Beautiful building. Wonderful venue for weddings. They have a cute boutique/art store and a spot for art lessons. This place is worth a visit.

Love this building! All the little shops and art work they have in there is just amazing! The bathroom mirrors are pretty freaking awesome too!

Ogden has some of the best music Ive heard in a long time. Now they finally have a super rad venue. Amazing detail to the design and functionality. Great staff to work with and incredibly involved in the community. Hands down the monarch will change Ogden for the better. Keep up the great work guys! 👍

I just happened to be eating lunch and listening to the going west podcast about Gabby petito when they mentioned the monarch mural I just happened to be one block away I stopped by and it is definitely an amazing mural sad story they need to find Gabby!!

What a lovely venue for a wedding/reception! The location is Central and easy to find. The space is large and accommodates large groups while not feeling over crowded.

Beat event center in Ogden. Great staff, very well designed room. The shops are full of awesome artists and artisans. Most visit!

What an amazing place for all local artists and enjoyers of art to get together. I absolutely love what they have done with the place to turn it into a real staple of Ogden and I love going every weekend with my girlfriend for the Bazaar and for the Art Strolls. Its just our little thing and I love that we have a place as amazing as this to do it at!

The Monarch is going to be a keystone of Ogdens Art district. As well as a centerpiece for downtown Ogden.It is an amazing showcase of creative expression. All kinds of art and talent located in one space. And the prices range from $ to $$$ so there something for all budgets as well as tastes.

It was amazing. All of the studios were gorgeous and the art was even better. The space is in one word magnificent. The only problem I had was that the art box has prices through the roof. I felt sucked dry by the time I left.

Very spacious building for all types of events. We have been to several wedding receptions, along with gender reveal parties, and school dances. Great acoustics for music and accessible kitchen for serving food. Will highly recommend.

I enjoyed the building and the company.

This is a really beautiful facility. We went to a live jazz concert and were super impressed with how it was setup. They allowed your group to grab chairs and be together but distanced from others.I had not been here before and this place could be used to host work events and any event that you could manage by spacing at this time. We were in the large Hall upstairs.

A great venue.It went from an abandoned building (for as long as I can remember) to an awesome event space, and art district hub.

The Monarch is exactly what the art scene in Ogden has been needing, and Im so thrilled to be a part of it. The art and artists, the location in the Nine Rails District, the history of the building, and the beautiful renovations all add to the incredibly inspiring vibe of this place!

This is a great place that offers a variety of positive things to the community. The Art studios and galleries are a must see, with visual delights that will suit the tastes of all patrons along the visual spectrum, from abstract to realism, 2-D and 3-D!

Great little renovation of a space.

What a very cool space! Places for artists to have their own studio/gallery space. A beautiful big venue space to rent out. Such a fun hip vibe to it all.

The guy that makes paper was awesome, and his girlfriend that makes all kinds of stuff for the natural balance and healing of one self both an inspiration to me. You should go and visit.

So grateful for the efforts going into the Art District in Ogden. And The Monarch plays a big part in this.

The Monarch, with some serious advertising can seriously be one of the highlights of Ogden for young adults on up. Needs a couple more restaurants inside and just a little more diversity in art skills to meet all concerned, but overall it was impressive.

It was a beautiful place but the ramp we had to walk was insane. Regardless, it looked beautiful and the views from the windows added a great touch to our event.

This is an awesome artists coop with an evening art walk on the first Friday of each month. If you like art and want to buy it without any middle man this is the place to go.

Really neat place with some cool art to explore. The shop at the front was full of really cute decorating pieces and the stained glass stall was beautiful. Didnt make it into the cafe because I had the kids with me and it didnt look kid friendly, but the rest of the place was fine for the kids. We could watch the artists working on their different projects. Stall #7 also offers art classes!! My daughter has been working on pastel drawings and Im really happy with Sarahs teaching.

I was so impressed by the artist at The first Friday art stroll. The artist are as incredible as their artwork.

My daughter takes art classes here. Its the perfect atmosphere because there are working artists and creators here. Theres a community. Theres a woman whos a letterpress printer.We went to Craft Lake City and found lots of handmade presents for Christmas this year.This place rocks and Im happy it opened in Ogden!!

Beautiful venue for weddings!

The Monarch, as a venue, is pretty spare. Nice space with great acoustics however. We attended a delightful concert there and enjoyed ourselves quite nicely. Chairs were hard, and the hand dryers in the bathrooms were inordinately loud. Otherwise, a great place!

This was a gorgeous wedding venue! I love the vibes of it and everything about it.

An amazing place for local artists!

They just opened, so Ill give them a little slack here.I ordered a water, which came in a toddler sized cup with infrequent refills. As a starter I ordered the Pig & Fig, which was very tasty.For my main course I ordered the WBs burger. I was told it came with some house made specialty chips. When my burger arrived it was paired with what appeared to be Mission tortilla chips, not the gourmet chips I was expecting. The burger patty and bun were great, but needed condiments.We were informed that they do not have ketchup or mustard on the premises.Is this by choice, or something that was overlooked?Ill give them some time to figure things out and try again.Oh... they have a sparkler party every night apparently. So you can look forward to that!!

Just experienced The Monarch. Houses a number of artists studios and the Art Box plus WB eatery. So cool to see artists at work and a community of them together in one place! The Monarch is already shaping up to be a creative heart of the Ogden community. Every time I go in there its vibrating with enthusiasm and heart. I am really looking forward to the grand opening the first Friday in November. True gift to Ogden and the Nine Rails Art District.Highly recommend you come down and check it out for yourself!

Amazing venue to interact with professional artists in their own studio spaces. Besides seeing their work on display, you see them demonstrate, collaborate, create and thrive in the coolest historic building. I love every minute I spend here!

This is an incredible space and such a contribution to our community. From the events, the artists and the amazing exterior and interior, every detail is stunning. I look forward to every event I can attend there.

So many amazing artists. Beautiful natural light in the private event space. Nice wine bar and gift shop. I am looking forward to spending a lot of time here.

I am so happy that my husband and I decided to have our wedding at The Monarch. Its beauty and uniqueness easily helped make our day not only memorable to us, but to all of our guests. The staff was very helpful in planning and working out logistics, which helped ease the stress of planning such a big party.

This is one of those old Ogden hotels that have been turned into a artisan warehouse of sorts. Inside you will find a lot of artsy shops.

My husband and I were planning on having our wedding here in april! due to covid circumstances, plans had to be changed. The monarch was offering to reschedule all dates to a future date, but we didn’t want to have our event there after all. From start to finish of getting in contact with them to book, to getting details and finishing payment, to cancelling & refunding our event, was an absolute nightmare!We couldn’t get ahold of a single person. The Sales Manager, never answered the phone, or emails for days at a time. While trying to plan a wedding, this wasn’t acceptable. My husband and I would both call her and email multiple times a week looking for answers to questions and help so we could book and nobody would answer us.Eventually we went to book it and come to find out, the sales manager said someone else booked that date before us & neglected to tell us! She said we were taking to long to get back to her on things.... but we couldn’t reach her & she wouldn’t ever answer our calls or emails.Long story short, this place is beautiful for looking around, shopping, eating and attending other events. But as for a wedding, I do not recommend it.

I went to my cousins wedding here. Though they werent quite finished renovating the space, the construction areas did not intrude on the wedding, and the space comfortably fit around 200 people. It was a really cool space for a wedding!

The new venue is impressive. They still have a few bugs. But it’s a great addition to the community

So excited to have this beautiful and progressive art and event space here in Ogden. From the community events to the amazing variety of artistic expression Im sure the Monarch will become a destination for both locals and visitors.

We love having our letterpress print shop at the Monarch! The building is a beautiful, flexible space, and we look forward to meeting clients and hosting events in our studio come November.

The Monarch is a wonderful environment to work in! I can have as much or as little visitors, the other artists are wonderful and the events have contributed to my exposure so much!
