We have come here for planting our new lawn from seed and had an associate walk us through each step for maximum success in planting. We also got about half of our grow box plants this year here. And the biggest step forward into the homesteading world was this year we bought 4 little egg producing chickens! 🐔 and the supplies to brood them and raise them to adulthood truly a great store!

I brought in a plant I had purchased here for identification purposes, two office employees were eager, to be helping. Im pretty certain the i.d. tag was present when I brought home originally.They have a cooler at the front of the store with Peace canned tea Im liking alot, in the sno-berry flavor. Since discovering I bought three times in a row.The front register staff have no authority, having to call manager for basics. I returned a garden tool with packaging and receipt after two days. His approval was quick and pleasant, the wait feels odd.Weeks ago I purchased over one dozen of their half-price plants that were not guaranteed, some looked sad.The shopping experience was fun.One Pacific Giant Delphinium could not recover and the other is still desperately struggling. One large Anemone (Wild Swan) died and Fancy Pocahontas stiIl struggles.I will attach photos of other plants purchased here that are thriving beautifully. So beautifully: two varieties of Heuchera, two varieties of Hosta, Sweet William, two Four Oclocks, Hopi Blanket, Sweet William, Gold Barberry Bush, Spire Ornamental Pear Tree (learned, after purchasing, this tree is a problem invasive in the United States).

The man we spoke to was so knowledgeable his name was Marvin Potter. He owned his own nursery at one point in time. Helped us pick the right plants for this area to give our landscaping a wow factor. I was so impressed with how much he knew and the great tips he gave us. I could have bought everything he showed us. He could sell a ketchup popsicle to a woman in white gloves.

They always have everything we need. They are always stocked with merchandise and have good prices. Low rating due to the staff being unhelpful and rude.

Purchased a new smoker and everyone was awesome. We got the floor display and when we got home the manual and stuff was not inside so we called the store and spoke with Nick, he had someone bring everything out to our house for us. That is great customer service.

This store is very nice inside. Clean and had most everything in stock. The lady that checked us out was very nice and professional. It was not packed and had plenty of room to maneuver the store with ease. I also had 2 employees ask if I was finding everything alright or needed help. Was an easy 5/5 stars. I did not see the restrooms but going off how the store looked in sure they are great. Thanks 😊

Even though their computers were down they had a process that worked to get everyone through efficiently. They have great selection of products and the prices are great. Staff were nice and helpful.

For some reason this store has a problem keeping 40 32 pants in stock i love the store but every time i come in the pants i like are always gone u if i had a store and a certain size was selling faster than another i would order more of that size. Just sayin

Really terrific service!Spent $1,200 on Camp Chef products, primarily a Woodwind WiFi smoker. Got it home and unboxed it. In large letters it reads something like Do Not Return to place of purchase if theres a problem etc... assembled it and within an hour of starting it lost power.Called Camp Chef with 6 racks of ribs waiting on the counter that Sunday, and their hold recording says leave a msg, or email and wait 5-7 days for a response. Called again Monday more of the same and or hold for 60 minutes.After waiting a couple of days and hearing nothing I threw up a Hail Mary and called IFA. Explained above to their manager Nick. The guy was awesome! Said hed reach out to their Camp Chef rep to see if he could help. Then Nick gives me his personal cell number to send him Model info etc.Who wants customers to have their cell numbers? Not me! :) Anyway, within 5 minutes of my sending him the info he texts me w news that a he will have a new part in hand the next day... Then offers to fix it for me if Id like to bring it in - or can do it myself.The next day, an hour before he is slated to be at work I get a photo of the part texted to me. He picked it up in his spare time! Later, as he worked on it I received more communication, photos and explanation.Could not be happier with IFAs service ! These guys are seriously setting the bar high for their competitors. I will be sharing this story with my team as an example of how great customer service works. Nick could have easily said sorry, you have to deal with the vendor and went about his day.Also had a short interaction with Kaleb who was very courteous and helpful as well. My business partner even remarked as we walked away, wow what great service.Lastly, the floor rep who checked to see if the Woodwind 36 inch was in stock in the back was great as well. Cant remember her name. Top notch service at all ends of the business.

They had a pair of boots that work. No where in the area had my exact size. Though, the rating is not for the boot delima. Thats just life. The rating is because the staff wasnt friendly or helpful. No one greeted me as I entered, I wasnt asked if I needed help finding a pair of boots until AFTER I had strolled around for 30 minutes, tried on 5 different pairs of boots, and was ready to leave. However, the store was clean and mostly organized. I just wish the staff had better customers service skills.

Very nice and knowledgeable people. Can usually help you with all your home and garden needs. Fertilizer, weed or pest control, plus farm supplies, they have it all. What I really like about them is they actually have people working their who really know what they are taking about.

At this IFA there is always someone who is an expert in any farming thing you would need. They have instructed us how to take care of our chickens and bees multiple times. I appreciate that they do not push masks on anyone but that they still do their part to encourage social distancing and sanitize

This is my go to store for anything farm or ranch related. I buy my organic soy free chicken feed here. They have the best prices around. You can get small pet/animal supplies here. Dog feed and accessories. ANYTHING you need for poultry. Good selection of tack. The customer service is always amazing and very helpful. Staff is always smiling and happy. Not one time have I had an issue here. I am here at least once a week.

Lots of items to choose from and very reasonable prices. The older employees know how to do their jobs and they do it very well. The younger generation needs to grow up and do the work correctly.

The IFA is an awesome store they have a lot of goods. They seem to have the biggest selection of chicks in the springtime and a very awesome Greenhouse with tomato plants strawberries all kinds of shrubs and everything in between. The staff there is always willing to help you find what you need and even explain to you how it works or how it grows. I seem to spend a lot of time there especially in the spring

This is a great farm and ranch store, very large store for Utah. They carry feeds, hay, bedding, cattle & horse supplies,fencing supplies, very large tack selection. Nice clothing department with a great selection of boots also. They have a nice cat & dog section, kennels & dog houses, canning supplies, chicken & bird feed & supplies, plus live chicks, turkeys and ducks and even some small coops. Decent cowboy hat selection, some home decor, gifts, small home made type jams, jerky and candies. They also carry lawn and garden, mowers, etc. They have good business hours, friendly, usually knowledgeable staff. They are mid price range.

Since I bought some chickens off of them that has been one of my favorite places to visit. Being raised on a farm in northern Indiana it brings back old memories.

We have searched all of the stores in Ogden for stepping stones and when we went to IFA they had round ones and square ones with little pebbles for $3.99. Its exactly what we were looking for. If you need plants, they have plenty and they look beautiful.

My husband and I came here to purchase chicks and the woman helping us was very nice and knowledgeable. She had chickens of her own so she was able to help us along the way and answer all the questions we had. She recommended the right food and didnt push any other unnecessary products on us. Everything was reasonably priced and easy to find. Overall nice experience

Used to be able to access the school from IFA. Was super convenient and much safer since you had a light there. But lately I heard they closed it off and they demanding $900,000* from the school in order to open it back up. There you go your local store charging the local schools a fee to keep students and parents safe. Ill be keeping my business away from this IFA. Disgusting behavior.
