**VERY happy customers!!** By far the greatest experience myself and my husband have ever had in a store. Both Mary & Amy were absolutely amazing! They were beyond helpful and made us feel very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better service. We came into the store looking for a travel system and we left with exactly that! and more... They also helped us build the stroller and set up the car seat in store and showed us how it all works so we wouldn’t struggle trying to figure it all out once we got home. Beyond thankful to have come across our new family at The Green Bambino! Our very first visit we met Mary and every trip back Mary has remembered us and greeted us by name! By far my favorite place to shop for my little one. The staff has been over the top helpful from the time I started shopping there while I was pregnant. They are very knowledgeable about their products (which are awesome) and super kind. I love being able to walk in to the store and feel a connection to the staff who know me by name and seem to genuinely care about my family and my familys needs. Green Bambino came highly recommended to me by a friend of mine. When I learned my daughter was expecting I knew we had to go and check it out. Ive never been to a store where the staff is as knowledgeable about the products they sell as Green Bambino. They greet us by name and take the time to show and tell you all about whatever it is youre shopping for. We looked at strollers and car seats and was given an excellent demonstration of each brand and it made it easy for us to choose such important purchases. We also loved one of their high chairs and bassinets. It doesnt stop there, they also have adorable baby clothes, swaddles, toys, feeding supplies, and diapers by the brands you will love! Its like a one stop shop for so many things you will need and love when shopping for baby. You will keep coming back because of the wonderful customer experience! You walk in a customer, you walk out as a member of the Green Bambino family!

Do yourself a favor, and go here for all your baby and toddler needs. I am so thankful we found Green Bambino before going to Tulsa or Texas to one of the big chain stores. Not only did they have everything we needed for the one on the way, the staff was more than helpful in taking the time to educate us on the things we were looking for. There aren’t a lot of places you’re going to find such a friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection of products, along with great prices- but Green Bambino is one of them!

Seriously the best store for kiddos is OKC. The whole crew is incredibly helpful. I get everything for my little ones here. It’s also the first place I go for gifts for holidays and birthdays. They offer more than just baby items, and truly care about the customers they serve. As a new mom tackling full time breastfeeding it was an overwhelming experience. To baby not latching right, feeling uncomfortable in public, etc. Green Bambino provided me a safe place to nurse, learn, and feel welcomed as I dipped my toes into the breastfeeding in public thing. Such a wonderful hidden gem in OKC!

This place is incredible! If you or someone you know is having a baby, has toddlers, or young kids, this is a great resource. They also host classes on things you might be interested in if you are soon to be a new parent like cloth diapering. They have stroller walks and are great community resource. Green bambino is a monthly or twice a month trip for us since our child was born. The people are so knowledgeable and kind; they truly remember you each time you go in. The quality of everything is bar none. Ive gone there for clothes, toys my child loves, quick speciality items like cloth wipes for a vicious diaper rash. One experience that stands out is their help picking out a new car seat during the pandemic. They brought the seat out to my husband and let him test every available model to see if it would fit before he purchased. They are amazing and we are lucky as a city to have this store.

The sweetest owners and employees who really care about finding the best baby products out there! Love knowing each product was carefully selected. We have found some of our favorite toys and gadgets here. I also so appreciated their adaptions they made during COVID so I could safely shop for our baby!

Every time I take my son into Green Bambino, the staff treat us like family! They go out of their ways to make my son smile, recommend new toys/books or other items that they know he will enjoy. I don’t know how they do it, but they always recognize us and call us by name, which makes us feel special. This is BY FAR the best place in OKC to buy anything for your kiddos, and an added plus is that you feel good about everything you buy here because you know it has been ethically sourced to be the best fit for your family and life. 10/10 would recommend!

The best shop and resource! Everyone who works here is so knowledgeable about everything; Morgan saved my sanity when I was having nursing trouble after my son was born. You can buy your car seats here and they will install them for you and SHOW YOU HOW THEY DID IT so you aren’t left in the dark if you have to remove it later. I experience phenomenal customer service when I come into this store, but particularly most recently. I bought a car seat here 3 years ago, and Ive just gotten a new car. I called and asked if they would check out the installation in my new car, since I couldnt quite get it right. She said sure, come over. Lindy came out to my car and perfected the installation. She also made sure I was on the notification list in case my car seat had any recalls (and she checked to see if it did), and she went over with me what changes to make as my child grows. Really excellent service! They are so nice and friendly. I have just been so pleased and impressed by this store and their great service over the years.

This place is a GEM! I really wish I would have known about Green Bambino while I was pregnant because I would have 100% registered here. I love that they take the guesswork out of trying to find safe quality products for the little one. Being a mom is hard enough on its own, save yourself the research we moms put ourselves through trying to pick out the safest product for our babies, because this store already has it in stock.

Showed out of stock online so I called to ask when a certain product would be available. They ended up having several in stock. I was able to place my order online and go to store to pick up. My baby and I are both sick so when I got to store they had a spot for curbside service. This helped tremendously especially since my baby was asleep when we arrived. Such nice people and very polite. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future needs!

Morgan & her staff are amazing! They spent over an hour with us explaining the nuances of cloth diapering and all the different ins & outs. We didnt buy a single thing that day and they didnt seem the least bit out of shape about it. We attended one of her classes and again, the character Morgan has showed through. We’ve been shopping at Green Bambino for nearly 6 years. I’m continually impressed by their customer service and enthusiasm for what they do. They have on more than one occasion tracked down an item elsewhere that was out of stock in their store for me or special ordered an item my kids needed. My kids absolutely love going to hang out in their play area and chat up the staff! It is so wonderful to have a local, family friendly, kid and baby store. They are constantly striving to bring in new and current products as well as being active in the community. We will definitely be life long customers and fans!!!

Best place in town to shop for baby items. We started going because of the collection of cloth diapers and are now regulars because of the great customer service. Very knowledgeable, great selection, a fun area in the back for toddlers to play while you shop, and they host frequent events and run deals that really reward regulars.

High quality baby clothing, diapers and just about anything else you need. Very friendly and a bonus local. Just keep in mind most of the items are higher quality and organic or chemical free with that comes higher prices than what people can be used to seen.Over all nice store.

Love, love, love it!!! The best customer service experience with out a doubt! It is a unique store with knowledgeable staff and willingness to help and go the extra mile for you. I went in for potty training pants and lots of questions and left excited and with a few other things... like a Noggle (it extends the air direct from the vent of the car to the back seats where the baby in my case seats in these HOT summer days), a green toy (need more of those... LOL) and a Power Puff, a most have! If you are a new more or want a gift for someone special this is a wonderful store that offers much more than just products! Kudos to the owner!!!

The staff and customer service at Green Bambino is phenomenal! Four years ago when we started cloth diapering, they spent more than an hour with my husband and I discussing all our options and answering any questions we had. Since then they have been so knowledgeable and helpful about any baby and toddler issue we’ve had with either of our kids, from eating to teething to babywearing to diapering to car seating! (They have not been able to get our kids to sleep through the night, though 🤔🤣) Their rewards program is amazing and makes me never feel guilty about spending money there! Most recently when we needed a new car seat for our youngest, Morgan worked with me to figure out the best long term solution for both of our kids and their safety instead of just trying to upsell me (even though I was ready to purchase the most expensive seat they carry because I trust them fully!), which ended up saving us money both immediately and in the long term. Lindi did a great job installing our new seat and reinstalling our old seat for our youngest while I was able to just hang with my kiddos. One of the best things about shopping at Green Bambino is with so many options for every baby item out there it can get so overwhelming to pick the “best” one—but knowing I can trust that the staff has researched and picked the best items takes away the overwhelming paradox of choice! And finally, I can not say enough about their curb side service—they have saved me from having to wake up a sleeping baby or toddler so many times! ⚡️✨💫
