My girlfriend gets her prescriptions filled here, so Ive spent a lot of time in here. I always walk around while Im waiting and check out all the interesting things for sale. The prices are fair and the service is always excellent. We have asked the pharmacist questions about meds and vitamins and always get great advice. They really listen and care about giving you the best information. You can also get your Covid-19 shot here too. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because the selection isnt as good as other drug stores and I really hate making a left turn coming from the north on 12th street. The traffic is horrible in this section of Washington Blvd.
We asked when the prescription was going to be ready the lady says we will text you we gave the phone number she didnt text we went in the day later to get the prescription I was really upset with you guys it was done within 2 hours and no text or no call. If you say youre going to do it you need to do it not just say to get people out of the store. Thats really messed up
They say they cant sell prescription even if it is ready if it is raining outside. Not even accepting cash. Use a store with actual systems not some duct-tape shoestring.
Nice service. High prices. They seem to have protocols in place that makes it hard and costly to use my own insurance.

I called on Friday to inform them of my prescription due to be filled on Saturday. When I received a text on Saturday that the medicine was not In STOCK, I was so upset because I needed my doctors signature to get it at a different pharmacy and my doctor was not available. Why wasnt this brought to my attention on Friday when I called. They dropped the ball. Do not use this pharmacy. Would give zero stars.
If youre going through the drive through, better bring a pillow and some snacks. And clear your day ahead of time.
My Prescription was sent by The Doctor, since Wednesday, I waited a few hours to pick it up, just in case; the Drivethru Staff said: Sorry this will be ready in 20-30 more minutes. I decided to go home and come back there next day... Drivethru Staff: Humm; We only have a partial dose... come back tomorrow I had time to go back a few Days later... Is Now Monday and its NOT READY YET???!!! Pathetic Management and Communication Skills in this place!Never Going Back!
The two gentlemen working the cash registers today helped me with a coupon for my item. They were very patient and had a positive attitude. It was much appreciated.
Drive thru is so slow, the wait is painful and the cement barrier prevents you from leaving once you’re in it. If a prescription isn’t ready or there’s a billing issue send them inside. Theres no reason to deal with that in the drive thru. If I schedule a prescription refill it’s always done hours later than scheduled. Then I call and ask where it is and suddenly it’s done 5 minutes later. Why do I have to babysit refills I already scheduled??
A lady named Jerica and a gentleman who worked the front counter of the pharmacy both showed extraordinary care and service! My insurance was having issues connecting to their system for my wife’s prescription and they both took the time to figure out what was going wrong. They showed true professionalism and allowed me to walk out with my wife’s prescription very quickly. Love these people! Going back every time!
The people in the pharmacy are the most unprofessional and rude staff that I’ve ever spoken with. The three different times I’ve been there, I’ve had a horrid experience every time. Don’t waste your time here.

This pharmacy is not the closest location to me, but i opt to go there anyway because the staff is always so helpful and friendly. I have had a few bad experiences at another local walgreens pharmacy, so it is nice to come here and be treated respectfully!
As a pharmacist at another pharmacy in Ogden, I call for precscription transfers and sit on hold typically 20 minutes each time... very frustrating one professional to another. Tucker is always a helpful pharmacist when I finally get to talk to him but he needs some help around there.
Great people, super considerate pharmacy. Just cant say enough- they really have always gone out of their way to help me whenever Ive been there.
This is my go to place for prescription help. They are very knowledgeable and make sure I know about my medications. They know my name whenever I go and even ask my husband how I’m doing if he goes and gets my prescriptions for me. I love that they have a drive thru, it’s so easy to get what I need without having to drag my kids round the store. I highly recommend this place for those who want to get their prescriptions filled without all the hassle.
Unless you have 15-30 minutes to wait in line and enjoy being treated badly go somewhere else
We had stopped in just for a flu shot. We waited an hour and a half. While sitting there waiting another woman waiting for a prescription went back up to ask how much longer, and that shed already been waiting for 2 hours and wanted to see how long it was going to take.The pharmacist was super rude to her as he yelled, You arent the only person here. We have 500 other customers. Go sit back down! The whole evening was ridiculous. Will not be going back.
There drive thru sucks sitting in line for 45 mins while the drive thru is full, if they cant provide fast service thru the drive thru then whats the point of having it, mcdonalds drive thru is faster then them.
Horrible service today! After 45 mins my prescription still wasnt ready. I was told to come back in 15min. Now ive been stuck in a drive through full of cars not moving for 30 mins. Waste of my time.
Very good Walgreens location. Very bright and clean and open but has a cold feeling. The pharmacy waiting area isnt comfortable and there is next to no cell signal inside the building.
Extremely poor customer service. I was turned away from getting a flu shot because they are too busy, with a single person in line, an hour before closing, as the pharmacist yells at someone on the phone.

It took over an hour for a flu shot... they sent us to the little room to get the shot, a lady walked in with the wrong vaccine, it happened to be for the people who came in after us, and then took forever to get us back into the little room for a flu shot. Seemed to be understaffed. Just tell us up front it was going to take that long, I would’ve said no and come back a different time.
For the most part this location was great and urgent with our orders. We ordered a window photo book and were told the system was down for maintenance. The order was never completed then, but it was our first time with an order of that nature so we had no issues or worries. Tristan, a customer service associate was always willing to make sure we were satisfied. After this failed attempt we were told by a manager on the phone that we would receive a free book if ordered within 3 days.We then ordered the book again since the first order was not completed and were told the printer was printing incorrectly. Thankfully we were able to see in person the issue so we accepted the issue and were able to establish a plan with Tristan. He took it upon himself to try and fix the printer. I was greatly appreciative of this since not many people would do something like that.We then received a call the next day about our book. IT WAS DONE!!! We went down, Tristan was right there happy to see us and provided us with the book. We also ordered a poster and a printbook, but those we had no doubt Tristan would complete without fault. At checkout, Tristan was able to talk to the manager on duty which I believe was Elijah. Elijah inexperienced with our issues only provided us with a 15% discount even after we were told we would receive at least the photo book for free due to the hassle. Granted we ordered the book within those 3 days but the printer was not working correctly so that wouldnt be our fault.We walked out with the 15% since something is something but were bumbed at the news. Ultimately, Tristan was amazing and helped us feel reassured and comfortable. Please give this guy a raise!!

I went in a couple weeks before Christmas to get some photos for a friend of mine who passed away in Australia and used my mother in-laws family discount I used to live with but had recently moved out and also they had gotten the banner wrong so an associate the day before said it wouldnt be a problem getting the same price for a bigger banner since the associate I had originally ordered it with said it would be there in time (I needed help and so I asked and she said it would be there in time for our memorial.) The photos werent centered in the photo book and when I told the clerk about the discount she called the manager over a dark black haired woman claiming to be the manager with black glasses maybe age 60 she then claimed in a loud voice I couldnt use the family discount in front of at least 10 ppl and stated my mother in law could get fired for using her discount? I was in awe and so embarrassed, not only that my friend had just passed away from breast cancer and while trying to keep the Christmas spirit? My heart sank. She called me out in front of everyone saying I was trying to get a deal on my friends funeral pictures? How insane? You if you ever read this the manager who totally disrespected me In a time of grief and respecting a loyal friend while ordering pictures through your company, how dare you. And how dare you threaten my mother in-laws job in front of tons of people during Christmas time while stress levels are already high I hope you felt better while I cried to my mother in law saying I hope she didnt lose her job cause I was trying to set up an over seas funeral. God bless you. It was a great funeral and the banner turned out well that I will send to Australia as far as a North Ogden Local screw you. As far as the light hair manager and glasses I wish to God I knew their names but he is always helpful and always attentive and I did make that my go to place mainly because if him and my mother in law but if I see the black haired angry, ugly manager that wants to call a loyal customer out for trying to steal it get a deal for her friends funeral, who knows what will happen. She should not be in customer service, Ive been stewing about this since I stormed out and had my husband pick up what I ordered cause losing your best friend us emotional enough rather than thinking your local Walgreens thinking youre trying to pull one over on them at Christmas time. Good luck to you, evil woman and you lost a North Ogden Local. I would have gladly paid the original price but instead she decided to boast it to everyone what I was doing was wrong and she could get fired? Where is your cooth lady? I love that this Walgreens has a drive thru! Inside its the same as any other Walgreens which is convenient for shopping experiences since you know what you are looking for and where it is. I personally think its a little pricey especially the health aisle which is what Walgreens advertise. It should be the number one place I go to get bandaids. No one bandaid with a princess on it for five dollars.
Drive through sitting 15 minutes.. call button.. nothing.. called the pharmacy.. no answer. guy in lab coat shows up.. acts rude.. no apology.. disappears again. 5 minutes later 1 apology.. worst service ever

Quite possibly one of the slowest pharmacies in existence!! The store staff here is usually friendly and helpful, same with the pharmacy staff (if you can wait long enough!). For the life of me I cannot figure out how this pharmacy maintains so much clientele. It must be out of desperation that people, including myself, return to this location. The drive-thru is slow. Help at the counter inside the store is slow (again, friendly and helpful). Nothing here ever goes as fast as it should. I just spent nearly half an hour standing in a line with only three people ahead of me and only 1 pharmacy employee working the counter.
