Very slow and terrible customer service. The job took almost triple the amount of time to complete. Company tried charging me $1,000 more than the agreed upon price after completing the job due to an invoicing error on their part. On top of that they DO NOT warranty their work.They did unauthorized/unlicensed electical work on my sign and broke it. After trying to get it fixed the owner Les said that they arent going to fix what they broke because they Arent licensed electricians and that they cant be held accountable for any mistakes that they make.When asking Les (The Owner) to pay to have a qualified electrician fix what they broke on my sign he threatened to call the citys electrical inspector to fine me for the job that they did on my sign because the job was improperly installed and they werent licensed to do what they did so that I would just take the loss and pay for their mistake. I asked him one last time and he then said he doesnt have time to babysit his customers.Absolutely no regard for their customers or work that they do.MUCH BETTER service from other local sign companies.Hopefully they decide to not make their clients pay double to fix their mistakes, but at this time it doesnt seem like theyll come around.

SB Graphics has made my fight banner multiple times and each time it has turned out perfect! The first time was on short notice and it was still extremely high quality. If you need a banner, you need to use SB Graphics! The staff is also extremely easy to work with, very knowledgeable and friendly!

Fantastic work on every item we have received from S&B Graphics, we have even had items be delivered on short notice. These guys are far above and beyond your average sign and graphics shop.

Purchased a sign from them and Im not impressed. They dont help afterwards and yell and blame everyone else for their mistakes instead of just fixing them. Looks like Im not the only one having a bad experience with these guys. Definitely learn from my mistake and take your business elsewhere.

Took a very long time to do a simple design on shirts was told a week turned into a month ordeal also over charges people on signs and lies about the time it’s going to be done tried to use them twice to give them a chance but they are pretty consistent with their bs.
