Ive been very happy with the products and service from Audio Dimensions. The installers are professional and very neat with their work. I am extremely pleased with Kenneth Cotton. He is very knowledgeable and always takes his time explaining the operation of each piece of gear. Having known Russel Kim for many years and understanding his passion for high quality sound, I would highly recommend Audio Dimensions to any serious music and equipment enthusiast. This is the place to go if you want the best. This is not for your average home theatre set up- but rather a store to go to when you want true consulting advice. My recommendation is to explain what your dream is and let them figure out how to make it happen. I have both a theatre and sound room set-up and the quality of the product is second to none. Visit the store, listen to the product, then decide if it is right for you or not. My bet is youll be impressed.

This place has the worst customer service. It’s all about selling you on something. They will promise you anything to get you to buy stuff and never care if it actually works. They only care if it works until you pay the bill. I spent a tremendous amount of money on a Control 4 system that freezes constantly. At least once a week I have to troubleshoot something. I have to constantly reset things. The owner couldn’t care less about anyone once he gets his money. I’d be embarrassed to sell someone a system and support it the way they have. Control 4 should be embarrassed at allowing AD to be a dealer. This system was a complete waste of money and a constant frustration in my life and family. If my system is any reflection on the “quality” of Control 4, I wouldn’t recommend a Control 4 system to anyone. No matter how simple or complex. I certainly wouldn’t recommend anyone purchase anything from AD. I regret all of it. I’d gladly sell every bit of it back and purchase another system even at twice the price.

Audio Dimensions was courteous, professional and timely during the entire sales and installation process. Prices were competitive and the equipment is exceptional. I have some knowledge of audio and video equipment so I did some research on my own regarding their recommendations. I was pleased on what I discovered. Enough cannot be said about the high level of detail that was exhibited during set up and calibration for video and audio. Im definitely satisfied with my purchase and the service provided by Ken, Kevin, Mack, and the support staff. Ken walked me through the process, and level set expectations. Kevin and Mack set up my home system, and Im enjoying it already. Id recommend Audio Demensions to family and friends. Will continue to use AD for my home audio needs.Tip: Take notes, ask questions, and ask a second time. AD is patient and has the knowledge to meet your needs.

Had an issue with my Crestron thermostat system due to lighting tripping couple of circuit breakers. I called and within 24 hours Dave Hayward had me all fixed up. Also checked a multi channel receiver that had issues too, that was not part of the service call. That is in the process of being fixed. This company is by far the best around for listening to what your issues are and getting it resolved in a timely manner. Will do future business with this company.

Amazing service and the best audio gear. Everyone at audio dimensions made me feel very comfortable. They helped me compare many different speakers, were very enthusiastic and patient. My B&W speakers are amazing and I got a great deal +they delivered.

I purchased a projector from them 2 years ago and until today it had worked fine, When i called the manufacture on the problem they said i needed a copy of my receipt which i was unable to find. So i call in and worked with Terri Bliss who went though old records to get me a copy. Awesome support even 2 years after purchase. I will 100% buy my upgraded 4k from them next year..

Would like to give a shout out to Bret and the staff at Audio Dimensions for their help in solving a problem with my sound bar. After calling the manufacturer and talking to two techs, and then the store where purchased, everyone said theyd never heard of the problem I was having. I called Bret and he talked to his crew and they helped me quickly solve the problem. It is rare that you call a business and someone takes the time to share their knowledge. Originally had a bad experience but this place is now under new management. They followed through and got things fixed up right, even though the poor experience occurred many years ago. Were very pleased with the latest outcome and they are now doing a stellar job! Thanks so much for stepping up and doing great work!

Im not sure why this place is getting so much low rate reviews. I work in Information Technology for a clinic and when it comes to technology and cabling I get very picky, also Im not rich. I saved up to purchase a decent AV system for my newly built home, home theater room. Naturally I started to shop around until I met Russell. Russell is very easy to talk to and explain everything for you without getting discourage, he’s got systems that worth over quarter of million dollars but he is not trying to up-sale you. He asked the right questions such as my room size and what I like to accomplish and then he started to put a system together, we negotiate the cost and I was happy that they are going to take care of the rest. That is exactly what happened. The pre-wiring was done so after my house was ready for install they brought everything and installed the equipment to my specification. David is great to work with, he’s friendly and knowledgeable but I have to say I had no problem with any of the crew members. They are all professionals and courteous. I had couple of issues after install which they send tech out to my house and everything is great now. Working in IT I understand sometimes things just won’t work the way you like them to, but I also learned that is not the end of the world. If you respect the work it’s being done and the professionals, ultimately they’ll find the solution to whatever the problem might be.

January 2017...From a recently unfinished 20, 000$ Extremely unprofessional with no communication from Russell to Kenneth to Kimble. Each pointed the finger and passed the blame.I choose to cut my losses and have Best Buy clean up the mess.AT least I got a few best buy rewards out of the deal wish I would of used them from the start. Would not recommend at all what a head ache, please read reviews and BBB write ups...

These guys have excellent quality material and they really know what they are doing. You will not be disappointed dealing with them.

Do not ever give your business to these idiots. I bought a pair of Golden Ear Triton 1s for $5000. I took them in to have repairs done under warranty in October 2018, so they gave me a pair of beat up demos as loaners until mine were repaired. I would call periodically asking for updates and all I got were excuses. After eight months I said enough is enough I want my speakers or replacements. After going back and forth with idiot Kenneth Cotton, he tells me the demos are my brand new replacement speakers. Needless to say, there is a lawsuit in the works.

Called them up, they came out, new exactly what we wanted to accomplish with a surround system. The guy said hed get me a quote the next day. 6 days later I called asking about my quote. They said hed call me back that day. Its now been 10 days and havent heard a word. Clearly they only care about the large jobs, if you are only spending $2K -$5k dont waste your time with Audio Dimensions. They may do good work, I dont know, but based on terrible customer service I will never recommend them to anyone!

This is a terrible company. I had a horrific experience and would like to prevent others from doing the same. If you use them expect to waste your money and become very frustrated. The so-called president of the company is dishonest and the company will misuse your credit card. The employees are untrained and unknowledgeable and change weekly. Expect to be overcharged and the job never finished. Look for other reveiws on-line and check out the BBB and Angies list.You HAVE BEEN WARNED.
