I purchased a new 400pluss dollar push mower. Got it home, unboxed it, fueled it. Started and the rear wheel adjust was broken. 21/2 hers of messing around I m back looming for another. Now I m waiting for them to find another mower. What a waist of a day and waist of my money. Still waiting .

You have to set yourself on fire to get any help. Once you get help merchandise is high on the shelf and the forklift battery is dead and wont reach high enough. Wasted trip.
