This place would be nice if everyone had the same standards. Some people take care of their lot and some dont..Some places look pretty tore up..Reply: I have lived here recent with my mother and it hasnt changed..Not sure what your standards are but they are not for EVERYONE. Maybe you should do a drive through the parks and see what Im talking about.

We went to the Washington mobile Estates park to see our daughter the park looks clean and well-maintained no problems with parking

Cousin lives here. The pool seems nice. Traffic is not too bad. It seems that most neighbors are personable and friendly.

Great neighborhood, clean & family friendly but still quiet & relaxing. Property manager Michelle & maintenance property care manager Curtis work great together & do all they can to keep up with good community relations & keeping everything clean, maintained & a pleasant pave to call home.

Lot rent increases every year so theres that. Theres a kids park and three grassy areas but children play in the streets without regard to their own saftey. Noise level is a 3-4 out of five. They hardly plow in winter (The road) and when they do they cover the overflow parking which there is not adequate enough spaces for the volume of people there. The more I think of it the more its bad just look into more options, its not worth it.

Office management is interesting... and it seems theres some favoritism amongst rules being looked over for certain individuals. Hard to get into and need to redo their front entrance shouldnt have to feel my back end scrape every time I enter. Could be so much better

My grandparents live here. Not a bad place but parking is an absolute joke. You cant park in front of your trailer past midnight. Sometimes all the over flow spots are taken up, there is only like 20 over flow spots. So if theyre all taken youre out of luck. If you park in front of your trailer you risk having your car towed. Also lot rent seems to be a little more than other trailer parks and they dont give you much freedom to do what you want around your own trailer. Theres not a lot of crime or anything around here, so you dont have to worry about that.

Really nice and clean. Everyone is so friendly, getting a place here is fast and easy.

I am hoping for the office to reply here. :)We drove around your community & have looked at a couple houses, we are really wanting to move forward with getting the home on lot #40. Before we make a down payment we want to make sure we can get qualified for the park, we also have a few questions I feel would be good to ask here since others may have similar questions.1) We have 1 dog, she is about 30-35 pounds (medium sized dog). We were hoping we could build a small fence around our lot, we would of course get good quality material & have the fence look really nice. Our dog is a family dog, & registed/certified ESA animal. She is fully trained, & would only be let outside to go potty, but wed like to have a fence so we dont have to take her out on a leash.2) Would we be aloud to grow flowers/a garden on our lot? Its not a deal breaker, but we take pride in making our homes & property clean & welcoming. We would just like to know your rules in general.3) My husband & I both have good credit, & have a clean record. We have LDS standards, no smoking...drinking...etc, not that it matters lol. We have a 14 month old son. This brings us to our last question, is the community neighborhood friendly? It looks amazing but we never had the chance to talk to anyone.Thank you, I hope to hear from you soon.

Do not live there. However the grounds are kept neat and a nice pool.

Lived here 10 years. Very nice park. However lot rent goes up EVERY year.
