We was in walking around looking for stuff for our soon to be 16 year old daughter. Glad I did not have my 4 year old niece and nephew with us the ladies was cussing up and down. Main words they used was motherfxxckers this and motherfxxckers that, so unprofessional to be at a place of business. Then we had to wait 10 mins for them to come over and ask yall ready to checkout. Let me tell you when I say we was the only ones shopping. There was a ups guy in there they was cussing and clowning with.

Worthless helium in the balloons. They only last a few hours before falling. They wanted extra money to make them last longer. I declined, thinking any helium would last a day! They didnt. Were already down in 10 hours, before party even started!Dollar General s cheapo balloons stay up a month! Why such a huge difference??

I placed a pickup order at this location for 9 items. When my husband went to get the order he was only given a inflated number 9 balloon, which wasnt supposed to be inflated. He said the girl that gave him the balloon wasnt friendly and looked at him like she didnt know what else he wanted. So, he left. When I got home I was confused why he only had one item for my sons birthday tomorrow! So, Im obviously upset. Something has to be really wrong with you to hear someone whos upset and and add on to it. I was upset with situation there was no reason for this woman to get the attitude she had. I never raised my voice until she accused me of something I wasnt doing despite her attitude. Theres a way to talk to people and she was the most rudest unstable person I have ever talked to. She really needs a new job because she obviously doesnt know how to problem solve and I want a refund for the items I did not get.

Unfortunately it looks like the only one in the metro, but fortunately its a good quality store! Wish there was a closer location.

It never fails me to pop into Party Galaxy for a random event from major holidays or school activity. I have always found what I am in search of. Cat in a the Hat day was a very Pleasant surprise for me! All items ranging from socks to hats and so much more!! Thank you for now being my go to!!

This is one of the best places to purchase your party decoration needs and the whole staff is always cheerful and ready to help you with any questions you may have.

Love this store. The staff is amazing, attitudes are beautiful! Came in looking for wedding decor during September and they were amazing at pulling stuff out that had been put up for seasonal stuff to be out. Girls went over and beyond to help us and I’m super thankful!

The staff here is EXTREMELY helpful when I can’t find what I want. I don’t live around this place but come here for my sister’s b-day every year for supplies. Again this place’s staff is extremely helpful and nice. I would suggest this place to anybody, honestly.

Favorite Party store! The ladies who work here are so nice and helpful. I came in about a few weeks ago before Halloween to purchase Halloween party supplies and once I walked in I was greeted and helped right away.

Had everything we needed for the kids birthday party.

They give a balloon to kids for free and they have a great selection for almost any party. They can be pricey, but I like this place. It can give you great ideas on what kind of party to throw and whats available. I used to only think about this place for Halloween, but I was wrong as they definitely have options for all year. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is because of cost.

Store had limited options per theme but many themes. 1 aisle was completely empty. Was looking for 20s wear. 1 gentleman was very helpful, didnt get his name

The staff was very helpful and not only took my order for 22 balloons but had them ready to go before I got there. Very satisfied. Its for my daughters 3rd birthday and Ill be back for future ones after my experience here these past 2 days.

I went during the week, in the middle of the day. I had to wait about 30 minutes to have balloons blown up. The staff was very professional and courteous. I bought all of our party needs there. I was very disappointed in the $7 tablecloths. They were extremely thin you could see through them. Buy your tablecloths at Dollar tree, same quality.

This place was pretty good. They had a ton of different themes, but not many items within that specific theme. We were looking for Spiderman stuff and we found some stuff, but not all of it was useful. I wound up only getting a few little bubbles and finger puppets and then got the rest from Amazon and Walmart. I did get a candle here and if youre looking for balloons it looks like they have a ton of options for that. And they have napkins, forks, plates, etc. in a ton of different solid colors. Like the whole back and side wall were filled with them.

Prices are a bit high but very nice place to shop

They never have anything Ive always used them but the last couple times i just took their rudeness with a smile without saying anything BUT today I go to get helium for my sons party i bought them 3 days ago and today 2 employees are standing behind balloon counter and they are out of helium i call bull on that... and if they are out get your stuff together people you are running a BUSINESS!

Had a good selection of party items. If youre looking for objects for a theme party this is a good place to go. Prices vary depending on what you are looking for but still worth a look.

Outside peak season its fairly empty of both customers and selection. If youre looking for party favors or things along that line then youd be well suited to look here.

Employees are always very friendly. They almost always offer my daughter a balloon. The items are affordable and usually in stock. However, the building is kind of old and could use some updates.

Its really nice here very helpful indeed clean as well I like it how the staff is very knowledgeable about the products in question he knows what he is talking about most cant even give you a full sentence detailed isnt much given by every staff just one.

Dirty. Stuff all over the floor. Staff had difficulty running my card and I spent 20 minutes for them to verify the amount paid when it turns out the reciept printer was just out of paper.

Solid 4 stars. Staff is friendly and helpful. Their selection is pretty good too. Theyve gotten me out of a few last minute pinches for party and costume needs.

Terrible customer service and not much of a selection. The helium machine seems to be not working quite often.

This location features employees who will ignore you and carry on conversations with one another when you are needing to check out. Not a very clean store either. There are much better party stores to visit. Will not return.

My experience was very disappointing. The staff wouldn’t give me space to look, or even guide me when I asked for help. The store was a disaster and had no order to help locate a costume and/size.Above all, the pop-up dressing rooms had no mirror, and customers weren’t even allowed to step in to the bathroom to take a look. Additionally, you couldn’t touch the accessories or try them on to see if they fit and/look good. I do not recommend this store.

Love that I can just order for balloons to be inflated instead of having to do that also! One less thing for party planning momma to think about :)

I bought a #7 balloon for $10.99 had them inflate it. Once i got home... and i live 3 mins away.. it was deflated. They replaced the balloon but instead of surprising my 7 yr old.. she had to go with me while i picked up the new balloon.
