We were in a pinch moving a grandfather clock to fix our floors. When I called. they were so nice and understanding. He was able to talk me through what I needed to do. He then told me to call back when we were ready to move it into place. A month later I called and he patiently talk me through putting it back together! His kindness saved my mom from more construction tfrustration !! Thank you again!!

Not sure what the first reviewer had a problem with. He was the first shop open on a Monday when I called, was unsure about the answer Id get after reading that review. I got an old clock from an antique store, got it running, but asked him if I needed to get it looked over by a professional since it sat for a long time. He gave me a few tips, and said since I got it working, Id save myself $100 or more by keeping it out of a shop. So he helped me over the phone AND saved me $100+. Was just a phone call, but seemed like a decent person to me.
