Brett is awesome to work with. He resolves any issues that arise with easy and speed. We can run out of aprons and he is here before the day is out with more. I dont know how they do it, but the chef whites come back White. We will continue to use Model Linen and recommend them to others.

Brian is always willing to help out with our last minute orders and goes out of his way to make sure everything is delivered and correct each time.

In my capacity as Director of Sales for a large catering company I ordered linens for very large single and multiple events. I always found the delivery service, quality and quantity of linens, and willingness to service our account to be exceptional.I am now retired, and Brett still delivers exceptional service thru supporting the community by donating linens to the causes I am involved with.I would recommend Model Linen for both personal and business needs. We have used Model Linen for many years for our restaurant, Carlos and Harleys in Eden Utah. They supply us with cleaning rags, mop heads, floor rugs, and aprons. Their customer service is excellent. The delivery guy is great, always on time and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we have enough of their products for our changing seasons. Due to our seasonal business we go up and down on our order and it has never been an issue. They strive to make sure we have the best pricing and they are always fair. They have even returned items that our employees have wrongly put in their dirty rag bin that were our personal property. I would recommend Model Linen- they have a long history of taking care of their customers and take pride in being family and locally owned. They make our job easier by taking care of the dirty stuff!!! Big thumbs up!!!
I have the same exact story as Dr. Glenn Letteer. Weve been dealing with this for about a year. Every month I get an invoice and statement but no service. When I call and ask to be helped the manager gets an attitude. Always full of excuses. Even came in one time to prove the driver had come out to the shop with a signature that was neither mine or the owners and the invoice was dated January 1, 2019. A day in which we are not in business.The driver always has an attitude. I guess its really hard to make sure your customers orders are correct and done in a timely manner. And customer service is all the way out the door! I am only giving 1 star because it makes me.

Horrible experience. Go with another service. Like to deliver and pick up at THEIR convenience. Not yours. The drivers never know where to pick up and are very unorganized. Never ever again. Dont do it!
( forgive my poor English.) I gave them one star because I cant give them 0 stars! We have used them for 3 years, this is the worst experience I never have! We suppose to be received our order every next Tuesday, after two days late, I was calling my account manager, he told me they delivered to us last week, I double check the my copy of the receive, I have my delivered on two weeks ago, I told him and he ask what I want? Excuse me! !!!! Its that the right way for you to be a salesman? I just want my order on time! Its that hard? Please!!! Be nice to your customers, or you will lose them for sure.
Model Linen is supposed to be delivering carpets to my stores monthly. They have been a horror to deal with and went three months without changing the carpets. After I called and complained that I had been paying and not receiving service, a guy finally showed up. When he showed up he had an attitude problem and basically accused my secretary of being a snitch for calling in and reporting the issue. DO NOT sign a contract with this company!!!
I wont even give them a star rating but I have to give them something in order to post.. Their integrity is poor. Their service is beyond poor and they just dont care. Their sales reps are dishonest. And their management will not honor the modified contracts of their dishonest salesmen. Then they have the nerve to accuse the customer of the one being dishonest and of being a forger of modification to the contract. AMAZING! DO NOT, I repeat, Do NOT allow this company to provide you with products or services. You will be greatly disappointed and treated poorly. .

Id rate 0 stars if I could. They are constantly forgetting parts of our orders and then charge us a delivery fee to come bring us what they initially forgot. I have no idea how they are in business. Every week is a messed up order.

Unloaded here fairly quick but the ppl that were receiving the product are just paranoid as heck. Over all okReceiving hours are till 4 if I remember correctly
