Nothing Pro about this placeEverything Critter Removers posted and so much more. Very rude and unprofessional from beginning to the end. Slow. Not welcoming. Unprofessional.Took them two weeks to call me and tell me they hadnt even touched the 4 shirts I dropped off to get worked on.Told me on the phone to go somewhere else if I am frustrated.Also, when I told them where I worked (a business with over 1000 reviews averaging a 4.3 rating from google reviews), they went above and beyond to insult me and tell me how awful my employers were.Their building is also very very run down. Their sign just says Embroidery. The prostreet is gone from being run down. Needs renovating or they need to move to a newer building.

I wanted to get some hats embroidered for my baseball team I have the hats in my hand and they said “we don’t embroider customers hats.” They don’t offer the types of hats we would like as a team and instead of making money they decide that. Not very good on their part.

Nothing but good things to day, timely, awesome workmanship and pleasant to do business with.

The owner is really nice and they do good work.
