Penn Auto Glass has replaced 3 windshields on as many vehicles and a back window on my 99 Land Cruiser and after some jerk decided it needed a brick thrown at it. It was even a used OEM window.No complaints, exceptional service with great prices. My go-to place for windshield replacement.

Thanks to a recent hail storm that took out a lot of glass, its been impossible to get in to any windshield replacement company. These folks made time to replace my windshield, going so far as to special order one for me. And it only took 30 minutes. Excellent, excellent service, and far less expensive than other places. As far as I am concerned, this is THE place to go to get a windshield replaced.

I had been driving around with a crack that went the entire length of my front windshield for almost a year. They got me in quickly and taken care of. Price was competitive to other shops around that we also called. However, none of them, not the boss or staff, NONE of them were wearing masks. Front desk/waiting area is very small with your chairs right beside the front desk. They are on a corner of a main street without a parking lot. No signs or anyone to help direct you on how to park. Again they did a good job but definitely wasn’t the safest place I’ve been during covid.

Very impressed and pleased with their service. It froze last night and instead of waiting for my window to thaw I tried rolling it down and it fell off the track/broke the clip and my window wouldn’t stay up. It fell into the door and it is 17 degrees outside. I called 5 other places and none of them wanted to mess with it. Wouldn’t even give me the time of day. Rhonda answered on the first ring and was as friendly as can be and the very next day had my window fixed. If I could write 10 stars I would. Very professional and friendly staff. Today I got a new windshield for my van from Penn Auto Glass. They are wonderful, they were happy to let me be my Autistic self taking pictures while they worked and listing to my life story. Also, they were the lowest quote of the 3 I received by $15.00.

Shannon and the crew at Penn Glass did a great job on replacing my cracked windshield on my 2016 Ford F150 truck. Took only about an hour. Also, the windshield comes with a lifetime warranty if it leaks or is cracked from the install. It comes with a one time, free chip repair.

They got right to work on my car at my scheduled appointment time and it only took about an hour! Very fair prices, quality work and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Im very happy with Penn Auto Glass! They are the best deal around and did great quality work. We made an appointment one day in advance and it only took them 45mins to install a brand new windshield. I went to Penn Auto Glass, after reading all the great reviews, in order to have a chip/small crack repaired on my windshield. I was in and out in about 20 minutes with excellent service and price. I couldnt have been more happy with the prompt, friendly service. I would highly recommend!!

Truly unbelievable service, I have posted a For Real Five Star rating. Sat. had a glass breaking issue on a new Sonata, and expecting rain and storms Mon. - Wed. Sent PAG a text message and call first thing Mon. morning @ 8:00am. Spoke with Rhonda and she said come on over. Got there a short while later, and BEFORE NOON car was fixed! Could not believe it. Not sure they can always be so incredibly fast, but Rhonda said they had the glass in stock in their warehouse, and should be able to get it that day. Rhonda actually called a little after 11:20 to say all done. PLUS, they charged a VERY fair competitive price. Could not be happier.

Took a car in that I purchased as a gift. The headlights were really clouded and looked horrible. I called these guys and they worked me in on a Saturday morning. Scheduled windshield replacement for 8am. They started dead on 8am and were done by 8:30. Owner gave me a cup of coffee and Rhonda on the desk is very friendly, as are all of the staff, plus they did a great job on the windshield.

If you need glass done especially factory glass at a great price these are the people to use. I took in a 2011 Chrysler 200 and asked for factory glass and thats what I received. These people take pride in their work and.it shows.

Its hard to find people that are willing to help you with your problems without gouging you. Im convinced Penn Glass wants to solve your problems before anything else. Ive used them twice and will likely never consider ever going anywhere else.

I drive a 2006 Honda CRV. Driving home down I-35 I began to hear a flapping, banging noise on my roof. Pulled over and it was the weather stripping that goes across the top of my vehicles windshield. I had NO IDEA what to do. Fortunately, on the way home, I glanced to my right and saw Penn Auto Glass and pulled in. They were no problem!, we can glue that back down for you while you wait!. I waited and chatted with the friendly front office people and in no time, a piece of flopping rubber was good as new. That was over a month ago and its still stuck on TIGHT. Im going back for their headlamp refurbishing!! Cant wait to see how that turns out. My problem was minor and not broken windshield related, but I highly recommend. One of those out of the way places youre just lucky to find!
