We have had work done to our vehicle here on 3 separate occasions. All three time the work was completed in a timely fashion and had held up great. We had checked prices on the work done with other auto shops and B&K was always the lowest. Our car is running great now. Bob kept us very well informed of the work that needed to be completed as we went. If we have any other issues this is where we will come and I recommend this auto shop to anyone. I have read the other reviews on this page and I have not seen what these people are claiming.

Ive had this place work on my vehicle a few times and theyre were always knowledgeable of what they were doing and priced me fairly. I always recommend them to my customers at my work if they ever have a problem. Love you guys keep up the good work!

I have taken over six vehicles and recommended multiple friends to take their cars to BnK auto over the last 18 years. Ive never once been unhappy with the prices, customer service, or mechanical services that I received. They always have the best prices in town! They always get your card to you in a reasonable timeframe. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else!

I have taken my car here for years. Great family owned business. They really work fast to get my car back to me.

Failed to deliver the job that was sought after. Returned the vehicle in a condition to fail if driven very far. Owner test drove the vehicle in that condition or altered it so it would be in that condition when I picked it up. Even sensors were unplugged on the engine not to mention fluid capacities overfilled. How does that pass a test drive??Not very professional!!Did not return used parts took 4 weeks to do what was in their words a two day install. Took parts off my vehicle outside the scope of the agreed work with out approval and replaced them with substandard quality parts. Ripped off the core parts return from me. Accepted my check for the parts when the vehicle was placed with them for repair then denied to be paid by my check on the balance.You dont have to believe any of this but why would you take the chance when there are plenty of other shops around. Life is short and doing people wrong has its downfall in the end. This guys been around the block and you need to avoid him even if it costs more on another estimate because he will create charges to run up your bill.I caught their incomptence I hope before my vehicle was damaged beyond reason as they may have intended. I have documented everything they did and if my vehicle becomes damaged as a result of what I think they may have had a hand in this will hit the media.

The Reviews from KIM AND BRITTANI MARTIN are his wife and daughter! Sad that he has to have fake reviews to try and hide his bad ones. Treat your customers right! Do yourself a favor and dont take your vehicle here. This old guy is in over his head. he thinks hes still in the 70s and hasnt caught up with the technological advances that autos have made. I made the mistake of bringing my lexus here for an engine swap and he didnt finish if to 4 months. No it wasnt because he was busy its because he cant hold good workers.

The owner Bob is atrocious to deal with. He had my c10 truck for months and he was suppose to rebuild it and kept LYING saying he was working on it when in fact he cant hold good employees (He doesnt work on cars himself) I had to take it next door to IN A JIFFY AUTO CARE so they could finish it. Bob gave the shop next door a box of about 10 bolts to my truck to finish putting the engine in. The transmission wasnt in the truck either. He also didnt give me back my battery that I had with the truck. Hes had cops come over because of disputes with customers from what I heard. Look at his other reviews and he says reviews dont matter LOL what an IDIOT! STAY AWAY

WARNING! DO NOT USE THEM! I took my car to them for a motor rebuild and they did way more than they were supposed to and kept charging me for stuff they said needed to be done with no proof. Rats will destroy your car and they will charge you to replace it. They will refuse to let you see your car, and the owner is very rude and disrespectful. A motor rebuild took them 5 months and he returned it to me not running saying I needed to pay more money for this or that. Save yourself the headache this place is a con.

Worst automotive repair shop ever!!! I went in to find out why my SUV was burning oil. After keeping my car for a whole week and $475.00 later my SUV was still doing the same thing. I called of course and was told that the sub contractor they were using didnt do the work right and was no longer contracted with them. Against my better judgment (but because I didnt get what I paid for) I took it back in and another week later and another $100 my SUV is doing the EXACT same thing!!!This place does nothing but fixes random things on your vehicle and charges you for them. As oppose to what you actually went in there for.

Horrible experience. Had my vehicle 2 weeks the first time and when I got home still wasnt running right so had another mechanic look at it and found 5 things that werent connected. Brought it back and they had it for 6 more weeks and it still doesnt run right. Check engine light still on.

The experience I had with Bob was not only unprofessional but downright ignorant. Please dont be fooled by this mans sob story. My vehicle was not only not fixed by his master mechanic and sub contractor but also damaged in the process, and when i went to pick up my vehicle to take it to someone competent enough to fix my vehicle he expects compensation for a job that he didnt repair but also made worse and also expects me to take my vehicle to his paint and body guy for repair and not make a claim. If you want to pay dealership rates for shade tree work this your place of buisness.

I have brought my cars here several times. My daughter found the place for her car repairs and told me. BnK has great warrantys and quotes. They told me about other problems with my car and I was able to fix them before it caused other larger issues.

The old man is crazy the girl that does the work doesnt really know what shes doing and they quote you one price and then add stuff to it. . Very, very, unhappy want my money back

This place is a rip off, my husband took his truck in to get a rebuilt motor put in just to lower the milage on it, the truck had no issuesJust high millage. By the time it left this place it was running like crap it was in and out of their so called shop 3 times and Now less then 6 months after the last time it was there weve had to put it in another shop to have it fixed becouse it died and wont start. We are filing with bbb and also a small claim agianst them. This man cant keep doing this to hard working people. If you have been cheated by this man please join us in the action of fileing a report with the bbb we will also be filing a small claims becouse my husband is out over $5000 and his truck is trashed. Thank you and please do not give this company any buessness.I only gave them a star so I could leave this post.

This is the worst repair shop ever do not go here. The owner is a racist he admitted it to me. He does not show any respect to his customers. The receptionist thinks she is the mechanic but dont know crap about cars and will not let you talk to the mechanic who worked on your car. They break stuff on you car once they have it in the shop to suck every dollar they can out of you. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE OR YOU WILL BE SORRY. He is just like Mark Austin said but far worse. Words cannot do this man Bob justice. This guy is a horrible person I only wish i would have read these reviews before i took my car to his stupid self.

Worst place ever !!!!! Lies total waste of money. Charges for things he did not do !!! Took a month and a half to get me car back, and the engine is trashed, multiple engine codes. Paid for a new timing belt not the timing is off and the engine had multiple leaks. Refuses to fix their mess ups.

Over price and lost my key to my car an try to talk $@#+ like I lost them never go to him

It was horrible..he dont stand behind his work..i paid him 2400.00 for a transmission overhaul,i think he sucks..i dont know if he even looked at my truck....after I drove my truck about 250 miles it started slipping real bad,he told me that it was my responsibility to get my truck back to him,and he was rude to me,he talked to me like I was stupid or something..i absolutely hate the man called bob,be warned,he will rip you off....he needs his but kicked,i would do it,but he would probably have me thrown in jail...do not take any vehicle to bobs place.he isnt even a shade tree mechanic..
