Nice upgrade! Clean and shiny isles!!! Some great deals and some not so great deals but all in all a great place to shop for groceries on the go or run into a few friends! Staff are courteous and helpful. Customer wait is usually quick and easy!

Great store except I hate their self check outs .....personally I use self checkout to not deal with ppl and their ppl always insist on helping, giving their two cents and honestly are always rude! They actually insist I pay and add charges for bags when entering covers them for me bc they insist that the system is doing something wrong...they make me hate going there

SHOULD REALLY GET IT TOGETHER. There is a general rule of thumb in customer service when 3 or more customers are in line you open another register. You need to bag according to weight not price of bags. Self checkout needs to be able to scam and grab your own paper bags and redeem points without assistance its ridiculously not self service. You just want us to do the scanning?

Really the only store nearby that carries enough gluten free stuff to allow me to make real meals

Produce quality is wanting but its better than the other choices of larger non-Walmart groceries in the area. The prices are average to high but they run some great specials/sales if you look at the circular. The check out process could use a serious over haul. When youre used to the efficiency of Wegmans check out the Price Chopper cashiers are not even close in speed or bagging logic even when they have a bagger to assist. I use the self check out when available so that my cleaners/non food items arent bagged with food.

Meat selection is not that great but the store is neat and staff friendly. Best around area for sure. Just used to Wegmans or Publix.

It is a good store for certain items. Dont like the meat from here at all. We have found nothing about any of their meat that is good. The groceries are usually a good variety.

The customer service was RUDE and at one point even ignorant. By three different employees at that. Shelves were bare and the floral department was upsetting. Flowers dying and not being taken care of. They didnt clean the registers after each use. They didnt enforce sovial distancing...But they did have mask on.

Not happy . I went and spent 150 in food . When I was leaving the girl that cashed me out yelled to me as I was leaving that I didnt pay for my food. I said yes I did I used my debit. She said the transaction had not finished . I do believe this could have been handled much better . I will no longer go to your store . I bought my groceries there evey week but no longer will.

This was only my second time to the grocery store since covid started ( 7months) so I had quiet the haul !!! This store is my go to for groceries and todays visit was disappointing. Canned veggies were being moved to near the bakery and it made for a confusing time. I ended up checking out without an item because I couldnt find it. At the self checkout there was no associate for the entire time it took so I left without using a save now coupon as they do not allow you to scan and deposit them.

I love their fresh produce and their pastry section is to die for but they are pretty pricey and unaffordable if youre living on a fixed income even if you cut coupons and go for the deals. Id never shop here on a regular basis for groceries. Maybe just my fruits

Nice selection of food. Store and bathrooms were clean. Some of the produce was small but it tasted good. Meats were trimmed well. Make sure you have a savings card or ask to use the store card, it saved me over 40%. Sales were good. Prices were good, some things were cheaper while others more expensive than other super markets.

Friendly staff, clean place, shelves orderly and when I worked nights for many years the 24/7 hours was wonderful to have. Plenty of routinely stocked items that were once hard to locate in the North Country before the store arrived.

Bought 5 lobsters from the case yesterday and well I wasnt pleased they were spoiled I called and the manager was excellent in customer service!! Today went back and got 5 live lobsters from the tank!! Very pleased and thankful!!

I enjoy the upbeat feel of this store. The deli and hot case are well stocked and have a good variety. They always put a baked good or two by the entrance to entice you. If your lucky, itll be BOGO so its even more enticing. They seem well stared so you dont have to wait long to check out. Its a nice place to shop.

Melissa in the Deli department is so nice and friendly. My husband and I live in Canton, but from now on I think we are going to travel here to get our deli meat. She deserves a raise! Good job, keep up the hard work. Its workers like you that makes the world a much better place.

Ive always like price chopper in Odgesburgh, its always clean n friendly.

Maybe I have shopped on off days. I have had to return produce on more than one occasion. But the staff is great about returns. Sales always offer a substantial savings, even beating the dollar store, especially if you have a large family. Dont forget the price chopper card for the gas discount

This evening my family and I attempted shopping at the Price Chopper location in Ogdensburg, NY (Store#30) for the 1st time. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disatisfying due to the egregious and highly offensive behavior of the shift supervisor Mikayla, who physically and agressively removed items from our cart, violated our personal space, and was extremely verbally rude towards my family and I.This incident occured between 8:20 - 8:25 p.m. while utilizing the self check-out service. Rather than explaining the best process to perform checkout in a seamless manner, Mikayla entered into our personal space (without permission) removed items from the cart and aggressively slammed them onto the checkout section. When I vocalized my displeasure in her physical approach her verbal response and tone was reprimanding Well I told you what you needed to do and you didnt listenWhen I asked to speak to the Store Manager, her response was I am the shift supervisor, how can I help? I reiterated that I would like to speak to the store manager, she then requested that Michael B speak with us. Unfortunately, Michael B did not provide appropriate customer service and resolve our concerns of how we were treated by Mikayla, but rather justified her behavior.As a result, we left the store having wasted our time, and feeling dismissed with no resolution to the matter. No customer should should ever be treated that way. More importantly, in general, no individual should be treated with such disrespect.

Not a good time for me to respond because usually I enjoy shopping at Price Chopper. I waited for 10 minutes with three other people for someone to notice us at the hot food counter and then when I turned around to leave there were four more people also waiting. I was surprised that the people at the deli counter next to it had no customers and sauce all standing there and nobody moved to get us some assistance. But I guess what really took me off the most was when I mentioned the situation to a cashier. She told me I shouldnt plan on doing my shopping when I didnt have time to wait. I never said anything about not having time to wait I had all kinds of time. And I will make sure my friend,the regional manager is aware.

Food prices are too high here. Rather go to Aldi or save a lot. Plus saw a item on sale go pay for it it was double the price on sale. Worker went back to see if I was telling them the truth. Said nope there is no sale. Good thing I took a picture of the price. Stop lying to your customers.
