Great Place to pick up electrical supplies everyone that work there are super friendly that works there. Open to the public, but there primary business is contractors. They have Klein, Southwire, Knipex, Ideal, Milwaukee, Fluke, and Greenlee

Very helpful and got what I needed. Ran into some trouble finding my order and they helped me immensely.

The BEST electrical supply house around. Royal has some of the best personnel around and their service is always great. Highly recommend!

Too expensive

I went to one of the other big electric stores and their knowledge was useless. Completely different experience at Royal. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They stayed open an extra 29 minutes to make sure I hot what I wanted.They earned their 5 stsrs.

I needed a part ASAP and was told by another Royal location that Ogden had the part I needed in stock. I drove an hour to the Ogden store, attempted to call ahead but received no answer. When I got to the store, they were closed. A note on the door read Closed at 11AM today for the 24th of July. There was no mention of this closing online or on their phone system. As I was sitting in the parking lot for 5 minutes two other customers came by to get parts and found them closed so undoubtedly several customers were disappointed.Logically, people will prepare for the closing on the 24th by ensuring they purchase things the day prior. It is ridiculous to close down halfway through the day prior to a holiday that is in the middle of the week. Im sure they will be getting an earful from a bunch of their contractors who they screwed over.I will be avoiding this company whenever possible, and hopefully the management at this store learns to run the location better.
