I work for a company that has been purchasing pallets and crates from Challenger Pallets since 2012. We go out to bid every year in December, no one even comes close when quoting our products. I wouldn’t go any other place then Challenger Pallets. Justin and his team (especially Megan) are the best, their customer service and professional is outstanding and most of all they care about our needs. The prices and quality are right on target. If I have any issues, Justin and his team are right there to assist in any way they can. Jose is always courteous to call ahead to schedule delivery, Jeremy the driver is very prompt and always has a smile and greets me by my first name. I am honored to be a client and Challenger Pallets to be our vendor.

Very professional to work with. Great price with high quality and high quantity orders. Never an issue with payment or delivery timelines. 10/10 would recommend.

Unfortunately this company seems to operate deceptively. Was provided a quote for my pallets. When they did pay for them is was for only 200 of the 315 they received. Be wary prior to using them. Currently pending speaking with one of their managers regarding this issue.***UPDATE***After speaking one time with a member of their management team and expressing my issue with their process. He said he would look into the issue. No additional communication was made by the company to me, but they did bring pallets back to us. Unknown if they were the ones we provided based on the quality. It was an effort to make it right and as such I have updated my review.

Challenger has been our wood supplier for years and we couldnt be happier. All deliveries have been on time and in great condition. Whenever weve needed express delivery they have come through to help us out. Dealing with their sales team couldnt be easier. Any time weve needed a new size of wood Justin has supplied it quicker than we couldve hoped for. Their delivery drivers are friendly and helpful, whenever my fork lift drivers unload the trucks they help anyway they can. I can not say enough good things about Challenger Pallet and Supply, I would highly recommend doing business with them.
