Extremely satisfied with the services provided by this RX Optical! Previously I went to Americas Best for my eye needs, but after coming to this RX Optical theres no way Im going back. The staff at this location are very friendly and very well informed when it comes to eyecare. Its clear that the people here care about doing whats best for their customers and will always treat you right. Thanks to the staff for providing such an excellent experience!

There is a lot of competition in the E. Lansing area for optometry. I visited them all, and in the end I made my purchase at Rx Optical. This is a small optical shop in front of the Playmakers plaza, about 1/2 mile from the Meridian Mall. The optician there, Leah, is really awesome at her job. She is very knowledgeable about different insurance plans, which glasses/frames are covered, etc. The selection of frames is very good, and the prices for them are competitive. I highly recommend letting Leah get first crack at your business and save yourself the time and trouble of driving around town.

I had a good experiance. I have not had my eyes checked in over a decade.. Did not realize how bad my vision was, especially in my left eye. They had multiple brands with different styles, while not having so many it overwhelmed me. Happy with my purchase and the assistance I recieved!lately My glasses came very quickly and I had to go in multiple times to get them adjusted. The gentleman who helped me was very nice about it.

Got my nose pads replaced super fast and they were really nice. The fact that they repair anyones glasses for free is amazing.

Cancell our appointments waited 3 months . Rescheduled us forgot to inform me it was west lansing, which never been, instead of okemoes. Went for no reason. Poor service.
