I can’t say enough good things about my first experience with these guys. They are extremely knowledgeable and their prices are better than any gun shop I’ve been to. I went to 12 different gun shops yesterday and all of them are over charging for ammo plus they all limited you to one box of each caliber. Blue collar allowed me to buy as many boxes as I wanted and the price was not jacked up like everywhere else. I will only use this place for gunsmithing, ammo, and firearm purchases. What a great family owned business. I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I will be a repeat customer for now on. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the excellent service and experience.

Scott and company are always ready to help. Whether it is for a simple transfer, or ordering, they always make it happen, but also no not BS you when the supply cannot keep up with the demand and tell you up front that it may take time to get the product you want in. The doggos are a nice touch as well.

Well brought my bone stock AR in this store and was looking for a fore grip prices were so good I outfitted it completely even had them work on it. they are a bunch of good people and really care after the sale. So Ill be a repeat customer Ive already been there 3 times and going back tomorrow. I highly recommend this place if you go tell him the guy from NY sent you.

The owner worked on my AR15 and fixed the jamming and ejecting problems. It took a new upper receiver to correct the issue but he gave me a fair price for an upgraded upper. I appreciate their time and efforts to satisfy the customer. I have heard good things about this place and they lived up to their reputation. Thanks for your sharing your skills with me today.

Looking for some range ammo and noticed they have some new SIG’s in the gun case, so I asked my wife if she wanted to look at them, enthusiastically she said YES! Robert was helpful and explained the differences in the sub-compact pistols had her hold a variety of different ones before she made her final choice. Michelle and the Owner were pleasant, and straight forward I will be visiting them again for any future purchase. Highly recommend them.

I have bought a few guns from Scott and his awesome team at Blue Collar Tactical, including help building my first AR-15. This is a great place for someone interested in building their own AR. They have an awesome, knowledgable staff that takes excellent care of their customers AND great prices! This time I bought a Glock and got a stellar deal. This is my favorite gun shop in the metro.

Absolutely awful customer service! Asked owner when a firearm would be available, he responded Monday, write my information down and he would call me. I offered to put half the money down and he declined. Did not hear from them at all on that day and went to the store and they were all sold out. Do not recommend this store to anyone, plus he jacked up the prices of every gun in the last week or two. Find a better place with people willing to take care of you.

Im very impressed with the owner and his staff! As soon as I walked in, staff already greeting me and asking if I needed any help finding or looking at anything. Came in to see if they had a ddm4 v7 and sure enough they can have it in the very next day and as well having the very best price. Overall owner and staff are very knowledgeable about what they sell and whats new on the market. Definitely, check this place out!

I met Scott when he was on shields blvd. Service has been excellent! Yes there have been “hiccups “ since then Scott and his crew at Blue Collar took care of them! Their prices are fair and reasonable. When he moved to western I followed along. I have purchased several guns from them and will continue to buy. I am currently the conceal carry instructor for Blue Collar. I will continue to help Scott and Blue Collar expand into being a one of the premier gun stores in the area. Having been in the customer service industry for years it is very hard to have excellent service. Yes you drop the ball. How you take care of you customers after it is what makes or breaks a company. Very pleased with the times I’ve come in, and the place has a family atmosphere to it. I have typically purchased most my gear online but I am happy to come in and spend a little extra to get the service and knowledge from the owner.

Their service and fair prices are unbeatable. I was buying my first handgun at this store and Sharon was as helpful as it possibly gets. She explained the dynamics of each pistol very clearly and expressed exceptional knowledge of their products. It being my first time, she gave me several discounts on not only the gun, but also ammo and gun cleaner. She had another employee give me a quick breakdown on how to properly clean my new pistol, and they showed me how to take it apart right there on the spot. If I can rate this store ZERO stars I would let me tell you whyI go inside to purchase a laser site for my firearm and when I was paying for it I handed him 16$ cash and I was going to pay the rest on a card he didnt hear me say that so he handed me my receipt and told me to have a good day I could of walked out with a laser sight that was 66$ for 15$ but I told the man Im sorry but I didnt give you enough cash so he takes my card and finishes the transaction. I get out to my buddys car and he tells me I paid to much for this laser sight & to buy it online instead so, I walk back inside and hes in the middle of a conversation so I sit there quietly waiting for my turn to talk some lady walks in and walks behind the couter & asked me if she could help me I said yes, I need to return this sight I just bought it not even 5 minutes ago and he over hears me and says Im not returning that and I thought the man was joking so I said yes you are going to return it then he has the audacity to tell me I was waiting his time and no hes not returning it.... If Im a customer spending my money in your store how am I waiting your time.. so I asked for a card of his and he said he doesnt have any...so I asked for his name and he told me the only thing I can do is to grab my stuff on the counter which I was trying to return and walk out that door... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! & I PROMISE I WILL LET YOUR UPPER KNOW ABOUT MY VISIT.

Very friendly staff I bought a new part for my AR15 I got home and realized I didnt have the proper tool to install it they put it on for me free of charge. Friendly service, fair prices and all around good people I definitely recommend this place

I have bought a substantial number of Firearms and accessories from him and have never been dissapointed. I recently bought a Crimson Trace Rail Master Light from store. I bought this to see if I could make it for in a holster I had for it. It didnt fit so I hoped I could maybe trade it the store credit. I want really hopeful considering other times Ive the years Ive attempted to take something back to H&H to trade for another item and they were not even open to the idea. Not only did Sharon at Blue Collar Tactical allow me to trade it back for other store items, she liked online in store with me to find holsters that might work, when that didnt work, she allowed me to pick out something else in the store. I traded for a couple Glock 19 magazines and a brand new set of night sights. They were even going to install them free. Sharon called me shortly after very apologetic and said the sight post on the front was broken and asked if I wanted another set of the same or others. She ended up allowing me to order the Truglo TFO sights I really wanted that were more expensive and didnt charge me the difference because of the trouble of the other sights. I was astounded. This business and the employees are top notch and they stand behind their customers even when they dont have to. Thats how a store should be run. Thank you Sharon.....
