Quick turn around on hedge trimmer sharpening. They got the job done in 24 hours and texted me when it was ready. Everyone I spoke to was professional and friendly. Im just a homeowner/consumer, non-commercial user. Ive bought six different pieces of equipment plus different accessories and parts. Ive had extremely good experiences and the owners are great people. The only reason I couldnt give fine stars is because of how long it can take to have equipment serviced. I get it though... They supply and service many large commercial companies and so they may take precedence. Great place though. Like a guys candy store.

Used to really love this place. Had family speak very highly of it. I unfortunately didnt have a good experience here. I took my mower in and dropped it off leaving specific instructions to call me before any work was done on it so I could make sure it was worth the money. Matt told me they were three weeks out so I said I would take it somewhere else.He then offered to have me demo a unit and if I liked it I could buy it instead of waiting of repairs. I agreed and loved the demo. I called the next day said I want to buy it. Their staff told me Matt would call me back. After waiting at least two more weeks calling multiple times and leaving messages both on their machine and with staff I still hadnt received a call back.At some point I received instructions from Matt for their online system. After having three people try to use it without success I added that to my messages as well so they knew I was having a hard time with it.It was at this point I received notification from them that my mower I had originally brought in was completed and I could come get it. I then started to call Matt directly because I was specific that they needed to call me before they did any work.Eventually I was able to contact Matt and he was very confrontational and aggressive. He told me it was my fault that they didnt list they needed to call me on the work order, that no contact was made and that I shouldve come into the store. I had previously I explained I worked a 9 to 5 job in Draper so I couldnt make it in during regular hours.We were able to come to an agreement that I leave work early to make it into him and I called him that day to add a trimmer to the list of stuff we wanted taken care of. He confirmed our appointment. I leave work early and show up and he wasnt there and his employees told me he wouldnt be coming back in. While standing in line there were four people in front of me and every single one of them had the same issue I did about not being contact before work was done and not a single bill was under 150 that they had to pay to get their machines back.At this point I just bought the machine from another employee who we had heard great reviews about. The process was simple and they were kind enough to stay a little late and finish everything for us. We then dropped off another trimmer we were having issues with and asked them to again call us before work was being done.I then find out a couple weeks later that the mower we bought was supposed to have a packet that came with it with an owners manual, maintenance schedule, other stuff from the dealer and manufacturer, as well as a side discharge blocker for the mower. None of this was ever given to us nor were we called to come pick it up. At this point I called and asked them to not work on the trimmer and I would come pick it up. They told me they had already ordered a part and I asked them why I wasnt contacted first and they told me it still wasnt listed on my account to do so. I have also tried to get the new machine in for service many times with no calls back.After weeks of waiting for anything to be made right Im exhausted. This was very frustrating as a first time new $10,000 mower purchase and has left a bad taste in my mouth. I am disappointed because these guys were talked about very highly by other companies in the industry and my family. The nearest certified Ferris dealer is in SLC which is quite a distance away and it is frustrating I have to resort to those measures.

I have bought from Wilkinson supple 2 lawnmowers, 2 generators, 3 chainsaws, a hedge trimmer, a lawn trimmer and 2 Honda trax Snowblowers. The Wilkinson family are hard working and honest people. The only place I will buy from. I highly recommend them!

Ive been doing business with these guys for going on fifteen years. The thing with Matt is he always makes it right. That is the kind of person I want to do business with. As a small business owner, if my machines go down, everything comes to a stop. I need my machines running or I dont make money and customers arent happy. Time and time again, Matt has gone the extra mile to get my machines fixed to get me going again.A couple years ago I had a problem with my trailer and was stopped on the side of the freeway. Matt saw me, pulled over, and helped me fix my trailer. Thats just the kind of guy he is.

I had this company rebuild the carburetor on my snowblower. The carburetor leaked Fuel and did not operate properly. After working with Matt he ordered a new carburetor and installed it on my snowblower. He gave me no compensation for the poor job they did rebuilding the carburetor. I paid for the rebuild and then had to pay for the new carburetor. Cost me almost as much as the snowblower is worth, perhaps more. Never take anything there again! Would not recommend them to anyone! Im not sure how Matt can have good conscience for his excessive charge for the work on my snowblower.

I bought a new snow blower at this place and had some trouble starting it. According to the ticket they poured a solution in the tank and it must have started because they gave it back to me stating it was running fine. Since then I have drained the tank twice ands refueled with clean fuel and used the solution they talked me into buying. I still have not been able to use it and for repair I will not take it back to these lazy characters.

This review is late in coming, but I felt the need to do a full review of Wilkinson. I purchased a lawn tractor and had a tuneup done on my Honda lawnmower. Matt and his crew are Awesome! I cant say enough about the friendly, professional service. No matter how busy Matt is, hell take the time to answer even the dumbest of questions from joe consumer. The tractor was an easy purchase, and turned out to be a great piece of equipment. The tune up was as advertised on the lawnmower. 5 stars here for great service and a locally owned business. Theres a reason hes been there for so long. Ive relocated since last summer, however, if I moved back, I would not hesitate to buy from Matt again in the future.

Wilkinson Supply was totally awesome recently when my Cub Cadet 3X broke down. No fault of Wilkinson but a manufacturers defect they took care of it in a timely manor. I’m sure they will still be battling with the manufacture but Wilkinson resolved the issue in a timely manor so I will have the snow blower for the forecasted snow storm. Thank you Wilkinson, Matt, staff and the technicians that fixed it. I will certainly look at Wilkinson for my future product purchases.

Jeremy was extremely helpful when I brought my mower to be fixed. I went to Wilkinson based on google reviews, since I was in the market for a second chainsaw. Im glad I went here and am a return customer.Andrew is a great overall person and Wilkinson is lucky to have him. He is knowledgeable and very helpful. It has been a pleasure to get to know him and Im a return customer mainly because of Andrew.Matt is the owner and he is a great guy too. He is personable and full of energy. I think he might be one of those guys you either like or hate ... and I like him. He is sincere in wanting to help customers and was truly interested in making sure I was happy as a customer.The only negative I would say I have is their service department does need a little push to get your stuff fixed. Dont get me wrong, I think they are the right guys to do it, I just think they might be so busy with work, things might slide a little if you arent the squeaky wheel. But, they were persistent and listened to me that I said I thought there was a problem with my new saw (I noticed it the first time out for 4 hours) and after a couple attempts to fix it, they did fix it. I finally got a video for them to watch of what I was experiencing and what I told them I thought the saw wasnt getting enough gas. After getting them the video, the mechanic confirmed the next day he saw a problem through testing the carburetor and they got a new one ordered and replaced in a week under warranty.Ive purchased many accessories for my saw since and had my lawn mower serviced here since they are a Toro dealer. They did a great job and got my drive system on the lawn mower back into shape.Note they also rent equipment, which of note is a Toro Dingo. I rented one of these from another rental company since Wilkinsons was out the week I needed it, but these machines are awesome and a great alternative to a sit-in skid steer. For my job the Dingo was great and was perfect for working in tight spaces, but powerful enough to dig and lift everything I needed to (I moved around 60 yards of materials in two days and set 12 3-4 diameter boulders in place.

Well, the at first service was great, (why not, Im about to drop a little over $2000.but it came delivered with a cracked side panel and scratches on the hood, so if you get it delivered(cost extra) check it out Super close, everything cost me close to$100 so far

Every time i bring in a mower i always have to call to see if its ready. Even though they tell me they will let me know. Plus, theres a 50% chance the thing even works when its “fixed”. Ive asked to fix it multiple times, go down to pick it up and the battery is dead or it has the same issue. For the ammount of money spent would not recommend.

Took my snowblower in for some maintenance on the auger. They delivered it too the wrong house when it was finished. They picked it up but said they could not deliver to the correct address for another day. I told them I would pick it up because I needed it. Started it and after running only five minutes the main drive belt jumped off - one they just replaced. Took it back and they fixed it again. Well it happened a second time the following week. Took it back and they fixed it again. It happened a third time then next time I used it and this time I fixed it. This is the third winter Ive used the blower since I made the repairs. Will never go back to Wilkinson Supply for service EVER again!!!!

Tried to purchase a commercial ztr mower a couple of times. Owner never bothered to call me back after leaving 2 messages. When I finally got a hold of him he had sold all the mowers I wanted. However, he offered to bring a ferris mower to my house to demo . We set a date and time and he just blew me off, no call, no show. Id much rather deal with Croft in Bountiful for any snapperpro or Stihl equipment.

Worst service ever. HowJust took my saw in to get serviced and it was the worst customer service ever. Not only did they have it over 2 weeks they didnt even replace the stuff shown as advertised for a service. Still charged for a full service with nothing done or replaced on the saw.
