Favorite place to find a Halloween costume every year. I usually talk to an employee or another person to discuss ideas. They even had an employee who that was her job. Its fun.I think they took out the fitting rooms.We donate a lot of things but with Covid they dont take as much and theres sometimes a line of cars and a wait. But its easy and quick to pull up and they help get things out of your car. They give you a 20% off coupon that I always lose when I need it.Sometimes weve lucked out on a dressy dress for my daughter. Or find something unique.There arent usually a lot of shoes but Ive found boots for a witch costume before. And sometimes toys my daughter loved, in good shape.

The staff are awesome. I just wanted to say, Im a repeat customer and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. I hope they are appreciated!!

This is probably my favorite thrift store. So many amazing finds, and everyone is so nice. The only thing is probably the smell that most of the clothes have. Its not awful, but mildly unpleasant. I have found that it comes out with one wash.

We visited the store in South Odgen, UT on 10/23/2021. We were in the back of the store with the electronics and one if your people who work in the back is bringing out full toolboxes for his buddy. The comment of, Oh Im curious to see whats in this and I have another one for you to look at in the back. So now we hold full toolboxes for friends to paw through without beingon the shelf for all to see?Then we go up to the jewelry case and are waiting there for help. The gal completely ignored us. When we asked for help she tells us, after I help this other customer. really we were standing there for 3-5 minutes with no other customers and her back to us so she didnt have to help anyone?Then we just go through the line and to talk to the manager and as we get there she just walks off. We said could we talk to you and we get the, In a minute. Not even a stop and Im sorry there is an emergency I have to take care of please hold for a minute?The kid that took her place at the register is an amazing young man who apologized and has always been helpful. That kid deserves employee of the year as he is always so polite.This store over priced anymore and over half the stuff is priced as new. I can buy it for the bran new price without clean up. Or priced over the original price.There are a lot of great employees there as we do go to this store a lot as we are redecorating a home. But with the customer service we experienced today and the back room shady dealing? I wont recommend this location to anyone!The ones that are half an hour or more have had better customer service and their location is clean and stuff not just thrown on the shelvesVery disappointed 😞

My cashier was such a nice gentleman. Very personable and sweet. Made great conversation about what buying and its use. So refreshing to have someone give such great customer service

I typically have a great experience here, but not this time. My daughter found a pair of cheap knockoff Doc Martin boots, anyone who knows anything about Doc Martins would be able to see these boots were fakes. They also happened to be on their 50% off ticket. Great. I get up to pay for them with several other items including another pair of shoes, and the cashier starts making a big deal about the Doc Martins and calls over two other cashiers. One of them says this is the wrong tag, theyre actually 16.99 & not on discount she then looks at the other shoes and tries to say that those have the wrong tag as well!! I suggested that someone should pay better attention to the shoe department, at which point she concedes and gives me the heels for the price theyre marked at, but the cheapo Doc Martin wannabes? Nope, 16.99I would have left them there, but my kid really loved them.Morale to the story, even if youre working at a thrift store, know your brands. Doc Martins arent made from cheap pleather, they are made from high-quality leather. The soles on knockoffs are lightweight, on the real deal? You feel like youre getting a workout walking in them.Another thing, if youre going to sit and accuse your customers of switching tags, make sure you have proof. Because this customer is calling corporate.

By far better then the D.I. so much more stuff and nicer things.

I want to tell you seniors day 30% off on a Tuesday I believe that you have seniors day at Savers I get they have a veterans discount of 20%. I want to say they make a big difference their prices are already really really competitive very low I have got some of the best buys I mean its hard for me to even believe I bought a a seven speaker sound system 3 disc changer in it its a Allah with the double tape it has the karaoke machine on it and its really nice and I got 140 Watts I got it for $14 without any discounts, probably brand new is probably 400 probably if not more I got just tremendous buys from that place and theyre a lot of people are bringing stuff in right now I see the lines actually the big lets see what the name is on this take my word for it they are competitive every time I go in there I come out with something fantastic I just bought a clock for I think it was $4 of some sense and its its made out of Rock but its its fancy its probably from the 70s its something it looks like it looks like terrazzo and inside of a its electric it works too I think its from the 70s but its heavy. and they give points for everything you buy so thats another way when you get so many points you can buy something with it at some its really fantastic great place.I also got some poor put Jensen digital speakers theyre really nice with the front you can take it off and its like four or five speakers in each one and I got that for $12 that is great and theyre perfect condition I like the old stuff you know the this stuff was top and its time top the best you can get I bought a Wagner paint sprayer you just fill the bottle and its electric and it works I tested it out and everything it works just fine for $4 it was probably 100 bucks brand new Ill bet Ill bet anyway have a great time at Savers youll youll always come out with something speakers are down anymore Ive never seen Ive been buying some of the nicest stuff there a pants like like designer pants for men were talking about the big name ones for $6.99 599 by the time I get the discount thats incredible 100% wool Italian and all kinds of their competitive I dont I cannot tell you how thrilled I am to get the kind of buys I do and you will too

I went here on Sunday to purchase a few items. There was a young female cashier that saw me waiting in line but some reason took the customer behind me first despite her lining up after me. She didnt even acknowledge me at all. The male cashier helped me out and he was great.

Its strange to me that they close their dressing rooms because they are afraid of Covid. Yet, they let people take the clothes out the door, into their dirty cars, homes and bathrooms then bring them back and hang them back up. How is taking them into a bunch of different homes safer than just using the dressing rooms that are there? Doesnt make any sense. Also, the pricing is way off. This needs to be fixed. Its a thrift store of donations. Why are you charging so much?

If you are donating, be prepared for a wait. It hasnt been too bad, but at least 30 minutes which can be a bit if you have littles with you.Workers were friendly and offered to help. Next week we get to go back to do some shopping!

Not a bad thrift store. Plenty of merchandise. However, and I believe this is a problem with all retail outlets, but the price of things at thrift stores have gotten nuts. My daughters bought some clothing and I was surprised at how high the prices were.However, I have Jerome Powell, the Federal Reserve, and the federal government to thank for that - theyre the source of the inflation were seeing.

This location was hit and miss on finding what you need. Some things are a decent deal. Clean location.

Staff are great, however the *new* return policy is abysmal. How can you expect your customers to continue supporting your business when you wont let them return (not even for store credit) what you would not let them try on at the store? No one, not even the DI or Goodwill have such a policy.

Mine and my daughters favorite clothing store! So many fun and unique finds! Perfect for costumes too. Occasionally name brand clothes are priced higher than what I feel they should be at a secondhand store. Even still, 5 stars.

Savers is a fantastic thrift store that always has a huge selection of merchandise primarily clothing but also everything under the sun including sporting goods housewares domestics outdoor items and sporting goods. The prices are very reasonable and knowing that they contribute to many charities makes it easy to spend and save. Take a look and note the daily specials when you walk inside to save even more!

Your prices for used good are higher than Walmart. You can get brand new shirts and towels for the same price or less at Walmart. Donated goods should be priced to sell quickly and for an affordable price. $15-$25 for used shoes is very expensive and greedy on Savers part. Since you probably throw unsold items away, why not sell them for less?

Very nice store! The place is clean and the merchandise is organized. They always have some kind of discount going on and Tuesdays is great for senior s getting a good deal. I buy most of my clothing here. Work clothes and street wear are both clean and come with few if any signs of wear. It is also a good place to find books and kitchen wares.

Theyre always getting new inventory here. The prices are fair. The staff do their job well. The hours are a lot better than Deseret Industries. I like coming to this store and cant think of anything to criticize.

As far as thrift stores go, this one is pretty good. Thrift stores are hit or miss as it is, bit Ive have some good finds here. Ill come again!

Savers has some really good stuff but they have raised their prices. It would almost be cheaper to just go to Walmart, Ross or any other clothing store. Ive seen bags with price tags on them that are for less than what Savers is asking. I dont understand why they charge soo much. Everything is donated, so everything is profit for them. I dont donate to them anymore. I donate to organizations and people who cannot afford clothing.

Savers has come a long way. I remember going there years ago, probably about 8-10 years. The shelves were empty and everything was ridiculously priced. Now their shelves are much fuller with better quality items. They could still work on some of their prices. All in all not a bad place to pick up odds and ends.

Pricing is higher than other locations, no fitting rooms, and you cant return for a refund or store credit has to be exchanged 👎👎👎👎

It was clean! All the employees were very nice! The lady that helped me at the register was super nice, and when the cashier wasn’t scanning my thing she figured out away to work! They also are super safe and asks you to wear a mask and they also have a great book aisle! I will always go there!

Not too bad. I was hoping to find a small table for the kitchen, but did get some towels big enough to fit around my big but at a good price and I good condition. That was awesome thanks Savers!!!

There was a sweater /jacket type that didn’t have a price on it. I took it up front & the person by the door was very rude when I explained the difference between the 5.50 jacket & the pull over jacket & ask about a price. She said it was the same, but I pointed out the marked one was heavier, had a zipper & pockets. She said 5.50 still, it was the difference between Kmart & Target. Who talks to a senior citizen like that? Your very rude mid 30/40-ish door supervisor I guess.

I love shopping here they always have new stuff daily and the prices are decent because the quality of their stuff is better than most thrift stores. The staff is friendly and helpful and its a good shopping experience, they have a lot to select from.

Used to be my favorite place and the only place Id shop. Over the last few years though, something has gone super wrong. I can only assume that someone running it bonked their head real hard on something and is now confused about where they are. Theyve consistently and ridiculously priced items like its a department store, and oftentimes for MORE than what the donor originally even paid NEW. Ive donated a bunch and seen it with those items, so I can say that definitely - but even if I hadnt, its just stupidly obvious how much theyre overcharging to anyone.Tldr: the clothing they put essentially at retail/unused price, and you can buy a tin with the cookies still in it for less than the empty tin theyre trying to sell.

I miss the dressing rooms at savers

I sometimes think savers forgets it’s a Thrift store. There books cost 3 to 4 times higher than Deseret Industries, good will and Salvation Army. I was at the Ogden savers today and a lot of there DVDs were $10 to $13 dollars. These same box sets are $2 to $4 at other thrift stores mentioned, even never opened. I brought this to the cashiers attention, Way overpriced dvds and I was told these were the correct prices. Amazon was even cheaper on most of them. Disappointing.

Great customer service as always. They do a great job of Covid standards and keeping things clean. I found good buys within typical inventory. Shelves are full.

Savers is savers ;) I like the second hand selection--- however the orices of most items is pretty high for being second hand.

Many times people complain about price and they fail to see quality. I look more for quality items (name brands) so those people who look for cheap then go to the dollar store you pay for what you get.

I have a three year old and he out grows his clothes so fast thank goodness for savers I can go in and for $20 I can get a few pairs of pants and a few shirts! And to make it even better I let him go play with the tons of toys they have there while I shop in peace!!!! And we usually even get a toy to boot! This is a must go place for sure always lightly use clean clothes! Some are even brand new with the labels still on them! Winter clothes, summer clothes, snowsuits, swimsuits, coats, gloves, and everything in between!

Recycle, repurpose, and reuse. There should be more store likes this around and store.like this should be more popular than a brand new store. I always find exactly what I meed and based on used prices I never spend more than fifty dollars when I am here. Although given the perfect budget. I could easily spend hundreds. Also donations are tax write offs. How great is that?

Nice place for bargain shopping. Because this is a thrift shop, items are always changing and you never know what you will find. They dont have plastic bags (nice for the environment) and paper bags cost 19 ¢ each, so bring your own bag or container. The store is usually clean and well kept.

Normally I love the store. Great place for what the employees deal with day in and out. But after tonight Im highly disappointed. My child picked out several items from the toy section. When we got to the register each item was rejected because it didnt have a price sticker. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The entire store is donated. Not to mention the items in the store are not my problem its the staff. What happen to the customer is always right? And the supervisor on duty was not only rude, he did not work with us, and threw his arms in the air. My child was crying, not because I couldnt pay for it but because they are unprofessional.
