I picked up a shipment from this location. They work as quickly as possible to get you in-and-out its out. The typical loading time is about an hour give or take. They only have 2 bays 1of which i believe is uesd for unloading. So if theres another truck already being loaded you just need to be patient and wait until it your turn to load. Overall the time speny there waiting to load and then loading not to bad.

Last February my wife and I decided to order the Pro form elliptical E14 ($1,999) with the protection plan($400). We received the delivery in March. Upon assembly, we realized a defected part on. We called, and spoke to a Cade (whom was helpful) and ordered a new part. After 3 weeks waiting we received the part and a technician came and fixed it. We were excited to now be able to workout in our own home with our very first piece of gym equipment. My wife plugs in the machine and then we heard a POP. The console shorts out. So now we call again and told that they need to order a new console. I received an email with a order status and after 3 more weeks the status said processing. I called and spoke to a women, she said you should receive it in May, as they are testing new consoles. May roles around, no calls, no emails, no communication from pro form. My wife calls this month (May), after getting bounced back and forth from different suppliers. We were told they have discontinued the E14 (which is strange being it was new in 2020). She tried to convince us to switch us out to a different machine (cheaper), but the weight capacity would not hold me add I am 66 320lbs. We have demanded a refund, and they have not yet taken any action on this matter. My wife and I are extremely upset, and now looking at other alternatives to get our money back. We have a 400lbs paperweight sitting at our house that is an eyesore. If anyone reads this, buyer beware, it maybe more stress than you think. I will be posting this on review sites as well

Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I was warmly greeted when I first walked into the showroom and was very pleased with the selection of as-new equipment. My goal was to purchase one treadmill, but walked out with a rowing machine and stationary bike as well. The value was just too good to only buy one machine. The white glove delivery service was perfect. We are very excited to have NordicTrack in our home. Big thanks go to Cindy (for being so kind and answering all my questions). I purchased a treadmill from here and it ended up having some issues. At first I wasnt able to get in contact with anyone who was willing to help, but after a few more attempts they responded to me. They reviewed my issue and made everything right. I was very impressed with their level of customer service. I will definitely be back in the future to purchase any fitness equipment.

I bought a treadmill and a bike from them and payed for delivery. They gave me a delivery date and time so I took off work and waited, then they no showed me without even calling to say they werent coming. I am still waiting to hear back from them about when they will deliver my purchase.Got it taken care of.

Excellent Deals, but you need to be flexible. This is a return center with refurbished equipment you can purchase at deep discounts. They may not have the exact model available if your looking for a specific model as their stock is only what has been recently returned. They are very helpful and kind.

Great selection of machines and loved being able to test before buying. The real reason Im giving 5 stars is because of the customer serive. Laura was so kind and attentive. Will be coming back for a bike soon!

You cant beat the pricing, so I picked up 2 pair. One for hiking with the gator clips for front and back, and a no drop pair for my endurance training. Its crazy the new muscle groups I am training with these shoes and the comfort...aaaaahhhhhh...So nice!

Fantastic place to get a discount Treadmill. Just make sure you run on it and inspect it first. Some of them might need the track lubed.

We bought this in March 2019 and absolutely LOVED it! Then in October of 2019, so 7 months later, the belt started fraying at the seam. So we contacted them and they asked for info on the treadmill along with the location of the treadmill, all of which we gave them. They accepted and sent the belt, and they had the tech contact us, who came out and fixed it. It worked great again! But then 3 weeks later, it broke again... This time it felt like it was lagging or slipping, but I couldnt tell. I contacted them and they had me do a white line test to see if it was the drive belt. To do this I had to make a mark on the drive line and then get on it and start it to see if the line broke, meaning it was slipping. When I got on I had just socks on and it felt really weird in the center. I got off, loosened the walking belt and noticed the belt was worn looking in the center... I lifted it up and looked at the running platform and realized there were a few cracks in the center where the belt was worn! When I told them, they asked me where it was located, which they already knew from before, and then went ahead to tell me the warranty was void since it was located in the garage. Let me explain how the garage is fully insulated, is not used for cars, and is where I have my personal home gym. I told them this and they said they sometimes make exceptions for garages and to do a live video with them which I did. They said that they were still going to void it since there was no AC or heat in the garage. Also because there was a rake in the garage... They said that garden stuff can not be in the garage. I let them know that the rake is one I bought on accident since I thought mine broke. It was only in the garage since I had to return it. All our garden stuff was in the outside shed, which I could show her. She said no. I also stated how most homes dont even have AC and that cant be a requirement, especially for a garage... She refused to say anything further. As for heat, this treadmill has not even gone through a winter. We bought it in March and it started having issues in October. It is also fully insulated in the walls and ceiling. We feel we were mislead on the warranty since it does not say in the warranty that you can not put the treadmill in a garage. I had looked to make sure we were doing everything right. I love this treadmill and wanted it to be cared for and last. She referred me to page 3 in the manual where one small sentence says Keep the treadmill indoors, away from moisture and dust. Do not put the treadmill in a garage or covered patio, or near water. I never saw this, it is not in the warranty info. Also, if they make exceptions for some garages, it obviously doesnt always void the warranty. I feel that the repair this time is too major, they are just looking for a way out of it. They made the other repair, no issues what-so-ever, but then it was just a belt. The tech said the belt had been too tight. Maybe the tension on the belt had messed with the running platform? Or the treadmill is just a lemon. We are very upset and feel we have been taken advantage of. Now we have a $1,200 treadmill that we paid for an extended warranty on to make it a 5 year warranty and it is useless...

Been trying to get the treadmill fixed with them thru costco... this process started over 2.5 months ago. A part was sent to us with no notice and finally a call from the repair guy over a week after last contact with costco.

I bought a set of dumbbells and a cool kettle bell with variable weight. They were returns so they only cost 50¢ per pound. Very good deals and great staff 👍

Great deals on great shoes. Be sure to rummage through the bins full of shoes because they are only about $30 and some of them are in great shape. Also new shoes go for around $50. Finding your size can be tricky, but if you do you get a great deal.

They sell Altra shoes at an amazing price. They also have exercise equipment for very reasonable prices. The staff are all so nice and helpful. I worked with Dave he was awesome! I highly recommend this place.

This place is amazing! Cindy and Shane helped me by answering any questions I had and I had a lot of questions since I have a spinal injury from the military. They provided me with an exceptional nal amount of information, well above and beyond what I expected. The Nordic Track Fusion CST was less than half price from a brand new machine but still had most of the protective wrap on it as though it was sitting on a show room floor but never touched. The delivery to its ultimate destination within our house cost $25! Santiago, Mondo, and Raymond were very quick but very careful to make sure there was no damage to our home, the unit was functioning, to answer my questions, and to put up with more of my ignorance in the form of questions. I would, and quite likely will, purchase from them again and know that I am safe to send family or friends there since they will receive top notch customer service at a very reasonable rate! Keep up the great work and we will be seeing you guys soon.

This company is a joke. Their equipment is junk quality and way overpriced for the junky quality of exercise equipment and junky customer support. I have had a treadmill worked on 9 times this past year. They are constantly throwing parts at it thinking a non-fixable problem will get fixed. Some of the parts they send are already broken so the repair man has to come back. Their extended warranty company UTS is a big joke. They do not care that people pay 2000$+ for a piece of exercise equipment which sits and sits because it is more broken than useable. Stay away from this company and their brands NordicTrack, ProForm, Weider, Golds Gym and FreeMotion Fitness. Their fitness technology brand I-Fot including WiFi-enabled fitness equipment and fitness wearables, iFit. The company also has a running and trail shoe brand named Altra footwear. All of it is garbage. Contact the Federal Trade Commision, Attorney Generals Officer and the Better Business Bureau. Icon Health and Fitness cannot get Better Business accredited because their ratings are so low. You will see, check it out on the BBB website under Icon Health and Fitness.

A month ago I was in the outlet bought 2 pair of shoes. Literally worg my exercises and wearing these shoes my left foot has been 90 percent better. So Im came and picked up 2 more pair during your sale. Im impressed! Ill be back

Factory outlet for Altra running shoes. I got 2 pair because the prices were so good. Be sure to check in the $30.00 bin! The staff was courteous and helpful.

Great place to buy Altra shoes or Nordic track equipment. The store is an outlet that provides returned Altra shoes or factory seconds at massive discounts usually 30$ to 50$ total to buy a pair. You will need to dig a bit to find your size, and they sell out fast after getting shipments in. Get on the email list if you want to be notified on the next shipment or sale.

Locked me out of my treadmill to force me to use ifit. I had a paying account to ifit but cancelled it as soon as they pulled this tactic. Completely rude on phone as well. Don’t buy this machine. Ifit is garbage unless you like to watch random people talk while they walk around city’s and trails.
