Called looking for a repair part for gas dryer. They dont stock what I was looking for, but were able to refer me to another local business that did.

Id give ZERO stars if I could!We purchased $500 in split rail fencing, drove 2 hours to pick it up in the pouring rain. Got it home, unloaded the truck and found we were missing 5 posts and 2 rails. We called and spoke to the owner who told us, Too bad, you loaded them. Really? Thats not how you treat your customers. We will be buying double that amount to finish the project but wont be getting it from Ashley Home Center. Theyve lost our business!

Store is disgusting. Products are worst. I actually remember when the father ran this business and it was a good place to do business. Now with the son running things it is terrible. Not to mention the owners shady business practices. I can totally see why the employee turn over there is more than any other business in St. Lawrence County. And speaking of employees, the girl that works the counter should really use body spray to cover up the aroma of the marijuana she smokes while on break !Cant believe that this place is actually still in business.

Ive worked there before and me and john go together like oil and water but but he is fair and will wheel and deal with ya and with your budget but all in all its a good store better then lowes and cheaper
