The staff are friendly and the coffee is awesome. A really nice thing that makes this place stand out from other coffee shops in the area, is it has a drive-thru if youre in a hurry and want a pick me up. It is my number one choice of places to go when I need a really good latte. I will continue to keep coming back time and time again because the service is wonderful! I will definitely be highly recommending this place to everyone and letting them know that they should stop by for a cup of coffee. Remember, coffee is like good friends, you can always use more!

We discovered this lovely coffee shop which is located about two blocks from Union Station in Ogden, Utah. It is warmly decorated and the coffee and hot chocolate were delicious! We are just traveling through, otherwise I would come here often.

Great prices, cutest owner and great drinks every option you could want. Excellent seating area with a couch, or tables and chairs, and they even have a room with a table you could use for business meetings that is private. They do have a drive up.

Forget about any other shops. My mother in law started working on 25th and needs a ride every now and then. We were stopping at other chain coffee shops on the way. Then I noticed this shop tucked away next to the Marriott. After that first sip I knew I was hooked. Now my entire household is hooked. They serve real coffee, and you can definitely taste a difference; even in their blended drinks.Aside from a d*amn good cup of coffee or coffee drink their customer service has been absolutely amazing. So much so it caught me off guard. Ilvone, I think her name is in the mornings, has brought nothing but good vibes with the coffee she’s serving; even when she’s really busy. There was another younger gentleman there one day closer to noon and he was fantastic too. Both of them have made some bad days good just by their personality and friendliness.Yeah there are some good local coffee shops around, but these guys have earned some new regulars. Thanks to their drive thru and very reasonable prices getting that delicious coffee fix is now a pleasure.If you’re ever in the area I would highly recommend giving them a try. On these warmer days I’d recommend their Mocha Chiller, it’s got an amazing coffee flavor and just hits the spot. You can tell it’s a real coffee drink, not like some other places where it’s pretty much just a milkshake.Keep up the great work guys!

I love this cozy little corner to stop at and have coffee and chat with friends. I had never had a drink that I didnt like. They have a good selection of tea, there is a barista there in the afternoon, and hes the sweetest, and always up to suggest a new drink or option for my Iced tea.

I decided to try a new coffee spot this morning. I got a white mocha latte, it didnt disappoint. It was very good and they give you 5 shots in the large size! That is awesome! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The owner went out of her way to ask if it was my first time there and what I thought of my drink. I thought that was cool. Ill definitely be returning =)

The only place I go for good coffee and atmosphere...friendly staff... fun place ... something fun always going on ... check it out. I won the Elvis Presley drawing this month and went home with a nice coffee/cocoa set with Elvis on it.. Convenient drive up and predictable hours. Good drinks and reasonable prices. Spacious but cozy! Kind of a different atmosphere for a coffee shop but I love it. Recently my two friends and I were going to meet for coffee. We originally planned on Grounds on 25th (which is also a great place!). But it was a Saturday morning and there was no parking. I suggested Coffee Compound instead and we were able to sit on the couch and have plenty of space to talk and catch up. We were there for 1 1/2 hours!They also have a conference room. It was in use when we were there. People would just come out individually when they wanted more coffee. It looked nice and convenient.

I’ve never been here before, but I’m trying to support smaller business in this covid time. But they get 5 stars because the guy taking my order was just so cheerful and happy that it made my day. The coffee is pretty good but the fact that they are still staying positive and being so cheerful in this time makes me want to come back and I’m a die hard east coast Dunkin’ fan lol. I hope they can stay in business

I really dig this place. Ive worked at coffee shops several times (I love being a barista), and this place is up there with some of the best! Ive tried a lot of their beverages, and while the particular roasts that they use tend to be darker and a little stronger than I like, its still a good drink every time. I especially love the iced coffees because they use coffee ice cubes so your drink doesnt get watered down! The breakfast bagels are really good too. I havent ventured much into the rest of the menu, but there is quite an extensive selection and there are always pastries or other snacks to purchase, too! Yvette, the owner, is a real nice lady and I enjoy our little chats whenever I stop in, which is several times a week if Im being honest!I would say avoid Coffee Compound if youre in a hurry. Its a small place and stays kinda busy and sometimes the employees get distracted with chatter, so it takes a little longer to get your order, especially if you order fresh food, but thats because they make it fresh so its extra delicious! Other than that, Coffee Compound is a great local coffee shop and cafe that deserves a lot more love from the residents of Ogden.

My boyfriend and I went in as we were passing by. They don’t have a vegan menu, but they worked to accommodate us to make us vegan blended mochas. I appreciate their patience with us and their willingness to answer any questions we had. I hope they will create a vegan menu in the future.

Friendly and good product. I would like to defend them regarding the two bathroom key reviews. This is downtown Ogden, a hub for transients and street people. Its just a given and its a matter of consideration to the owner that if you want to use the bathroom, be a paying customer first. Its just a common sense courtesy. Hope you give them another try, it is a good experience.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a coffee shop. My mom and I walked in, and we were completely ignored no menu to look at while we stood there being ignored, the customer in front of us had already placed her order, yet the woman behind the counter stood there talking to her for a good solid 10 minutes. There was another guy working, still nothing.... So we walked out.Drove to another local shop and it was night and day difference!!As new comers to Ogden, we know where NOT to go get our coffee!!!

I walked in with my 2 small granddaughters, we had walked to the park and I forgot my wallet, it was 90 degrees outside, I asked for a small glass of water for the girls, I told her I didn’t have my wallet, she said she had to charge 50 cents, luckily another kind patron paid for it, seriously! The drive up window is a bonus to the * already great * coffee shop! They are friendly, fast, and convenient. I like my coffee frozen and blended (frappe) & they make frappes!!! The only downside so far is they dont show the flavor options on their drive up menu so I typically get my default flavor of Carmel which is delicious but sometimes id like to try new flavors. Sure, I could ask * which Ive done before * but remember, we are talking about coffee and this exchange happens first thing, so my brain isnt always capable that early, without coffee, to make that happen!Theyre a little high on pricing imo (in line with Starbucks) $6 for a 24oz. But they are good!

My fiancé and I were stopping by before needing to be somewhere. We just ate breakfast so we werent feeling a heavy coffee right away. The lady stared at us the whole time even after I told her we would be here a whole and get something later. Then she came over to where we were sitting and tried to take our order and we said we would let her know. My fiancé needed to use the restroom and one of the staff tried to give him a key and then he lady stopped at him and said the key was in the register and you had to pay to get it open??? The key was literally in the mans hand. I got a small coffee later because, like I said, I was planning on ordering just not right away. The coffee is okay. But I will never come here again because we were treated as a burden and an annoyance.

If you eat inside the dishes are durable and reused after being cleaned. If youre concerned about your carbon footprint you can drink your coffee guilt free there.The staff are friendly and courteous. I have a disability and Im treated like a regular person. You are treated like a person, not a means to make more money there.A final note is that the Coffee Compound has some of the most amazing themed restrooms. Always clean and well maintained, the bathrooms are a good place to make a pit stop after you down some chocolate covered coffee beans. It should be noted that you must be a paying customer to access the bathrooms. However thats the industry standard in Downtown Ogden. I highly recommend this coffee shop above all others.
