A company that doesnt work well with the customer, refuse to exchange an item, even when you offer them the shipping. I decided to return it and they still charged me for shipping, I will never order from them again and I will not recommend this company to anyone that cares for customer service.

This review is not about the quality of the item I purchased, but the indifferent and lack of customer service. I had a older swivel rocker that the bearings were going out. I say I had a swivel rocker because it both swiveled and rocked. I reached out to this company and included several photos of the underside of the chair along with measurements. I did not know for sure what I needed. That is why I sent the photos so they could tell me. They sent me a link to the item I should order. The recommended replacement part was both a swivel and rocker base combined. I placed the order based on their recommendation. I did see on their order site they had a 15% restocking fee. So, I was not unaware of that. When I received the item I removed the old base and looked at the new part and realized I only needed the swivel base, not the swivel rocker combination. The rocking springs were integrated into the frame of the rocker not the base. The photos I sent clearly indicated the springs were separate from the swivel base. I contacted customer service and they sent me a link to the correct swivel only base. I believe in this case they should have waived the restocking fee (I did not even ask for them to cover the cost of shipping). They refused to refund the restocking fee, saying I had told them what I needed. It is my position, as the professional, they should have seen what I had and asked for clarification since it did not match up to the photos. This is the first and hopefully last time I will have to replace this item. I am not the professional in this situation. I am disappointed they do not accept any responsibility for their failure to see I was asking for the wrong thing or ask for clarification. Do not expect them to be thorough or concerned about any issues you may have with them.
