I have used this shop many times (unfortunately) and have been satisfied every time by the quality and professionalism. This last visit was the exception for one detail, despite city mask requirement, no one working in the office had a mask on or attempted to with customers. The shop is otherwise top notch, I have had luxury and sports cars repaired here, not just the Fords.
Door not closing well, pulls left some, but otherwise just fine.

The staff was informative, organized, and went out their ways to look out for the customers. Theyve set the bar for customer service so high! Id highly recommend them.
Had some peeling interior paint in my Hyundai. Edmond Hyundai highly recommended Gene at Metro Ford Body Shop. They did an amazing job and you can’t even tell there was ever any damage to my paint. Really impressed!

In 2012, I purchased my vehicle from your dealership and I had a great experience. Recently, I hit a pothole which caused major suspension and body damage to the front end of my vehicle and I happily returned Metro Ford OKC for the much needed repairs. The service department performed a thorough analysis of my vehicle and identified additional repairs not noted by insurance adjuster. The service manager went above and beyond to communicate the status of my vehicle and thoroughly explain the completed repairs. I am a happy Ford owner and I will definitely consider and recommend service work and vehicle purchases from Metro Ford OKC.

I did not see a single employee indoors wear a face mask. It is mandated in OKC businesses and this blatant disrespect to the Mayor’s mandate is disheartening. If you cannot respect your customers’ health and well being enough to wear a cloth face mask, I will not be bringing my business back.
I was given an initial time estimate of 2-3 weeks for repairs to my car, but each time I call to check on it (every 2 weeks), I get told itll be just 1 more week and they will call me with an update.Ive never been updated and keep getting the same story that its just about to go to the paint shop and its been 7 weeks now.I assumed I would have good service as this shop is associated with the dealership, but that has not been the case.

Dont take your car to be repaired here. Was in an accident and farmers insurance sent us here for repairs almost a year ago, everything they touched was terrible, the paint on the hood peeled, hood wasnt adjusted properly,over spray all over the vehicle,the air bag was not repaired properly, the steering wheel was installed wrong,the cooling system leaked. Returned several times to have the work corrected. To just have the issues happen again and again. Finally after all the excuses from a guy named Gene, we finally went to a professional shop,with qualified technicians to have the repairs done correctly. I would not recommend this shady business to anyone. Doesnt make farmers look very good,being associated with such a incompetent business. Hopefully, when farmers gets another repair bill for over 4500.00. For items metro ford said they repaired and didnt. Farmers will never send anyone to this shop again.
