We worked with Brent to receive lights for our home. Some of the lights were different than expected when received. I called in and was able rearrange my lights to get what I had expected for our home. They were very understanding and helped correct my order easily. I was so pleased I felt inclined to leave a good review.
I was told that during instillation the glass part of the light broke. I have been told the replacement was here, and that they would bring it up soon. (Back in October of 2018). Still waiting with no response to emails and calls. (April 2019.) After I got other people involved he got me my light cover, and in an email chain acted as though he wasnt that late with getting the light cover to me... Im okay with a part out of stock for months. But at least be proactive and maybe respond to an email?
