Had to wait 1 day to get battery. Went back to get it and employee was out some where and had to wait to get it

Tried to buy battery today, but had to leave as the worker had no mask (wearing a Trump hat if course). Took my business to the shop in East Lansing where they bother to protect public health during a pandemic.

Complete battery source is the best place for my battery needs. They have good priced aaa and aa batteries for all the kids gadgets, and they are very knowledgeable about all my other battery needs (example... Which battery to get for my popup camper, and how to take care of it). Keep it up!

Provided my wife with the wrong product.Wont accept returns without receipt, even for store credit. Refuses to admit own mistakes. Rude behavior. Poor customer service. Doesnt wear a mask.It was more about the rude behavior, inappropriate language to my wife, and disregard for my safety by not wearing a mask than the 14 dollars.

I came in looking for a laptop battery and they had my exact model in stock.

The clerk at this store was not wearing a mask, even though they are required to do so. It appears that a previous reviewer had the same experience over a month ago and that the owner has done nothing to fix the situation.

These guys are the battery geeks everyone needs from time to time. They pride themselves in finding any battery you need. Prices are hard to beat as well. Highly recommend these guys if you are having trouble finding a battery OR if you are looking for a much better battery pricing.

Helpful staff. Needed a marine/RV deep cycle battery for a sump pump. They checked the old battery and drilled a hole in the cap off the new one for the water sensor

Honestly, I ordered this product on July 25 and received the battery for my scooter on August 15th. Do the math, I waited 19 days for it to arrive!! Thankfully I had another ride. Very disappointed in delivery time, with no excuses provided.I think its the middle man syndrome.Best of luck all.Jeff in San Francisco...........

The man I spoke with at Complete Battery Source was extremely helpful and installed my battery as well. I was in and out with a new battery installed in probably under 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this store.

Service was good but I was initially irritated that the employee was too busy telling a story to another customer to acknowledge me.
