Was a really good experience right up until we no longer needed the unit. I advised them 1 month prior that wed no longer need the unit. Then the late notices started coming in my email and snail mail. They never answer their phone or return messages. The gal that runs the storage units is disorganized and lost most of the time.

Great safe place to keep an RV or boat! Kim is amazing and was always very kind and helpful!
