Great service! Everyone is extremely kind and patient no matter how busy it gets. Though pricey, there are such great flavors and tasty ice cream.

Decent ice cream. Staff was super friendly! Only one non-sorbet vegan option which was kind of a bummer. Unfortunately there was a passive aggressive sign on the door blaming the underpaid employees for being short staffed instead of offering higher wages to attract more applicants.

Courteous staff members and a wide selection of ice cream. And special floats and brownies on offer. Our kids love going here.

This store is as good as a Baskin Robbins can be: always clean, always staffed with friendly people, and always there for a hot summers day--or whenever you need a treat, year round. My family and I take advantage of the year round nature of it.Only shortcoming I can find, and this is at the corporate level and not aimed at this store, is the lack of lactose-free and vegan offerings. A lot to ask for a place that has specialized in dairy for decades, I know. Last year I was super pleased to have vegan chocolate and vegan cookie dough offered. This year theyve dropped the chocolate and introduced a berry flavor. Id love for there to be more than two offered at a time as well as for more overt mention that almond milk is available. (Having a professionally made milkshake without concern for later was nice.) Hopefully well see more dairy-free options in the future. I realize that a forum like this is helpful in making it known that these things are wanted. (Along with sales, of course.)

My daughter loves ice cream trips with Mommy, & I support Veteran owned businesses as both of my grandparents served.

Poor kids working had a line out the door but they did great and even had smiles on their faces.

We took 20 kids here after a soccer game season ended and the staff was extremely friendly and fast. Highly recommend for any occasion! Great job guys .....thanks

I used to look forward to the new flavor of the month. But now it looks like they just pick something randomly and stick a flavor of the month sign on it, even though it is just one of their usuals.The ice cream tastes good, so I have no complaints there.

Good, except when upgrade to 3 scoop she gave me two scoop lid for a three scoop container. OOPs.

During busy times theres a little wait, be patient because its worth the wait... Staff is very friendly and aim to please.

This place is a special treat for me and my whole family. We love the waffle cones and have always enjoyed every flavor we have explored. Servers are well-tuned into customers. I observed how they took care of other people in front of me and they were fun to watch . Always a delight!

My family visited the store tonight and the line was out the door. The Meridian fireworks show was tonight and people were getting ice cream before they sat at their seats along the road. The staff was very efficient and we did not have to wait very long to be served. The customer service was excellent. The servers had smiles and were happily greeting customers throughout the busy time. The ice cream was delicious as always. We were very happy with our experience tonight.

Have a good selection of flavors. Some more unusual flavors. Good service. Clean restrooms. Portions are smaller for the $. Normally I go to Quality Dairy for ice cream. Larger portions for your $. Limited selection available. Can get a pkgd pint for abt $3. So ... your choice.

Anytime you can create a dessert with the culinary flavors and textures of your choice is an enjoyable experience when done right. I had one of the best ice cream specialty treats here!

The chocolate chocolate chip cheesecake ice cream is amazing. No thats not a typo... Chocolate ice cream with cheesecake chunks... Amazing. Anyways I liked the lemon custard as well and they have very friendly staff

This Baskin Robbins offers great ice cream. They have a wide variety of flavors, so everyone will enjoy. You can get your ice cream in cups or cones. Theres plentiful seating inside, ideal for large groups. They also offer some non-dairy alternatives as well.

I was sent a Birthday voucher for a 2.5 oz. scoop of ice cream. I could not use it before it expired due to dealing with a flooded house. I contacted this store via Messenger. The store manager not only honored my voucher, but gave me a supportive hug as well. Her friendliness, warmth, and willingness to work with me is the reason I would return to this location. Very friendly staff! They gave us multiple free samples as it was slow that day, and our ice cream tasted delightful. The furniture was bright and colorful, and we would return to this location if in the area again.

Great ice cream, the people who work there are helpful and patient. You can take your time trying everything you might want to have. Some of the flavors are sweeter than others. I love the jamocha almond, its not too sweet and the coffee flavor is really nice. Ill definitely be back here. The partnership with TMobile is also very nice. Makes it easier to go here as often as Id like to.The only thing I found of concern is the ice cream scooping...Ive gotten different amounts when I ordered the same thing in subsequent visits. It seems the employees just need some time to get used to it, I hope this becomes more consistent in my later visits.

I had a pie made for my dads bday and it was quite sloppy. Tasted fine it just looked like a 5 year old made it. I was in a hurry so maybe they felt rushed so it is probably my fault.

I called to check to make sure they had a certain type of Ice Cream. I needed it for a gift. They told me they had plenty and I could come the next day. When I got there the following day, All they had left was a 1/2 gallon. I wanted to buy a whole tub.

We picked up 2 Turtle pies for Fathers Day. There were 4 half pecans on the whole ice cream pie. None inside the icecream. Way too much caramel around the edges. For 24$ you should have more pecans in the icecream and on top.

Great ice cream but you can find it cheaper at places not far from here. They need to learn their peak hours better cause the lines can get long resulting in a bit of a wait.
