Very honest & transparent company. They care about their clients. We get our tires here, and two family members have done their brakes here. Everyone is satisfied & have had no issues. We all feel like they communicate very well.

These guys are top of the line. Friendly, efficient, and very fast. I got my 4 new tires on a Toyota Camry & GMC Yukon, mounted balanced and installed in less than one hour. Girl in the front desk is very friendly and willing to help. I definitely recommend this place and will be returning for all my tire needs. Excellent work

Horrible Followup! I was sold tires on my Mercedes SL 450 that was non-run flats . I was never given the option to buy run flats. The vehicle does not have a spare tire so you would think the professional at Express tire would have have given me the option to purchase run flats or regular tires. Common sense says if a vehicle doesn’t have a spare, give the customer the option. When I discovered I had regular tires, within hours (and driving less than 19 miles of having the regular tires) I called Lacey and she said she would talk to the manager . I never received a call from anyone at Express Tire. Maybe charge a restocking charge?!!!, maybe admitting you should have suggested run flats in the first place ?? But silence and no follow up is unacceptable.I would “not recommend” Express Tire in Oklahoma City for any services. I went to Discount Tire and they resolved my issue immediately. A week later, Express Tire and, no followup to check and see if I got my tire situation resolved . They will take your money and run! Customer satisfaction is NOT high on their priority!

Do not go here. Had an issue and they said they would order the parts and they never did. Then they said oh you dont need those parts, but we will get this figured out. Spent weeks calling them back without any communication.. always someone will call you back. Very unprofessional.

I took my corvette here yesterday after being recommended by stars tint to have my taillights and side markers blacked out. Like some of the previous reviews I was told two hours. But i was there for almost 5 hours.I dropped my vette off at 10:45 and walked over to BWW to have lunch. I got back to the shop around 12:30 where Lacey told me they sent the car up the street to have the lights and markers professionally painted by a paint shop. I thought cool they are atleast doing a good job. I never trust people driving my vette so I pulled up my cars app and saw that who ever had taken my vette to the paint shop that was a mile and a half down the road had hot rodded it the whole way. I spoke to Lacey and she said that she would tell the manager when he got back. About thirty minutes later the manager came in and talked to me. He was very apologetic but never offered any way to make it better. Only had said it has been dealt with. I honestly thought maybe he will give me a discount but he never did. Charged me full price after some kid took my high performance sports car out for a joy ride. Didnt even reimburse me for the 1/4 tank of gas the kid went through. Im thinking I should send him a bill for my $2,000 worth of tires that was burned out at every stop light between the shop and the paint shop. No telling how many potholes were hit at high speeds during that joyride and tweaked my suspension have you driven on Reno lately that road is terrible I can only imagine what occurred to my vehicle that I cant see. Maybe then he will understand how expensive these toys really are.I wanted to give a better review because they did a fantastic job but if you have a high end car or any car for that matter. I would by pass this shop and go straight to Mr. Paint off of Reno and council thats who they sent my vehicle to and they did a great job. You could probably get it done cheaper by bypassing the middle man as well. Also, Atleast this way you get a great experience without some little kid hot rodding your car. Unfortunately for them Im involved with two car clubs and know countless people who will love how my car turned out and would have recommend atleast a dozen people to them but now I would not recommend this place to anyone not because the quality of work but by the simple fact they dont know how to take care of the vehicles left in their possession. I am also going to call stars tint and let them know the experience I had there. They have done so many of my cars and Im sure they dont want their reputation behind a shop that doesnt take care of their clients vehicles.

The place is just not the same since Paul left. It’s just chaos and customer service is at an all time low. It’s a shame, I have been going there for over 20 years. I never realized I like to place so much because basically the way Paul ran it and built it. Very very annoying to see what it is now

I was the first here at 8 AM and I was told it would be an hour (for what?). Bought 2 new tires, new in back, back to front. 1 hour later, my car is the only one in there, and just my donut tire was removed. What the hell?

As a young woman who doesn’t know a thing about cars I often worry about being taken advantage of in car shops. The man who helped me was beyond kind, very patient, and throughly explained everything that was going on with my car. I will definitely be back, and I will be recommending this place to my friends as well.

They ordered the wrong bed liner and had me drive a hour to them to find out it was the wrong one. When they did get the right one in it looked like it didnt fit right. Go back in and they used a heat gun and some cheap double sided tape that didnt hold. I wouldnt trust these guys to do anything major on my truck since they cant even put a bed liner in.EDITED AFTER OWNER RESPONSE: You did not tell me to wait til it got warmer. In fact you said that when it does warm up the liner would mold down. Summer came and went and still looking the same. I have yet to see a bedliner on the road looking as trashy as how yall installed mine. Thanks

That tire shop is one of a kind. The people working in that shop barely know what they are talking about. They have different prices for different people cause i went there for a flat repair and and they charged me for it, I wasn’t worried about the money I thought it was a normal price but when a different person came in for a flat repair they didn’t charge them for it which I was really confused about. Idk if it’s cause I’m black Or whatever but I’m never going to that establishment ever. Plus The older lady on the other side of the desk that was “helping” me out had an attitude the whole time

These ppl are awesome. They are helpful, professional, do a great job. They worked with me knowing I had 70$. Balanced my wheels. Couldnt ask for more. They take some time. About an hour but for the work they did Im ok with waiting. Ill definitely be back. Thank you guys! Oscar and Monty are the guys that helped me. They did great! Thanks again!

Went to buy tires today, which is something I normally dread, not just because of the expense but because it’s usually such a long wait time for service... Express Tire & Wheel got me taken care of super efficiently. They didn’t have what I originally wanted on hand so they called around to try to locate the tires & when they didn’t have any either, they still made sure I received what I needed in a timely fashion. I told the lady that helped me that I had to be on the road by a certain time & she gave me an estimation of time & they had me squared away exactly when she said! This included going to retrieve tires from another location. Great service. And very helpful. And reasonable. They also include balance & rotation as a part of the tire purchase for the duration of the tire life.

Great service. Staff is knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. Purchased wheels, tires and tint for a full size SUV back in early 2014. Prices were competitive and service was unmatched. 2 years later the tint is still flawless and I returned to get an estimate for a repair or replacement tire that had a large screw stuck in it and they ended up repairing the tire free of charge in under 10 minutes. They stand by their work.

Picked up a screw in my tire, by the time I was able to get there they were closing up. They never even gave it a second thought, just pulled my truck in and fixed it. Great service from true professionals. Thanks again.

Had tires rotated and air adjusted, but after a month my rear left wheel hub cap fell off on 4×4 Tundra.

These people are GREAT, and have been so helpful to me. Once you buy a tire from them, they stand by their product and do their best for you. They repaired a leak and even rotated my tires at no charge. I dont think anyone else does that.

Very satisfied they installed a lift kit on my 2018 jeep wrangler. I would recommend them. Great service.

So friendly and very affordable! The only shop I could find that could help with my problem (rethreading lugs or something?), and did I mention they were super AFFORDABLE! I came here about a year ago on a recommendation from a coworker. I was just looking for a deal on a set of takeoffs. They didnt have what I needed in stock. It just so happens that the customer in line behind me was looking for custom wheels for his brand new pickup. The SAME pickup, only a few years newer. Within an hour I had BRAND NEW tires for USED price.Fast forward about a year. I picked up a nail and needed a patch job. I remembered the deal I was given and drove all the way to this shop for the repair. It was about an hour until the store closed. On a Friday. 100 plus degrees. Everyone looked like they were more than ready to go home. I asked if I could get a a rotation only if it was possible. I didnt want anyone to have to stay. I was just needing the flat fixed. 45 mins later. Tire fixed and rotation done.Wallet in hand ready to pay. I was told to put it back in my pocket and was given a hand shake and was told to have a nice day. Who does that ? This place has my business for life. Thank you. Im looking for sidesteps if you have them.

The service here is great. Josh and Eric provide great customer service. I called and ordered tires over the phone and they had them within a couple hours and installed on my truck. I used Express tire and wheel for all my truck accessories.

My trailer tire went flat about a mile from Express tire and wheel. The man at the counter seemed very overwhelmed but handled my situation very quickly and about 15 minutes later I was on my way for FREE! The techs were very nice and my wheel was properly hand torqued! Im very pleased with my experience and will definitely refer others!

Great folks with good prices and they take care of you AFTER you buy from them. They will rotate your tires, rebalance and check them for free as well as fixing any flats for freeAll at what seems like half the price of the big Tire stores!

Nobody seems to know anything about pricing, products, etc except for David. Talked to 2 different employees, pretty nice guys, but had no idea. Called and asked if I could bring my car in at 4pm (they close at 6) to get my tail lights blacked out. I was previously told it takes only an hour to hour and a half but the associate on the phone told me to bring it in first thing in the morning, I told him I could come in at 9am. No big deal. I get there at 9am and wait 2 hours, I ask how much longer and he says 45 minutes to an hour. After that time, Im told another hour. Total time ended up being 4 and a half hours. Luckily I didnt have work or else I would have left. The only reason Im not giving 1 star is because it looks good although it looks like its just a spray on plastidip type of material, not a wrap as I was told. I was also told theres a lifetime warranty but theres no proof of that on the receipt and from what Ive heard from other customers, you cant trust anybody from this place so Im just hoping for the best. Would not recommend this place.

My experience in the past was great when dealing with tires. They were easy to talk too and professional. I had a bent rim to be fixed, and I was told that it would be ready in 3-4 days, and it took 11 days.

This place was really helpful. I purchased a car back in June that had locking lug nuts on it. I had been told that the key was in the car. Obviously it wasnt, but these guys were still able to help me get them off AND didnt charge me extra for the trouble.

They hooked me up with a great used tire to get me down the road! I will be using their service for future tire purchases, great customer service!

Took my truck to have it get lowered 4/6 drop they said it was 10 hours of labor then it will be done. When I picked it up the alignment was off the truck was pulling to the right . I asked them to check my truck then they told me it was my control arm that needs to be replaced and is causing it to pull to the right. I thought to myself wow really you couldnt have noticed that before the alignment so I kept my cool and told them to realign my truck it took a whole day just to have my truck get an alignment again. Once I got my truck I jacked up my truck to change the oil and noticed that my tie rod that is used to do the alignment is loose. All to say is that Im very disappointed and you lost a customer.

Could not understand what I wanted done . They did it wrong and they had to go back and fix it. They just didnt get it.
