Spirit Halloween has always been a good place to look for Halloween costumes, despite the high price of them, however today I’m going to have to change my opinion on the store. One employee tended to follow my group around and outside of the store and throughout the whole visit it wasn’t in a good way. Whenever we would pick out an item to either see it’s price or to try on they would constantly tell us to put it down. The cashier also was extremely rude with what cards we used to pay and that we needed a code to activate it. After leaving the store we were still being watched by employees. I will not be coming back to this shop anytime soon.

I bought a costume YESTERDAY and went back to return it today but they said that I cannot because of their policy. They said the last day to return was yesterday, the day I bought the costume, but they never told me that when I was buying the costume. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I literally feel like I got scammed. So if you ever need a Halloween costume, go anywhere but Spirit, dont waste your money or time in there.

This year they have some really creative & impressive displays.They have a huge selection of costumes & accesories.I feel the prices are slightly higher than other stores, but when you consider that they are a specialty store and paying mall rent its understood that their prices would be higher. I enjoyed looking at all the costumes, wigs, hats, decorations, weapons, etc that they had in stock.

I was just walking around looking at what they had and a worker followed me the whole time and made me very uncomfortable, he also stared at me while I was standing OUTSIDE of the store. Im not sure why he felt the need to do that but it was pretty lame.

Its a wonderful store and has great merchandise like most novelty stores however I find it a bit too pricey other than that it is pretty cool.

The location is INSIDE of the mall, nevermind yall. LMAO.The GoogleMaps directed us to the entrance which was blocked and locked.A warning to others!

The costumes are expensive. Good selection of items.
