This summer I had them replace my key fob. They got the electrical synced and they gave me 2 key fobs, to loose, hope not. Price was very reasonable and everyone is very nice. Will use them again, they do window tinting also.

They were so blown away by the horrible quality install..they actually contacted the compustar rep directly to complain for me!!1st off..they didnt have the correct wires tagged (it would of never worked)2nd the solder connects were so poorly done ..u could peel the solder off the factory wires!!3rd the wires in the motor bay not only were completely unnecessary..they were actual risk to the vehicleI paid the shop to remove all OCs horrible work and return car to OEM first.. Then installed the compustar with Drone mobile ...it was done in one day!!!!Everything worksNext steps will be having my attorney serve Mark and his shop with the damages and attorney fees

My remote start was not working properly so I just stopped bye to see if they could look at it and I got my buddy Marc the owner and he fixed it pretty quick. To hot for it to not be working. Great place and always willing to make it right.

Had some Le Mans / Rally stripes installed on my Mustang. They did an incredible job. Mark took care of me, was easy to communicate with, and the final result was excellent. They even stayed after hours a bit to get it finished. Highly recommended for all sorts of tint, decals, car audio, and speed parts.

I have used these guys to tint the last 3 vehicles I have had, recently started upgrading the audio system and they take pride in their work. Yes, it may take the day to finish the project, but they take pride in their work and the quality shows.

Best place in OKLAHOMA period to get any of your ideas actually priced and done. Any ridiculous request is guided for you and feels cool that they enjoy talking about modding vehicles. Feels like I’m taking my car to the customs shop in Grand Theft Auto.

Bad Experience, Ill detail where they fell short and even include photos so no one thinks Im being unfair or biased.1.) Broken pieces blamed on someone else with no attempt to resolve.2.) Incomplete items on item list.3.) Indifferent attitude toward me, the customer.4.) Very high prices for sub-par workmanship.5.) Trashed old equipment instead of giving it back.6.) No communication until after the fact, always saying theyll call and update, which is basically lying when they dont do what they say theyll do.7.) Pretty unprofessional and scattered, no reliable greeting or walkthrough with the customer.8.) Watch for replies, if they dont look at this and agree and offer at least an apology, but instead try to argue with each item, theyll do the same to you, best to steer clear and go with a more proven and reliable shop.I brought my 2011 Land Rover LR2 for stereo/amp/speaker installation work and tint. Its not ALL bad... which is why I gave it 2 stars instead of just 1... The tint work was impeccable... absolutely no issues with that whatsoever.The head unit is too far in, they could have brought it out a half-inch to make it flush with the face kit... but didnt. They broke my rear view mirror plastics and blamed it on some unknown person or shop... could have replaced it, but didnt. They broke my left front crossover, could have at least called AD Designs and found out the cost to replace, then failed to call me (just one of the many communications failures) to let me know theyd A.) replace it since they broke it or B.) ask if I wanted to add that to the bill and replace it... they did neither. They also placed my amp in the storage area instead of calling me to let me know there might be an issue placing the amp under the seat like I requested... we could have hidden it somewhere else but now I have an area I can no longer use in my storage section. Exorbitant prices with no attempt to work out a price, instead you just have to remove items you can do without in order to get the price down. Limited knowledge and selection of audio equipment. Didnt even bother to troubleshoot the door lock (they can claim all day long they did but they offered no report as to what they checked or what to check next or even mentioned it at all and with all the other issues with this one job... I would never believe they even bothered if they swore on their mothers that they did). They told me they trashed my factory Alpine equipment because of the method used to remove the equipment... if they were any good at all theyd be able to remove it and return it like every other shop in the history of ever. Their labor is $135 an hour which is a price even a talented shop would consider high... and the quality of work ended up being worth maybe half that. I had to call to follow up, find out a status... never once calling to let me know of anything until they broke the camera and then again when the mediocre job was done... took 5 days to complete (claimed they were waiting for parts but they could have let me use my vehicle until the parts arrived and just had me bring it then)... all of this speaks of laziness, complacency, a little bit of inability to perform the functions they claim and disorganization. I strongly recommend against using this shop for anything that involves working on a vehicle youve worked hard to buy. S&D Tint and Audio is all the way in Shawnee, but an amazing shop... completely opposite of everything youve read above. Jackie Cooper does amazing work also... Ill be using one of those shops for any more work I need done and I suggest you do the same.

This place doesnt seem like a large operation from outside and the lobby is really small but Im just so impressed with their service! They do everything with a smile and make you feel welcome. Looks like they are constantly very busy but they turn no one away and find time for every customer that comes in. Looked like they have many technicians to make sure everyone is helped in a timely manner. This was my first time coming here and i noticed that almost everyone that came in, knew the workers by their name which to me means they dont just take care of their customers but take their time to build a relationship. Next time I need anything - I will call these guys first before I go anywhere else. I had a great experience.

Took a shuttle in to see if they could fix a door problem I was encountering, they not only said they would check it out, but were able to fix it the same day. Great service....Thank you Frank and Johnny. I will be recommending you to others for service needs.

They didnt fix whst we asked and they even broke our car door more then what it was. They kept our car for almost a month. Will never use there services again,we felt used. They also would not lrt my fiance read the contract with me and rushed me to sign.

Very poor customer service and takes way too long to get the job done. Finishes other cars before your car even if you made your appointment first. 10 am drop off still not ready at 5. Was told 5:30. Actually got the car at 6:20. Would never go back.

Brought my car in for a tint job early in the morning, when i call around 5 they told me the car is not ready, so i decided to drove up the shop, the manager Johnny told me the boss (MIKE) can get to it quick, he can finish it it one hour. So i sat for one hour, when i took the car home i have noticed the Mike hadnt remove the old tint when applying the new one. I called Mike, he told me it is ok, .. REALLY!!!! i told him i have never in my life seen a tint job like this one...The next morning i called Johnny about the problem, he will take care of it. Once again i dropped the car off the first thing in the morning and didnt pick until they were close. What i have observe is they were working on other vehicles, more bigger projects cars and SUV. Definitely a lot of high school kids appear to be working in the back, i say around 5 kids. As i was driving off, i have noticed there was a razor blade and a glove in my car, someone had hurried and forgot about it. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.. THIS IS RIDICULOUS .
