Oklahoma City was hit by a massive ice storm and my generator crapped out the 3rd day of no power. I called at least 10 places trying to get it fixed and every one of them had a 7 - 10 day waiting period or had no power to even open their business, but R I let me bring it in that same day and it was ready in ONE HOUR!!!!! They had SO MANY generators to fix and had enough workers who were willing to stay late every night trying to get them fixed. I am so very impressed and thankful for their hard work, courtesy and professionalism. FIVE STARS!!!!!!!

Its was hands down the most helpful, easy to work with, kind spirited, negotiable, well rounded and eagerly staffed, fully stocked, and open minded saw/lawn sales and mechanical shop I have ever been in. And I am an arborist whos worked literally all throughout the U.S.A. where they may run into a hangup you might be having.... find Itza that guy will literally go out of his way to make sure he gets what you need, and or what you are looking for. At a fair price.... and I mean very fair. Where Husqvarna is concerned literally the fairest pricing in the state. So if you havent yet checked em out. GET THERE!!! you will never go somewhere else again if you dont have too.

Do not go here. No communication, took forever to get my mower looked at. Brought in a running mower for a blade change and 4 weeks later I get back a non running mower with no blade. Took it to another shop and they told me it looks like the motor was recently removed so now Im thinking they swapped out my original engine for a bad one and just told me mine was junk. DO NOT RISK THIS SHOP RIPPING YOU OFF.Edit: the fact it has taken them 3 months to respond to my review proves my point. I had money in hand every time I went there. If it wasnt fixable why did it take almost 5 weeks to look at it and determine? I still have the mower if the business wants to make it right but no solution was ever offered. Christians dont act this way and lies are a sin. Still no help 7 months later

We were late this year getting our Hustler zero turn mower in for a tune up. Itza was able to get the job done quickly. Fluids, filters blades and valve adjustments in under 48 hours. These guys are great! I had problems with my mower and brought it to them, they were able to fix my mower when 2 other companies could not... i went back this month hoping that they could help me to find a better 0 turn mower. I had no idea that they were a dealer for Husqvarna equipment...the guy” Itza” helped me get approved on a new 0 turn...i thought my credit would not be approved, but some how they did it...Thanks Guys ....your number #1 in my book and i think in all of Okc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to RI Power with all my lawn mowers when I walked in the door the owner greeted me so nicely, I had no idea what was wrong with my lawn mowers but everyone helped me. I wasnt over charged or anything, everything seem so fair and my husband thought the service was great. I strongly recommend this place. They are so genuine and will never over price you.

EDITED: Was directed here for warranty work on Husqvarna after A1 had my mower for 7 months in 2018.RI Equipment kept my mower for 3 months so far in 2019 and have called me to pick up for replaced part twice third time part was wiped off and bent slightly to somewhat work... Half my hard was cut before the old non replaced part broke off again.EDIT>>> after this post I was contacted by the lead guy and he came out picked up the mower and repaired it with parts... it broke again... FML

Bought a used mower, 22 inch pusher for a good price and got a free tune up with it. Was cheaper than buying a new one or one from a pawn shop. Bought another used mower at great price.

I took my mower to have safety cable replaced. The tech called me a few days later telling me they had replaced the cable, and that there were other problems with my mower. (which I was already aware of). 2 days later I went to pick up my mower only to have them tell me that they had used the cable to repair my mower and used it on another customers mower. At that point I was done and just wanted my mower back, only to find out that I was being charged a diagnostic fee of 10.00 to tell me what I already knew was wrong with my mower. This is a terrible way to do business and I urge anyone wanting to have their mower repaired or worked on to find another mower shop.

Took my riding lawnmower to them. It was running when I dropped it off went to get it they did something to the motor now it wont start. They said it would cost me 300 hundred dollars to fix it. Something does not sound right.

It has a wide variety of tools, such as tractors, blowers, handsaw, weedeaters, pushmowers and good location.Highly recommended this place, there are no others like them.
