall to wall with products you can easily see and chose from. this is probably the only place I go into the mall for.

My friend and I shopped tonight at the Newgate Mall store, and all the employees were so helpful and friendly. They seemed like the genuinely enjoyed taking care of their customers. Its always nice to shop at places where the employees are so kind. Well done!

A favorite of mine, they always have a great selection, sales going on, and friendly staff. They offer a variety of hand sanitizer scents at the front of the store. Plenty of sample scents to try.

I love shopping at bath & body works with coupons they send in the mail combined with their annual sales. Since moving from Texas to Utah my hands are ridiculously dry and the only thing that keeps them moisturize is using bath & body works hand soap that has butter or oils in it. The workers here are extremely helpful and kind makes it feel more like home.

They have some good sales going on here. You are required to wear a mask which makes it a little hard to pick out scents you like .

This store carries a wide variety of products, but my search left me not knowing how to find the right gift for a new Bride to be. But I will be back for other things I like.

We went to Bath and Body Works today and a gentleman named Trace helped us. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was very delightful to work with. I wish all of the other Bath and Body works stores had more genuine employees like this young man. Will definitely make this our go to store from now on. Thank you!

Some good deals can be had in this store. Friendly staff and tons of good smelling stuff! Beware however that when you go in thinking youll spend only a few bucks, youll end up walking out of there spending a ton more ;o)

I only buy the candles, some smell so wonderful. I have the app, when they get a new candle fragrance I go get it at the store, usually on sale if its new. The people are very friendly and helpful. They arent down your throat either, which is nice. I take part of the candles out and put in warmers, they last so long that way.

If you are going to be closed for Covid19, you should have ALL your websites and answering machines saying so. I’ve been to your Chandler & Flagstaff AZ and Newgate Utah locations in less than 24 hours and I was put out that I couldn’t get my lotion.

I had a wonderful experience at the Newgate Mall Bath & Body Works. I went in their, needing to update my info because I haven’t been receiving the coupons and things correctly and regularly, but I planned on purchasing as well. I had the promo online but was having issues with it connecting to my e-mail. The women helping me was Megan. So upbeat, approachable, and friendly! She honored the promotion I came in for and got everything up to date so I won’t have future issues. Leaving, my kiddos looked up at me and said, “Wow! She’s really nice Mom!!” Great store we will continue to shop at in the future!

Great even for a pandemic

The Black Friday bag I ordered isn’t coming now? Everyone spoke so highly of it so for the first time ever I bought something on Black Friday, I spent so much money because I figured I had so many gifts covered with the one bag.. that left me with an additional sum of money left over to blow on more exciting gifts (also purchased at bath and body instead of simple cheaper gifts) and now that I’ve spent my gifting money in a way which I felt was genuinely wise, I get to struggle to figure out how to gift people that I thought I was done shopping for already. The email saying they’ll refund the money (obviously) and an inconvenience e-gift card for $35 is a joke too.. an e-gift card in the amount that covered the product that was supposed to be in the bag would be acceptable, but this is more like a “sorry we screwed you, your disappointment doesn’t mean enough to make up for it, but we want you to continue spending money with us- so take this” like what? No!?I shop so much at this store that I don’t even need to go in to pick out my gifts because I have every set I like already so I can order online or just run in and grab it- I can shop for my loved ones because I know which scents fit their preferences already..I’m bitter about my experience really.

Sarah the manager was absolutely awful and rude. We waited in line for 20 minutes and when we got up to the front she put her arm out right in front of me nearly clotheslining me. She let several other people go before she let us when we clearly were next in line. I am not impressed with her at all, I was exchanging some lotions out and she got all pissed at me for doing it. On bath and body works front page it says “Happiess guaranteed” she should read that and think about how she treats the customers that come in. Debbie was really nice and helpful along with Megan. But Bath and Body works should really reconsider her position as manager

For when you want your wife to shop without you.... send her to bath and body works and fake youre getting an important phone call... You are being called though... to the food court. Two words that always belonged together.

This location has the worst employees of any of the Bath and Body Works locations, especially after they moved locations to the west side of the Newgate Mall. They will no longer guarantee their products or exchange them even when they cause allergic reactions or skin breakouts.I won’t shop at any of them now and I used to go all the time!

They have all the good smelling goos, potions and scents you could ever need, though I think their prices are a bit high for what you get. We only buy things here if stuff is on sale.

Your return policy is total joke. Need be reworked for someone that as a deadly allergic to all of your products or the fragrance. Where you can get cash back. I have called, I have done everything to get this resolved this, I cant get no where and no one will work with me. So Im stuck with a gift I cant use. Your company return policy is a nightmare to deal with. Im pretty much strewed over this and Ill have to just through away the product. Ill want do go some where else and get something I can use.
