Theyre going to be installing a black and white fence for us and weve loved the process so far! Brian and Baylor were great to work with in picking out which fence would best match our new house. Were getting black metal posts and rails and white vinyl pickets and love the new horizontal option. Pricing was right in line with other quotes we got and I was just impressed with their staff over the others we spoke with!

Ive been in the construction business for almost 16 years and have used multiple vinyl fence companies in Davis and Weber county, none of them have been what I would call, good to work with. Recently (in the last month) I have started using Global Vinyl Fencing and have been blown away with the attention to detail and hustle the business has to get my orders pulled and ready for pickup. They are the best vinyl company in Davis and Weber county.

I’ve used them twice. Once to build the fence and the other to repair after a wind storm. I installed my fence both times so only bought the materials from them. Both times they were great to work with. Offered good advice and showed me things I hadn’t considered.

I want to preface this by saying I never leave reviews, especially bad ones. But people need to know what they’re walking into and I wish I would have done my research before using this company.First of all, you should know that Global Vinyl will bid your job to an outside company without informing you. The person who worked on our fence wasn’t even a Global Vinyl employee. I say this because I met the owners and they seemed much more knowledgeable than the person they sent to work on our fence. Maybe if we would have had them we wouldn’t have gotten such a bad experience.The person they sent to work on our fence was so unprofessional I don’t even know where to begin. He showed up whenever the hell he felt like it and would do one thing then leave for a week with no communication about where we were at schedule wise. He would also bring his family with him to work which is insane in any other profession and I feel this one is no exception. He also frequently called my husband at work to ask him what to do... isn’t that why we hired you? If we wanted to figure it out ourselves we wouldn’t be paying top dollar for you to do it for us!?From start to finish this process took a little over two months, which would possibly be understandable considering the pandemic, but once I called and complained he came out and finished the job in two days. Seems odd that it was so quickly finished only after I complained. God only knows how long it would have taken had I not reached out...The guy also said he would move our sprinklers but made up excuses at the end to get out of that. He also hit our water line and that’s another thing we have to take care of out of pocket. He left massive dirt piles in our backyard, put on fence fixtures upside down, and didn’t even tell us he had finished. This whole process was a nightmare from start to finish and it was not worth the money. I feel we were scammed with the amount we paid for the disappointing quality of work and level of professionalism that was sorely lacking. I would NEVER recommend these people to anyone.

Fence turned out OK, customer service is horrible, NO contact what so ever unless I called.. My gates are all installed to low and drag..

Do not use this Company they do not stand behind their work. Very unhappy with the time it took to install it, dragged out over a month from when it was scheduled to when it was completed. Refused to rectify damage caused by wind 3 weeks after installation. I will not use or recommend this company to anyone.

These guys are studs. They were up against a tough task with a very old fence replacement and a 25 year old settled yard that’s quite big. Clint took care of our bid and was great but his crew supervisor Josh was phenomenal. He listened to whatever I had to say good and bad and really went the extra mile to make my project how I wanted it done. I’m not an easy guy to work for all of the time I couldn’t be more impressed with his work ethic. I would highly recommend using Global, I would definitely ask for Josh to do the work if he’s available.

They did a great job installing our fence.

I went to Global Vinyl for supplies to do a railing around a deck and staircase we just built. There prices were great but the employees were impossible to deal with. No one there seemed to know much about their job and it made it very frustrating. I was called and told the order was ready for pick up but when I drove over the next day, they only had half of it ready and I had to go back the next day to get the rest. Even then it wasnt correct and required extra trips. They overcharged me for what I actually needed, they did refund me, but the check they mailed was for less than what we had talked about on the phone. She had deducted the cost of some brackets I didnt order or need.The manager had told me two different times hed order in the gate latch I needed for the gate they built but he never did, I ended up going somewhere else for it as I was tired of waiting. I had to modify some of the posts they supplied that were wrong because I got tired of dealing with the employees and wasting time driving across town. I would not go back and would suggest they hire better skilled staff or at least spend some time training the current staff. Not much knowledge of their product or how it assembles. Very frustrating process and Im glad its over.

Bought from these guys because they had the best stuff at the best price. I had a very small fencing project to do, even though I wasnt a big job for them they treated me very well. The shop guy Bryce was very helpful with showing me how to do the install myself and he even let me call him if I had any issues or needed any tips. These guys are the best, would recommend to anyone.

UPDATE: They finally got back to me, came out and did a quote. The gentleman was very, very knowledgeable and very friendly. When he started talking about how much better their product is and all that they do to reinforce their fences, I thought, Oh no, its going to be so much more expensive, but the quote actually came out slightly under the other bids I got.They were very efficient and friendly on the phone.Sent 2 emails requesting a quote. The website says will call you back within 1 business day. Never got a call back.

They Did Great. They were on time, the workers who did the install were nice and were able to put my fence in with no problems. The price was very great. It was even better pricing than if I were to purchase myself from Lowes or Home Depot and install myself. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

They answered all of my questions and they really know what they are doing. Every expierence has been positive. The price and product is outstanding. Kaylan is great to work with and is very organized.

Very up front and honest company to deal with.

I bought materials from Global Vinyl and had a great experience. This was a DIY and first experience with vinyl. Chad and Clint were so helpful and very nice. I showed up in my minivan to pick up materials and there were other contractors there picking up materials, the guys there treated me great and even though my order was much smaller than the contractors (I assume), they still treated me great, got my materials in a timely manner and are easy to get ahold of. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. I have come by my fair share of lame contractors so it was great to find such friendly, down to earth people at Global Vinyl who are still willing to go the extra mile for the customer. GVF installed my fence and they did a fantastic job. They showed up when they said and finished when they said they would. There were no surprises in the process and I am very happy with the end product. I noticed my neighbors fence, installed by another company, was already bending near each post. This is one of the reasons GVF is better, they make sure your fence is not only good when installed but for years to come. We have now had the fence for three years and couldnd be happier.

I think the owners are very good people

I hope you dont want to talk to any one when you call. Everything is automated and useless. I will never do business with someone that I cannot talk to a warm body.
