I had a hearing aid that needed service. The person who saw to it was friendly and most helpful. I greatly appreciated her efforts.

I have had two appointments one to be evaluated, and the second for fitting and picking up aids. For the evaluation appointment it is not as detailed, or lengthy as with an audiologist, however, the service, care, and understanding was good. When I returned to pick up my aids Toni was great at being personable, kind, detailed, attentive, helpful and friendly. Took her time to show how to put on the aids, and care for them. I left feeling confident and capable of wearing and caring for my aids. Thank you so much!!

The audiologist was able to give me an appointment in a full schedule because of a cancelation by anther client. The problem with my hearing aid was fixed quickly. As in the past, the staff was kind and professional.

Chad was awsome explained everything very well. I got a brand new set I love them so cool to hear the sounds youve been missing.You really notice it when you hear then again. Thank Hearing Life and Thank You Chad . Friends for Life Hearing Life.

I took a friend here to have his hearing aids cleaned up and repaired. He paid too much for what he got. Due to the holiday season he has yet to see the Dr and have his aids repaired. The Dr is in twice a week from what we were told. The gal that serviced his aids was very pleasant and helpful to my friend.
