Unreachable. Ive attempted to call this store several times and it rings until the call times out, except for one occasion where the line was busy. I showed up on site within the Meridian mall during posted hours and it was closed and dark. It did not look like it was going out of business or anything, it just wasnt open. I would have liked a service like this in Okemos, but I will have to look elsewhere.

Went here, asked the guy to print 3 sweatshirts. Only accepted cash. My friend went in to pick up my sweatshirts a few days after and they weren’t done. I came back a few days after that & the store was closed. Can’t get ahold of anybody to give me my sweatshirts & they already took my money. Don’t go here.

Horrible go elsewhere! Service Sucked I gave the guy a week, my shirt still wasn’t done he gave me sorry excuses every time also claimed he couldn’t refund me my money bc he didn’t have cash! Don’t trust this business!

Came here at 6:30pm. Walked into the store and seen a sign on computer screen that said will return in 10 mins. Waited for 15 mins and then called the number that was on the screen. No one answered! Waited another 15 mins and called again. Someone answered and then hung up. Who leaves their store unattended for such a long period of time? Horrible customer service!!!

2 days in a row, not open. Even called after first day, the guy said he had a doctors appointment. Said he would be open the next day. Terrible business.
