Great place to go! I went yesterday for 2 pairs of glasses and the 2 women who helped me were amazing. And the one girl it was her first day on the job and she was so personable and helpful. Loved it!

The Dr was pleasant informational, more informative than my previous Eye centers. From my experience I would be a return customer. Great pricing and Military Discount of 20% Great customer service and left with 2 pair of really nice glasses.

Dr. Roy Gibson in Riverdale is great! However my experience getting glasses at that location has not been very satisfactory. I go somewhere else to get my glasses.

Worst experience ever!!!!! I went in there looking for glasses and they told me my insurance was inactive .The Customer service was horrible rude and not helpful at all… I left went to Americas Best they was able to find my insurance was a good experience !! I

We waited almost an hour and still had people ahead of us. There is only one person helping people. We had to leave. Hopefully we can pick up the glasses tomorrow.

I had a very pleasant experience at Eyemart Express in Riverdale, Utah. Dr. Roy Gibson was very friendly and made my visit feel personal. He took time to explain to me what was going on and answer all of my questions. The lady in the customer service area, (Jennifer), was very nice and helped me find glasses that I really like. She explained my options and helped me get the most out of my insurance benefits. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This place was fantastic! Not only was I able to get my boys in for same day back to back appointments on their optician side, they were able to pick out their glasses and were made in 34 minutes!! You can’t beat that glasses are made in under an hour! First time experience for that and wow!! Each kiddo picked out 2 new pairs! Customer service was fantastic! Jen was so great! And the entire office staff worked so well and had incredible patience for my older son with Autism! Thank you all! We will definitely be returning customers and I’ve already referred my dad!!

Hannah, Darby, and Jeremy. These 3 made mine and my mothers day today. I brought my mother in to get an eye exam and some seriously needed glasses. They all 3 took the time to check on me while I was waiting on the eye exam in the lobby and even educate me on some add ons for glasses and just what goes into a good pair of glasses in general. Jeremy was great here and I wanna thank him so much for taking the time. He even had to deal with an irate no masker which he handled proffessionaly and very politely. Once my mom got out Darby took the time to make sure she found the perfect pair of glasses and even let us know about a deal to get a 2nd pair for a great price. We added some sunglasses to the day and my mom could not be happier. She took the time to reassure us of our excellent purchase and explained every benefit we receive from shopping here which included scratch warranties! After picking them up Hannah and Darby both wouldnt let us leave until they made sure both pairs of glasses fit perfectly and comfortably and thanked is for shopping with them. These three as well as the eycare doctor made a wonderful team today and I could not.be happier with their help. Thanks guys!

Very rude and unprofessional, went in to get new glasses with a prescription form else where. The lady there pulled up my insurance and said I didn’t have coverage that it was terminated, when I had just used that same insurance at the other place and was active. I went to a different place and ordered my glasses with the insurance no problem. I Will never go back again.

I was on a 2 day visit with my daughter out of state when my glasses broke, I cld barely see, she took me to eye mart and I got an eye exam and glasses done in under an hour. I was extremely happy I could see for the last 24 hours of my visit. I hadn’t seen my daughter in almost 3 years as she is in the Air Force, so my time is extremely precious with her. Thank you eye mart for being so quick and friendly, will be definitely looking for their store when I get home .

The people at eyemart are fantastic my wife has had 4 strokes and is basically a toddler in an adults body she can not speak but the doctor there took the time to work with her to make sure she received the glasses she needed

These are the best prescription sunglasses Ive ever had. They look good, the fit is comfortable, and above all else, my vision with these sunglasses is superb. Its great to be able to see so well while cycling, driving or just chilling outdoors.

Absolutely incredible, the people were wonderful. Everything from the walk in greeting, to leaving. The Doctor really spent time, talking about my sons eyes, and caring about how he was seeing. He picked out the glasses, ordered them and got them in just over a half hour. Meanwhile they fixed a pair of mine, replaced the glass, and had it ready to leave, before I left the store.

Im in the market for new glasses. With prescription in hand I decide to try this nice new shiny Eyemart Express on Riverdale Road. My first visit was less than stellar as the person that greeted me, began by telling me of everything wrong with my current pair of glasses; how they were too small for my face, how far away from my eyes they were. I really didnt come in to get beat up on, I just wanted a new pair of glasses. After that attack I simply left. I did try one more visit seeing there were other associates helping guests. I asked a young man about computer glasses with readers and he said he thought that they could do that. He asked if I had a prescription which I did, he took it and I again asked specifically about workspace lenses which are designed for computer work, close up work and field of vision to about ten feet. He left the showroom floor and came back with Rose, who is either a manager or lab tech. She didnt say a work to me, just jumped on the phone and called my optometrists office! She then kept asking the lab tech of there was a specific script written for the computer lenses. She actually got very rude and ignorant with a person from a different eye center, one mind you that has been serving this area for well over fifty years! She finally hung up on this guy that had been blindsided by her attack and asked if I was the customer inquiring about the computer lenses. I said I was but would not be giving this place my business because of their lack of customer service. Too bad that a place like this cant hire decent people to work with the decent people of Riverdale and beyond.

Change it on Mars Express looking for inexpensive glasses but not sacrificing and quality and I got exactly what I wanted I got glasses I love they are exactly what I wanted and they didnt break my pocketbook

I went to several places to look at glasses, before going to Eyemart Express. The staff was very helpful and honest with me when choosing my glasses. Willing to spend the time to be sure I got what I wanted.

My sons glasses were taken on Friday. We went in Monday at 4pm with no prescription and no appointment. He had a new pair of great glasses in an hour. Eyemart is not in our network for insurance but the price was more than reasonable. We have found a new eye care place.

I was SO happy with my experience here! The eye exam was very impressive. I have a few complications & the Dr even communicated with my primary care physician. The glasses are fantastic! Dr. Kofoed Was amazing!! He was constantly teaching and telling me why my eyes were how they were. I really appreciated that especially because I have major chronic medical conditions. Although he was the same way with my daughter. I loved him! In my 15 years of being very sick he is one of the handful of docs that actually help and care

I accidentally broke my glasses, stopped in to buy a cheap pair of readers for a temporary fix. Left with 2 amazing pairs of prescription glasses in less than an hour! Out the door for just over $100! GREAT attentive customer service as well! So glad I popped in there, THANKS GUYS!

These guys are amazing. I came in and picked out a couple frames. One for clear, and the other for tinted lenses. They quoted 30 minutes for the clear and 1 hour for the tinted. Under-promised and over-delivered. They had the clear glasses done in 23 min and the tinted in 30 min. Great quality frames. They even had white frames for me. Hard to find elsewhere. Ill be coming back.

What a joke. The absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced when buying glasses. When I arrived, I was one of two looking to purchase glasses. An employee named Marlene showed me to the glasses on display, and then went to inquire what my insurance would provide.After choosing the Nikes frames that I wanted, I saw that she had ditched me for some guy that was there to pick up his frames. So instead of finding another employee that could give him his already made frames, she choose to abandon a customer she was already working with.I watched as Marlene told one of her coworkers to assist me. This employee walked over to me, with a vacant unsure expression. I explained to her that Marlene has my insurance information and knows what theyll pay for. Apparently, that was the wrong thing to say because her response was: Im going to help these people first. And proceeded to help a couple that (literally) just walked through the door.I was stunned. Marlene gives me an apologetic look, and yet makes no effort to correct hers or her coworkers behavior. I gesture for my prescription and decide to take my business elsewhere to those that appreciate customers.So if you want to give money to a store that wont help you, by all means, piss your money away at Eyemart Express.
