I took my sons mini quad to Hetrick for a tune up. Great family owned and run business. They were very accommodating to me and my 3 small children.

Met with Rick about a week ago inquiring about possibly doing some work on our race go cart motor and was very impressed with him and actually left the motor with him to do head work on it.Was very knowledgeable and had a plan on what he would do for our motor.

Customer service and prices are top notch! Parts were great and super fast delivery! I will definitely do buisness with these folks again!

Sent me the wrong parts, I called they said they would send a return label for the merchandise they never did. I emailed them they never responded then I called again and they said they would send it again. Never got it! If more important is I took my sons bike apart to find out the parts did not fit and had to out it all back together.

Great shop people there really care and know what they are doing . get allot for your buck.
