This is the only place to get furniture. After going to several other places we stopped here and wished we would have started here. The selection is great and Raven and Tony are the best. I highly recommend this store!!!

Wasnt expecting much, but pleasantly surprised. Furniture quality was good,,prices reasonable, and the owners were as nice and helpful as they could be. Id go back in a heartbeat.
We went in looking for a TV stand found one also a curio cabinet went to pick them up today. Staff was great and the help loading it on my truck..
1. Purchased a living set, a couch, love seat, dining room table, queen mattress, box spring, and bed frame. This purchase also included a delivery fee of $50 and an additional $25 because they were delivering to the second story of my apartment. So leaving the store all excited about my purchase, until delivery day. So when they delivered the furniture they showed up in unmarked pickup trucks with my furniture, which seemed odd and unprofessional. The two older men brought the furniture in the apartment and once they brought everything in they had me sign the delivery form, walked off and got in their trucks and left without saying they were leaving. The moral is that they didnt even setup the furniture or dispose of any of the boxes and plastic wrapping on the couches. If I was informed that the $75 delivery fee does not include setup I would have taken my business else where. After this happened I called the store sales person a expressed my concerns in which the stores sales person (Nikki) and the store manager didnt seem to concerned with the complaint. Furthermore, the bedframe they delivered also wasnt the correct size and when you sit on the foot of bed the mattress flipped up which potentially could have caused me to get hurt. With that being said and having several debates with Nikki the salesperson and the store owner they finally delivered the correct bedframe in 14 days, but they did not put together the dining room table which required all 4 chairs to be assembled, plus assembly of table, this took me 2 hours to do. Plus I had to unpackage the sofa and love seat & dispose all trash. This was a very inconvenient and difficult situation considering the customer is always right.2. The next purchase was a surprise for my sister. My mom was surprising her with new furniture for her place. So since I dealt with this place and I thought they would be more considerate the next time considering the several issues I experienced during the first purchase. So giving them a second, my sister found a living room set, end tables, and coffee table. So this purchase came to roughly $1,565, in which we paid cash for. So leaving the store again in good spirits since my sister was very excited and shocked. With the delivery date set & the same delivery charges applied since my sister lives on the second floor of her apartments as well they charged the additional $25.So delivery day has come and one of the same unmarked pickup trucks show up to deliver the couch, love seat, chasse, end tables, and coffee table. Once the furniture was inside, my sister noticed that the sofa was badly damaged. She pointed out the damages to the delivery driver & said well maybe if you guys invest in proper moving vehicles this could have been avoided. So the delivery driver called the store to get further directions on what to do, they advised him to bring the sofa back & they will repair it. Now if I paid to have new furniture delivered why would I want to have a repaired couch sent back to me. So that sparked an argument with the salesperson Nikki and the store owner. They said all they can do is repair the couch & not refund me my money. So after several hours of going back and forth with phone calls trying to figure out what to do they said to give them a few days and a new one will be delivered. So something told me to go back to the store the next day to look at the display set I saw on the showroom floor, entered the store & noticed that spot was empty.So I went and asked Nikki where was the display and she hesitated and said well that was the set we sold you, now keep in mind we are in the middle of a pandemic and several customers have sat on them. So they shrinked wrapped the showroom models but told me I would be getting brand new sets. So this sparked a big debt and the owner said he need 20 days to have a new set sent. Moral of the story they didnt want to refund the entire purchase made us wait 15 days after promising to deliver new set. They refund entire purchase today & picked up remaining items after hassling them daily.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. I went in here with my mom who was trying to refurnish her entire house. WE WERE NOT ACKNOWLEDGED There were 2 men sitting up front on a sofa doing paper work and a female employee behind the counter helping another customer. We walked around the store looking for about 10 minutes them mom went up front and said excuse me 3 times the 2 men looked at her and said nothing. It took the other customers who were being helped to get someone to pay attention to up. I am BIG on customer service and convinced my mom not to spend a dollar with them. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
Good service reasonable prices
I spent $1500 on a couch that is falling apart within days of purchase! The seams on the cushions were not sewn in all places.

I thought this was a great store in the beginning. I purchased a bedroom set for over $2000, the foot board of my bed came broke out of the box. The sales women was only gonna give me back $100 dollars after waiting almost a month to receive a broken bed. The delivery guys left the bed in my room in pieces because they couldn’t fully assemble the bed. They stated they could fix it and would give me more in my refund. The fixed foot bored sat in the back store ready to be delivered for a week before I had to call myself and ask was it ready. Said they would deliver the next day and never called. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE FULL SCOOP BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE.
Great price on a recliner. Had a good salesman experience. He definitely wasnt a shopper stalker and let my husband and I do our thing, but was there when we needed him!During the purchase however another man helping someone else set up a payment plan was easily overheard. He was rude and harsh with his employees then tried to justify it. It was gross!

Ok so I come to Reno furniture store on West Reno Ave,the sign says best price guarantee,found coffee table and end tables for cheaper at Mathis Brothers,told the owner,he said he needs pics of that price,so I go back to Mathis Brothers and take pics of them, when I return to the Reno furniture store,show him the pics of the exact same furniture,and then he says he wont match the price,The sign says best price guarantee Do not be fooled,Reno furniture will not match anybody,this is a lie,dont waste ur time at Reno furniture store.

Worst furniture store in okc area. Owner is terrible and does not know how to speak to customers that have complaints. Actually yelled at me because they made a mistake on my order and did not want to give a refund. If you want cheap stuff with terrible customer service please go here. The main salesman is a great guy very understanding and calm but he works for a terrible owner.
The worst experience I ever had buying furniture!!! Nikki barely is able to communicate with you do to lack of knowledge of products and the English language. She lies about the price and the deals she is giving you. She does poor calculations when determining total cost. Also the delivery was late. They were smoking by my brand new furniture inside the back of the moving truck. They brought 2 brown pieces and 1 black when I asked for ALL black. When I asked for it to be corrected I was told they would have someone at my home the following day around 12pm. No one showed up until 7pm. They replaced the 2 brown pieces with black pieces. They walked out and left my front door open as if they would be back to finish up. But no they just left and there are no knobs on my dresser drawers. Just blue saran wrap ties. I am furious and will NEVER do business with them again.

These people dont know how to business. Please make sure that you check your invoices cuz she doesnt know how to calculate. They will tell you that your furniture will come in 1 week. But you wont get it for more than 4weeks. Eventually I decided to cancel my order because I couldnt wait no more...they wont even act like they are sorry to you. They will act like they are giving you good option but these people are liars. Dont trust these people. I wasted time because of these people.

This place is a joke, This sales lady I believe her name is Nikki was just AWEFUL. I’ve been in sales 32 years, she was one of the worst. I bet they lose a lot of business because of her. Couldn’t understand her first off, tells me a table is sold wood, when it is CLEARLY not. I sell wood for a living, instantly knew I wasn’t going to buy after that. Then she follows you around like a puppy dog and couldn’t be more annoying.

Stay away from this store or if you really want something from the store make sure you buy items in store (whatever they have on floor) DO NOT let them order anything from catalog because when they ordered. like it or not you can’t return it you stuck with it. most of their furniture i can find them on wayfair. we got lucky because we planing to buy sectional sofa from them but it out of stock when they try order it it was listed almost 2k for the sectional.
The girl that helped us was really nice and good at doing business, theres a variety of furniture and food prices, definitely going back again
