I originally found their sister company, Forever Floral, and they pointed me in the direction of Sola Wood Flowers so I could order flowers in bulk for DIY wedding décor. Ive made several orders. I didnt have any issues with ordering and it looks like they double-checked that everything was there. I strongly recommend their YouTube channel since I havent ever done anything like this before. I use their dye, flower softener, water and whisk it for a smooth consistency. If you are using a darker color like mine featured in the picture, eggplant. I dried and dipped the flowers twice to achieve the color I wanted. Stemming the flowers is simple. You only need a stem of your choice and a glue gun. I prefer to dip my own but I like the option to purchase pre-dipped flowers. I do live locally so my order arrived really quickly. Super happy I chose this option for my wedding.

I ordered my my wedding flowers including my bridal bouquet from this company and I dyed them myself. They turned out wonderfully! Shipping was fast and customer service was great! There was a bottle of dye missing from my original order but is was sent out and I had it within days. It was a great way to personalize my wedding!A word to the wise, if you are not crafty I would not necessarily recommend these flowers. They do take quite a bit of time to do until you dip them in wood softener, dye them, and assemble them. I LOVED the project, and I love that I will be able to keep my wedding flowers forever!

I spent $120 on the bouquet because I a super busy bride and i needed it pre assembled but it came in the wrong colors because i thought i was getting the picture but they have a million colors to choose from that arent normal and i didnt know it was an option, it was tiny and their was spoting on the flowers, they werent died properly. They took advantage of me and wont help me out. I do not recommend.

Not worth the hassle. The first order was missing items and had incorrect items. After almost 2 weeks of back and forth with their so called customer service, I received my reshipment today and its still not correct. Unfortunately I dont have another 2 weeks to waste on back and forth trying to correct the issue. Save yourself the time, and energy and order from somewhere else.

I love the idea of having wooden flowers that last a lifetime. I love that these are local (for me) and support an amazing business. Although they forgot quite a few of my flowers in my first order, their customer service was amazing and extremely quick and kind. I highly recommend.

Bought a set of dyed flowers and over half were damaged. One of them also had a disgusting black hair coming from it. I have blonde hair. I asked for a refund and they offered me store credit or to ship the same flowers again. I asked for a refund again. They gave me a partial refund for the damaged flowers... I couldn’t use any of the set because over half were damaged. Horrible customer service.

Order stated 4-5 days. 2.5 weeks later and late I got my order. Order was missing key components. It took 2 emails and 2 calls over a period of 10 days to get a response. Their response was take pictures and prove it basically. Horrible customer support and they should update shipping times. Will not be ordering again, will buy from a competitor on Amazon w a shipping and fulfillment guarantee. Sad because I wanted to love and support this business.

Had the pleasure of stopping into their new store-front! Its a very cute little set up, convenient, relatively inexpensive (depending on how much you need), and I was greeted and helped promptly. If youre local, it may be a little difficult to identify their location right now because they dont have a sign up, but its totally worth it! Their products are beautiful!

I love this company and the products I’ve always had excellent customer service and quality of products. The owner gives great advice and tutorials to help you use her products to their full potential. I’ve placed several orders over the last year and I’m always happy with everything. I love supporting this local small business especially since they have been so good to me.

Good product, not as good customer service.The delivery took longer than was advertised (even longer than the advertised delay). When I contacted the seller they were unwilling to uphold their expected shipping time and blamed the shipper they chose to use. While I received a refund for shipping on one order, the seller stopped communicating with me about the other (ordered 1 day apart). I asked for a return call, left voicemails, texts and fb messages with no response immediately after having connected with them twice. This order was a re-order from a kit ordered previously. No where in the product description was it mentioned that the dye will separate with no way to be re-mixed (was stored in a temperature controlled location). Having seen other reviews from the holidays last year regarding long shipping times, I ordered my wedding kit early. Since the order was more than 6 months prior to when I went to dye them, they would not even give a coupon for free shipping on the replacement dye. Also, expect slightly damaged flowers in the larger kits due to their delicacy and shipping. Not a problem as long as you order enough for your project, but something I felt helpful in other reviews. If you have used these products before and are potentially willing to wait longer for your order- the products are good; however, the customer service if there is a problem is extremely lacking.

The more I try to create my little wood flower centerpieces, the more shocked I am about how disappointing this “kit” is. I even actually broke down into tears today about how I’m going to get all these finished in time for Xmas. Unfortunately, I’ve already stained and varnished the boxes, so it’s too late to return them.Where to start with this review?We live in a time of packaged and delivered to you kits. Meal kits are the most prominent, right? A lot of us have tried a meal kit as a way to save time and maybe even branch out and try some new ways of cooking! In the meal kit boxes that are mailed to you, there are usually multiple meals. You get ingredients and instructions for each meal, and all the ingredients and recipes are organized separately so everything is clear and you don’t accidentally use parsley in a recipe that calls for cilantro. You also get an image of what each final meal is supposed to look like so you can use it for reference if you get confused about any of the instructions you’re given.How would you feel if you ordered 3 meals and all the ingredients were mixed together and there was really no way of telling which ingredients went to which meals? That might be ok-ish, right? You’re smart. You can figure out which ingredients went to which meals. This is fine! You’ll make it work.How would you feel if you received a meal kit that only gave a “final” reference picture in black & white? That’s not very helpful right? How are you supposed to check that the ingredients you think are supposed to go with each meal actually go with the meal that you think they do? **deep breath** Ok. This is still ok, right? You can make this work. You can just look up the pictures on the meal kit’s website! Yeah, that’ll help!How would you feel if you (also) didn’t have instructions for cooking that meal? Well, that’s frustrating. Maybe there are YouTube videos? Surely there are a lot of people who have asked “exactly what do you mean by brûlée?” so there are probably a lot of instructions right? **proceeds to search on the internet**When I first got my “kit”, this is where I was. In an “ok, well, that’s not what I expected, but I’ll make this work. It’ll be a learning experience, right?” But, honestly, it’s been close to 3 weeks of me slogging through YouTube tutorials, Sola Wood Flowers’ Blog posts, and even other wood flower craft site resources, and I’m at a loss. There are still pieces that I don’t know what to do with. Example! This baby breath’s stuff… How am I supposed to stick that in foam? The flower stems are thinner than string! That won’t stick in there. No tutorials on how to put the filler in the centerpieces – just a tutorial that basically says “put the filler between the flowers.” #NotHelpfulI’m beyond upset with this purchase. If you are a beginner and have never put a wood flower centerpiece together before (and have no real idea where to start), steer far, FAR away from this product. It will cause you more stress than it’s worth. It is not a kit–it’s ingredients thrown together in a box.Is the quality of what I purchased good? Probably! But the experience as a customer is sub-par to say the least, and that far outweighs the quality of the product.Another note: The Raw wood stain choice is not a color of wood stain. The picture you see on the website looks like the “raw” wood stain choice is already treated–stained and varnished. It is not. It’s raw wood that you will have to stain and varnish yourself.Additional note! I originally wrote a review for one of the kits I purchased through a follow-up email Sola Wood Flowers sent to me. That review did not appear on the website, so I submitted the review on their website. It needs to be approved by an admin. So I went to Facebook—not an option to leave a review there. So Google?Review for Jazzy Centerpiece Kit, Grand Canyon Centerpiece Kit, and Inspire Centerpiece Kit. I bet this experience is applicable to all centerpiece kits offered online.

They do not have good customer service. Took over two weeks to process a return order. Took days to reply to emails. All because the assortment was not an assortment. 3/4 of flowers had skins and all the same size and the other 1/4 were the smallest flowers they had. I ordered an assortment off Amazon for the same price and it was the perfect assortment. They were also better quality. I also noticed when looking through the reviews, all the 5 star reviews are from the EXACT same time frame. 11 mouths before this one. which I thought was weird. I recommend Amazon or Etsy. If customer service is important to you dont go with these guys.

I love SWF. I have been a customer since about thr time she started with SWF (not eco flower). She really has an amazing team of real people. It occassionally takes extra time to get orders, but Ive always been offered gift cards/refunds if it was going to be longer than a few weeks. I love the hand written messages I get on my invoice forms in the packages. They often make me smile! Great customer service! She has always been real and up front as well. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE

I have been in love with these wood flowers for years! They are beautiful, last a lifetime and allow your creativity to run wild. The owner and her employees are amazing! They always do their best to keep up with the HIGH demand and keep customers in the loop on all updates. They also share fun ideas and inspiration, the community that has blossomed out of this business is absolutely wonderful!I have ordered several times and have never been disappointed with the product!

Deceptive business! Theyve hidden in their terms and conditions that you will receive whatever flowers they have available in their warehouse at the time and not the ones you ordered per the photographs on their website. Do not order from these people!!

I started following Sola Wood Flowers back in November and joined their official Facebook group. I was super excited and took advantage of their Black Friday sale. It did take longer than expected to arrive, but I had seen the owner of the company say that the wildfires in California had delayed their shipment, so that was understandable. I had a friend who ordered just before me and her flowers were covered in mold when they arrived, so I was nervous, but mine were fine when they came. I figured it was all a fluke. I stayed in the group page and actively participated in their live videos, sharing all their daily deals. I decided to take advantage of some of their daily deals, and ordered again on January 3rd after watching live videos that implied the items were in stock. A couple weeks later I ordered another deal (that actually showed the items in stock), even though I had yet to receive shipping confirmation for the last order. It hadnt been quite 15 business days yet, which is how long they claim orders take to ship, so I figured all was fine. I did receive that second order at the beginning of February, but still had heard nothing about the January 3rd order. I emailed them and got a canned response about how it was just taking a long time because dyed flowers and wood cutouts take longer (even though the live videos implied they were ready). After still not receiving any shipping confirmation, I finally disputed with PayPal. This did get me a response and I was told my wood cutouts would be shipped the next 1-2 business days, but there was no ETA for the dyed flowers. I requested a refund for the flowers and said I would still like the wood cutouts. The next week came and still no shipping confirmation or refund. I escalated my dispute with PayPal. Apparently SWF did try to issue a partial refund but couldnt because of the open dispute, but instead of telling me they just told me they refunded me. PayPal did side with me and issued a full refund on February 16th. The excuse for delays this go round was the government shutdown, but ports were not closed as the company claims.As if this wasnt bad enough....the way the owner and her friends treat people is ridiculous! Anyone who tries to leave any sort of honest review gets attacked. The owner will post about people in her group, she will make live videos about people, she claims everyones just a hater when in reality we just want our orders. I have received a message threatening me for just being in a group intended to leave honest reviews. The mob mentality is frightening. Im so happy I found a couple more legitimate businesses that just fulfill orders and leave the drama out of it.Also...if anyone is curious why there are so many 5 star reviews all from the same day...

Sola Wood Flower has the quickest shipping ever! I ordered raw flowers and had them with in one week. Woooah! The prices are incredible and the website has just about everything you need for all your sola diy projects. Have a problem? Their customer service is awesome too! They were super quick to respond to my emails and helped solve my issue well beyond my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company!

I was accidentally shipped someone elses order along with my own and when I reached out to let them know, they said thanks for telling us. Enjoy the free stuff. My order came quickly and response time was great. Im loving the flowers and am excited for the things I can make with them.

Ive place a couple of orders with Sola Wood Flowers. Most of my orders I have received promptly. I do have one outstanding order, and they have kept me updated via email on the status of the order. They have even offered a gift card if I wanted to cancel it, instead of waiting. But Im in no hurry, and really I dont want to die the flowers, so I am still waiting patiently for them. Response times from the company are super quick, they got back to me within 2 hours of submitting a question and resolved an issue I had with my order. Very impressed with them, one of the hardest working companies out there. I will definitely continue to support sola.

These wood flowers are amazing. The quality of every product I have ordered has been top notch. Also, any time I have any questions their customer service has always been amazing. They always provide an answer that is clear and even answers to any questions that may arise from the answer to my original question. Its like they know what Im going to ask before I can ask. And anytime there is an issue they always correct it quickly, and often times in a manner that benefits me and leaves me better off than I would have been had there been no issue.

Can’t comment on the quality of the product as I never received my orders. Placed an order on 8/9/18 and it’s now the evening of 8/30/18 and I still don’t have an estimate on when my order would be here. It still hasn’t shipped and whenever I contact customer service they say sorry and that they can’t give me an estimate time on when my order will ship because drying times differ. Waiting for them to get back to me about my requested refund. I also placed an order for 2 more bunches of flowers but don’t even want to waste my time waiting for them. If you can’t get your orders out in a acceptable time period you should maybe hire more people or rethink how you do things. On the website it says orders can take up to 12 days..... not a month! It’s ridiculous. Will not be ordering through this company ever again. I’m sure the flowers are beautiful if you are lucky enough to ever receive them. I was going to use mine for a gift and have had to do something different than planned due to the amount of time it’s taken. Super disappointed.

This company has really turned it around. The quality is great and the shipping time is phenomenal. I had a bad string of luck with items missing from my order but they were professional and fast when handling it - replacements often got shipped out the same day I notified them of the error. The quality of the wood items has gone up so much and though the flower variety is smaller, I havent received any broken flowers since the changeover. Way to rock it, Sola team!

I placed an order with Sola for a variety pack of wood flowers and after almost a full month of waiting, I reached out to customer service about my order. I was answered promptly and I was told it would ship within the next 5 business days. Two days later, I received an email that my order was unable to be completed and I was to receive a gift card for the balance plus at $10 credit. I requested a full refund instead of a gift card as I had no intention of purchasing anything else from their website. They did indeed issue my refund as requested, which I appreciated, but I still feel its important to warn fellow brides on a time crunch who are thinking of using them for their wedding.

Glad Im getting married in May and have time to figure out another game plan. 6 flowers came broken, and the 2 Roses I tried to paint just fell apart. When I hear wood I think sturdy and these are more styrofoam. One light sneeze and you will send them flying. I do love the concept and a few flowers turned out really cool. Super bummed though.

I have been ordering from Sola Wood Flowers since 1/2018. I love the quality of their flowers and their courteous Customer Service. I once received and order with 12 missing flowers (from an order of dozens) and they responded within two days and sent the flowers. My orders usually ship within the 15 business day processing stated on their website. Once or twice they haven’t due to issues with customs or container delivery but they always offer a refund if I choose not to wait. I love the items I’m able to make with their products and will continue to order from them!

I am so happy with my choice to use Sola flowers for my wedding. I bought 100 Sola flowers and was able to make 10 boutonnieres, 2 corsages, 5 bridesmaid bouquets, and one bridal bouquet. I watched their online tutorials multiple times to help me through the process of creating them all, and though it was a little tricky for my non-artistic self, it was absolutely worth it. Even including all of the additional supplies to put together the bouquets, I spent ~ $180 on it all. Such a steal!! You’d pay at least that much just for a bridal bouquet at some florists! AND now I get to keep my wedding flowers as a decoration in my home forever! I love telling guests the story behind the flowers- they are always so surprised at how beautiful they are, for not being real flowers! Highly recommend!

Interesting how this company is located in the same exact city as a company called Eco flower- which said company never fulfilled my order nor refunded my money when they went out of business a month ago without any contact or response to my numerous emails. Then all of a sudden I start receiving promotional emails from Sola Wood even though I have never heard of the company nor signed up for anything. Seems a bit coincidental...or does it?

The flowers are beautiful, easy to dye and are quickly filling up my home. If you haven’t interacted with Meagan, I highly recommend any business she owns. Her customer service is top notch and cannot be beat which is the reason I will follow her and her products wherever they go.

They used to be my go-to supplier for wood flowers, but their selection became sparse and I can’t wait 1-2 months for every order that I place. I too am trying to run a small business and my customers aren’t as patient as she expects hers to be! Plus, they’ve sold a ton of flowers that weren’t in stock. Go buy from Oh You’re Lovely! They’re a much more reliable vendor for Sola flowers!

I ordered all of my flowers for my wedding from Sola Wood flowers and was not disappointed! They came in an appropriate time frame and were beautiful. A lot of people complain about the time frame, but the Sola staff is always posting updates about what orders they are on and when they expect products to go out. They also post time frames on their website before you order. For a small business who supplies such a large clientele, Sola is doing great!I definitely recommend Sola Wood Flowers!

I absolutely LOVE my flowers! I love that I can get the raw flowers and color them exactly how I want them or have them dye them for me! I seriously order and have my flowers in about a week (I live in the same state). They variety of flowers is so perfect to create exactly what you want!

I received my first order today. I was surprised at how soft the flowers are. I think in my head I thought wood and assumed a harder product. I have to say for how fragile they seem Im pleased to say there wasnt even one damaged flower. They are well put together and packaged nicely. Theres a packing slip with instructions about how to shape any misshapen flowers and what your next steps should be. All in all I gave them 5 stars because I received exactly what I ordered in superb condition. Ill definitely buy again.
