Absolutely a great place to get body work done. They are extremely professional. You always know what is going on with your vehicle and when to expect it to be finished. In fact, they called a few days early to tell me that I could pick it up. The work they did looks awesome and they also do a nice clean up on my whole SUV. It looks new and I couldnt be happier.

They had my car for over 2 months when they quoted me 2 weeks originally. Then instead of compensating for the extra time I had to pay for a rental they simply passed the blame off on their suppliers. They refuse to take responsibility for any shortcomings on their part. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had from anywhere. I will never use them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They’re absolutely horrible and make very unprofessional comments as well as snarky remarks about their customers as well.

They had my 2020 Ford Ranger for the last two months. We started out with the shop squeezing my truck in nearly three weeks sooner than I expected. The manager (/co-owner?) Russ Davis told me that he initially believed that my truck would be totaled due to the extent of damage and he did not want to have me wait a month just to find that out. I sincerely appreciate this effort on his behalf. When it became clear that the vehicle was repairable they started working on locating parts for repairs. I spoke with Mr. Davis and emphasized my request and expectation for communication should issues arise, as I would make decisions based on the information they gave me.The front office called me and told me that it was on track for repairs, they had everything ordered and had delivery dates and set me up for text updates. These text came for almost a month and repeatedly said my truck would be ready July 14. They even sent one saying it was half way done and another on July 5 saying it was nearing completion. I called on July 9 to discover these texts had been wholly inaccurate. They had just started the truck, were doing frame work that would take about a week, and were missing a couple parts.I lit them up online and with my insurance. I was mad. I did not care about the length of repair or the parts shortages, I considered this to be what it was. My anger was related directly to the fact I had been lied to by automated text for a month. Mr. Davis called me the following Monday and apologized profusely. He had the fortitude to acknowledge they had fallen short of their promise and take ownership of the error. He promised future communication and delivered. We talked a couple times a week every week after, him giving detailed updates.The last couple weeks Mr. Davis informed me that they were short 7 parts, some of which were going to leave them unable to progress if they did not come in. I requested a list which he provided, and I sourced my own parts the next day, delivering them by Tuesday of the next week. By that Friday they had most of the truck back together., but ran into a hickup; a faulty tie-rod end from one of their parts houses. They caught it on test drive, repaired it and got the truck back to me this weekthe work is OUTSTANDING. My truck looks like it was never touched. An independent journeyman welder reviewed their welds and called them outstanding. I will have Ford Technician review the mechanical work soon, however it drives and runs flawlessly, impressive given how torn up it was. Mr. Davis was extremely knowledgeable and is clearly a master of his craft. I enjoyed our conversations.My biggest complaint, and the reason I cannot give 5 stars, is the front office. The individual I worked with there consistently glossed over potentially negative information giving me an inappropriately positive expectation in terms of speed of repairs and an impression of a lack of issues. Front office communication lacked significantly, felt rushed, and were not completely accurate. I valued the communications from Mr. Davis, which were accurate, timely, frank, and detailed. I would encourage the business to train their front office to communicate similarly, and discussed such with Mr. Davis on pick up.Overall this was not a negative experience, albeit at times not positive either. They made things right, and did a good job.

The experience I had at Davis was awesome. They try to go out of there way to make life easy on the customer. From the rental car to taking my pike pass and oil change stickers off the old windshield and putting it on the new one. They even wash your car and vacuum it out for you! The initial inspection was thorough and the procedure was explained to me in laymens terms that were easy to understand. They worked very well with my insurance company so that there were no hidden surprises after the repairs. We expected to be without my van for @ 2 weeks, but they were finished in only 8 days! It is bad when you are hit by another driver, but it is good when you end up bringing your damaged car to Davis Paint & Collision shop. Right from when I stepped into their door I had a good feeling. They were not only very friendly but know their business. Jeremy Wilkins noted areas damaged, that the other shop I went to for an estimate, did not. He took care of the insurance, which had estimated the damage way less than what the actual damage was. All I had to do is to pick it up after it was fixed and like new again. Hit a deer in my 1 month old GMC Terrain and airbags all deployed. They were able to get it all fixed, cleaned and detailed perfectly. Job took a couple of weeks due to the nature of the repairs, but they had it ready on the day they said they would. Also they capped my rental fee so I wasnt out of pocket as deep as I could have been. Used them because they work with USAA insurance. My car is better looking now than it was when I got it! Could not recommend them more. They have a new customer for life! Thanks yall!

We were visiting OKC when we sustained wind damage to our vehicle. Davis Paint & Collision was able to access the damage for our insurance company and helped remove our damaged tonneau top so we could make it home. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. Definitely 5 stars!

Had some issues with color matching and they needed to keep the car longer than expected. Kyle hooked me up with a rental until the car was completed! When we picked up the car the rear tire making some noise that wasnt there before. Brought it back and Russell took a look at it and had the problem fixed withing 15-20mins. Very professional crew and great customer service!

Little history, I bought my Toyota sienna van new from Hudiburg in 2012. Never ever had 1 problem with the Van’s ground effects until in 2017 when an 18 wheeler shed some retread rubber that hit my van’s front end before we could react. Took it to Davis paint for repair. My wife picked up the van and when inspected the work found lose bolts. Figured was a mistake so just tightened them and lived on. Soon after the front clips started separating in the front wheel wells. Have taken back at least 4 times for repairs. The repairs last for a couple weeks then start separating again. Flash forward to February 23rd, 2020. Same issue but this time I didn’t take pictures after repair(bad mistake on my part). They repaired yet again and it looked good until 3 days later. I called themAnd let them know but didn’t take it in immediately due to COVID craziness and needing the vehicle. Finally took it in January 2021. The inspector immediately went to “this is new damage”. Took pics with his camera and because I didn’t take any pics to refute the damage it was his word against mine. Insurance sided with Davis. I now have to request anew claim for the damage. Let this be a lesson to all. Take pics immediately after repair and stay on them until they get it right. I blame myself for this one. I willNever recommend them or use them again due to poor workmanship and not standing behind their warranty. I’ll upload the pics from last repairs. These are only a few days after repair work.

Unfortunately, I didnt have the best experience. I dropped my 2018 GMC Terrain off to have some body and collision wk done, which involved some buffering First, Instead of getting updates via text messages like other customers received, I had to call to get an update. I dropped the vehicle off on a Thursday( Feb 4th 2021) and was told it would probably be Monday before it was complete. My vehicle wasnt ready on Monday but I understood due to the weather. I received a call on Tuesday(Feb 9th 2021) evening stating the work was complete. Due to timing, I couldnt get to the shop until Wednesday. When I arrived on Wednesday( Feb 10th 2021) I went to go do a thorough look at the work before I paid anything and to my surprise the correct doors werent buffed. All the paperwork clearly stated the work was on the passenger front and back door. The other work on the vehicle was completed. I was very upset because there was no legitimate reason for a miscommunication on what was to be done since it was all in writing. I was offered an apology, actually multiple apologies but I had to make arrangements to take the vehicle back to the shop so that the correct doors were buffed. I wouldnt recommended this auto body shop to anyone. It kind of feels like the shop picks and chooses whose vehicle they want to to do a good job on.

Davis made the whole experience great in every way. They went above and beyond from beginning to end with getting my truck repaired. The ladies that helped me are amazing. The coordination between the insurance company, rental car and keeping me informed were outstanding. And they did more than just the repair, they fixed other areas as well at no additional cost and without me even mentioning it. I will only rely on their service to repair my vehicle.

Great Cordial Staff who went step by step on what would be done to my vehicle.....then they performed/finished the work ahead of the scheduled timeframe! The work performed was flawless and actually hard to believe they were able to make the repair, without even a trace of anything ever having occurred. Their Paintless Dent Repair technician most definitely knows the PDR process and craft very well....really, Artisan type of work in my mind that’s getting harder and harder to find. I had a few other minor issues addressed/fixed on the vehicle while the vehicle was in their care that I’d been putting off, which were fixed flawlessly as well. I’ll likely now be taking my Ram in for some Body/Paint work as well that I’ve been putting off on it. Pricing seemed reasonable for the detail of work performed and as stated, the entire staff was very cordial and made me feel like I wasn’t a stranger, but a respected customer from start to finish! I filed a claim with my insurance because someone vandalized my car and these people really took care of me. Jeremy was amazing. Professional, but also very warm and welcoming- he made sure I was taken care of and updated me throughout the entire process. I have never received such great service anywhere before. I got my car back sooner than I expected and looking WAY BETTER than I expected. It honestly looks better than before the vandalism happened. I would recommend the 29th street location to everyone needing any work done on their car!

My family has been doing business with this shop for more than 20 years. I remember long ago when my grandfather was becoming too frail to work on his truck, they always took care of him and never took advantage of him. More recently Ive had body work done here several times. They communicate well and set proper expectations, they are up front & honest about everything, and they do absolutely fantastic work. I hope I never need their services (because that means something bad probably happened) but if I do, I know where Im going!

From the welcoming young lady as we came in the door, to the knowledgeable assessor who took all the pictures anyone could want as well as all the time needed to explain to a non-mechanic what was going to happen to my less-than-six-month-old new vehicle, to the timely follow-up conversations necessary to get the repairs completed, we were taken care of like family to these professionals...before they even started working on our car!The repairs are flawless and our Traverse drives as well as the day we brought it home...we could not be happier!!!At our age we have been through our share of accidents and the aftermath...quite often fussing over cost, convenience, and quality...NOT the case with our new go-to repair professionals!!! Took my wifes Corolla in for a repair, and while they did okay on the main repair, upon getting the car back there were scuff marks left in a few places on the car that were not there when we dropped it off. Mostly on the pass side of the hood, and rear pass quarter panel. I noticed the ones on the hood, and they took care of it but it looks like they just buffed it out. Noticed the others after we left and were putting gas in the car. I think it was probably just the techs moving stuff around and setting their tools on the car and then scratching it badly. Should have never left the shop like that though. I wont be suggesting Davis to anyone. Also left a bunch of dried up detail product on the car. Least thats what I think it is.

I had recently went to them to fix my Altima after an unexpected collision with pallets on the highway. The experience from beginning to end was amazing. They helped me out so much! They worked with my schedule, provided up-to-date information the entire process, and took care of everything. They worked with my insurance, and had everything done within a week. They were even able to provide me with a rental for the time it took them to fix my car. I will be using them from now on. Every question I had was answered with knowledge and complete understanding. I definitely refer them.

I had some paint damage my wife and I discovered after work last Friday on the left rear quarter panel of my 2017 Tahoe, either from a misguided lawn mower, sideswiping shopping cart, or hit and run driver. We decided to stop in at Davis Paint & Collision, to get an estimate on the damage. Wed driven by their location many times the last few years on our way home from work and their building front and landscaping was always immaculately well kept(year round)....something rarely seen around an automotive Paint and Body business, so we figured if the owner is going to the efforts of keeping the premises in pristine condition, we could likely expect the same regarding the attention to detail on our repair needs. We were greeted by a warm reception on our arrival, and the Service Lead, Brian, met with us promptly and we proceeded right out to our Tahoe. He quickly did a preliminary inspection of the area and immediately wanted to get the vehicle in the best possible lighting conditions, so I repositioned the Tahoe right at one of the repair bays. Surprisingly, he mentioned the panel scratches may not need a complete makeover and repaint, but might be able to be buffed out and asked if he could conduct a quick check with some light buffing just to check the damage extent. I of course agreed, knowing regardless of buffing or grinding, it would need one if not both methods completed in a full repair anyway. However, assuming I would need to setup a follow-up appointment, to get the damage checked out, I immediately found this was not the case. To the surprise of my wife and I, one of the vehicle specialists, Chris, showed up within just a couple minutes with the specific materials, and a buffer. Chris immediately proceeded and just within a few minutes of some key directional buffing and smoothing Id not seen before, about 90% of the terribly ugly scratches just smoothed right out and seamlessly with their specific materials. Brian and Chris told my wife and I to look as close as we could to detect what remaining scratches were left, and there were only a few that were almost imperceptible, that we could definitely live with. I shook hands with both gentlemen and proceeded back to the front office to get the buffing service paid for, but was stopped immediately and informed their inspection/buffing procedure was at no charge and was not intended to generate business, but show me as the customer that I dont necessarily need to be sold a complete body strip/repair/repaint if its not needed. I immediately Thanked both Chris and Brian again and told them now that Ive seen the honesty in their operations, Ive got a Dodge Ram at home Ive been putting off some definite body work on, just waiting on the right time and right place...Ill be taking my Ram by there tomorrow after work to get the process rolling as I think Ive found the right time and place.

The insurance company for the other driver that caused the accident gave me the choice of where I wanted my vehicle fixed. I chose Davis Paint & Collision. I am very happy that I did!The people are great to work with, and my vehicle looks perfect. They take the time to take the parts off to paint them instead of just taping them off on the car. The paint matches exactly, you cannot tell the difference at all. The repairs were finished well before the computer generated time, which was fantastic. When I arrived to pick up my car, the gentleman that did the work on it, went over all the repairs with my husband and I. First inside with the paperwork, then outside to show us everything that was replaced and painted. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here if you are in need of repairs or painted.

Davis Paint and Collision in my opinion is absolutely AMAZING at every aspect. From the moment you pull into the parking lot to the time you pull out it is a very pleasant experience. Outside...From the buildings to the landscape, it is always kept clean, looking nice, and kept up. Inside...is clean and a nice comfortable atmosphere. Employees...nothing bad could be said at all. The front desk lady(Courtney) will always great you with a smile and amazing personality wither on the phone or in person, she is very helpful and knowledgeable of her job. Jeremy, the estimator, is very knowledgeable of his work and stays in contact all while vehicle is being repaired, no matter how busy he may or may not be at the time he is always willing to answer any questions you may have. Anytime you stop by, any employee that walks by will always ask, with a smile on their face, if there is anything they could help you with.Reason my vehicle was at Davis P&C was because I was rear ended and insurance company had me take it to Midwest City Collision, 100% dislike and unsatisfied there, was not happy with the work they claimed they did and told me nothing else they could do, then when I got my car back I took it strait over to Davis P&C, when insurance finally gave word to repair what needed, the found another 2k worth of damage including a safety issue(transmission mount) that Midwest City Collision had missed. Davis P&C gave 2 weeks for estimated repair to be complete, and got my vehicle back early.Again, an all around amazing place and couldnt be any happier. Would recommend them to anyone needing work. Wont take my vehicles anywhere else. Thanks again Davis P&C.

I have used Davis Paint & Collision for years now. They are friendly, professional, fast, and turn out top notch work. This is the only place that I will take my vehicles to get honest estimates for not only cost of repair, but also repair times. Great service attention to detail is great

They were really nice, and even though they kept apologizing for the wait, I felt everything was done very timely. From accident to fixed vehicle, it was 3 weeks. They explained everything, gave me a ride back to my house after I dropped my truck off, and they kept me updated on the progress. My truck looks better than it did before my accident. I hope u don’t have anymore accidents, but I wouldn’t hesitate to use Davis Collision again and I’ll definitely be recommending them to anyone I know.
