They told us when the carpet would be in and installed, there were no delays. Very quick turn around time! They confirmed the appointment with us before the installation and followed up with us afterwards to see how the installation went. The installer did a great job!! Very pleased with the whole experience and we will be returning to AmeriCarpets for future flooring needs!!

We have been using Americarpets for years on our commercial jobs and they have done a get job. This time I used them on my home remodel. The floors look amazing. Also, the installers definitely know what they are doing when it comes to uneven floors.

Price point was fair only upset that we never received a call on when the carpet installers were coming so not all of our stuff were out of the rooms. They worked fast though and did a great job.

Got 5 quotes for finishing the flooring of our basement, Americarpet had the best price by about $600. The sales man (Zack) did a great job measuring and was not pushy at all, no prereasure to get more expensive flooring. He answered all our questions quickly and easily and helped us save some money by using a glue down in the laundry room that looked exactly like the floating used in the rest of the basement (kitchen and bathroom). The flooring was installed by a skilled team of professionals in 2 days. The carpet and LVT are very good quality and look amazing. They did such a great job at such an awesome price that we will be having Americarpets do our upstairs as well in a few weeks. Highly recommend.

As a maintenance coordinator for 341 apartment and town home units, having to organize and schedule multiple vendors can be challenging. Worrying about rather or not our flooring vendor would be able to complete all of the tasks at hand in the time frame given was always a constant battle.
